Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Boasting 5 bedrooms, sleeping 12 guests with 3.5 bathrooms, there is enough space for the whole family to stay! A bonus sun-room will bring some zen to your stay. You cannot be this centrally located house: Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort is 1 mile away along with Kroger, Sam's Club, and more shopping opportunities, and 3 miles from downtown Hot Springs!

INDOOR LIVING
Come spend you visit to Hot Springs in this grand spacious house that is centrally located. As you walk in the house through the carport entry, you will see bedroom5 with the bunk bed and office space along with the washer/dryer area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. To the left of the carport entry is the open kitchen and living room area. Off of the living room is the sun room with access to the backyard and charcoal grill. To the left of the kitchen is the dining room with plenty of seating for dinner! Off of the dining room is the pool table room to enjoy a game of pool! On the left side of the house is where the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy the backyard and front yard as there is plenty of space for children to play around. Sun room offers seating and a place to relax and enjoy that morning coffee. Outside grill is available at property (charcoal grill).

We enjoyed the stay and really enjoyed the fact the place was safe for toddlers. There were no obvious hazards and rooms could easily be blocked off with a baby gate. The living room also has a door that closes which helps keeps the kiddos contained. The sun room was so fun for the toddlers to run around in too while the parents chatted.

Family of 7 came for a wedding weekend. House was clean and we were all comfortable. A/C went out one morning and property manager quickly sent someone to take a look. Was able to get it fixed same day. Would recommend and stay again.

This house was very clean and well maintained. Close to downtown. Very roomy. Only thing that I think it needs is a small dresser or table in the bedrooms to put your personal belongings on.

This place was exactly as pictured! Extremely clean and very spacious! We had plenty of room for lounging and getting away for a nice weekend with friends! Super close to the racetrack and close to everything we needed! The pool table was a source of great entertainment too! This property was perfect for our group of 12!

We had 10 adults (4 couples & 2 adult children) stay for 3 nights. The house has a lot of space & plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well spaced for several cooks to be in there at once. For the size of house that this is & the amount of people it can hold there was not enough pans to cook large meals. We all felt that this is a newer VRBO listing & has not had the time to build all the kitchen necessities that other VRBO homes have. Even the silverware was still bulked together & wrapped in plastic. The driveway is large & we were able to park 5 Jeeps, a truck & trailer with still plenty of room for more. If you're looking to go to the Hot Springs ORV park, you're about 20 minutes away. The listing is showing 3.5 bathrooms. There is actually 4 full bathrooms. Two are in the two master suites, 1 in the hall for two of the bedrooms & the fourth on the other side of the kitchen where the bunk bed room is. One of the bathrooms in a master suite is only a tub & no shower. The couple that had that room just shared the shower with the other couples. There were no hand towels that we could find. There was a Wal-Mart near by so we went to purchase those towels for our use. All the bedrooms were large with closets. Dressers would have been a plus for our non hanging items. As well as more night stands. The nightstands were very small with very little space to put phones, watch chargers, keys, glasses, drinks.... The bed my husband & I had was way too soft & sunk in the middle. We were in the room with two beds & could have split up & used both beds. But we do not like sleeping like that. My 19 yr old daughter & friend took the bunk room. The bunk did not seem very sturdy & the mattresses were not thought of for anyone over 5. We did have trouble with the Wi-Fi password. I contacted the host & was given another password to use. Overall I think this home will be a great VRBO listing as time goes on & a few tweaks of improvements are made.

This house is much larger than the pictures made it seem. There was a space for all 11 of us to spread out in. We also had an issue with the wifi but Dylan responded very quickly with the updated password. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a nice and safe area. It was also very convenient to the places we needed to go. Grocery and Walmart were in close and convenient areas. The house was very nice and spacious. My group of ladies and I plan on staying there again!

The house was much bigger than expected in a nice neighborhood. We had 4 adults, 5 kids with ages from 13-5 that all had their own space. Had an issue with WiFi and owner responded quickly with solution. Overall very nice house for large groups.
