Buena calidad de hospedaje.

La ubicación es muy buena, el servicio y hospitalidad de los anfitriones es excelente. Todo estaba limpio y funcionando correctamente.

El espacio de la regadera es muy reducido dificultando moverse para bañarse.

Agradable

La ubicacion es de lo mejor, en una zona muy bonita y estas cerca de todo. La comunicacion siempre fue eficiente y en mi caso que tenia auto siempre me ayudaron para poder acomodarlo, se los agradezco. El internet y la tv tambien es excelente.

Mi cuarto no tenia ventana y se guardaba un poco el calor, pero se el ventilador de techo y otro que habia en el cuarto ayudaron mucho, no fue gran problema.

It is a good one night stay

I did not take any breakfast so no comments on it. The place is secure, location is fine.

The snack like chips and popcorn displayed has no price tag but for some other snacks they do have price tags. I would recommend to put price tag on every item to avoid any misunderstanding. I strongly recommend they install hand rails along the stairs to upstairs. This is a safety issue. People could fall from the stairs to the ground and get injured. They also need to pay more attention to protecting customers privacy in addition to cleaning the room floor with mops

Instead of an hotel, more like an Airbnb-like sensation. Quite like staying in someone’s house.

Relatively cheaper than others

It is right next to the road, so it’s actually quite noisy. You can hear every car/bus/truck drives by until late night like 1 or 2 PM, and starts again as early as 5 or 6 Only 4 lots available for parking, better to reserve and the space is not big. No A/C in the room, only celling fan, so it could be cold in winter and hot in summer.

Relaxing, quiet, and serene.

It is close to a lot of things. It is also quiet.

I wanted to drive out of the parking area, but there was a truck parked in the way. It took about 30 minutes to get it moved.

Preiswerte, saubere und einfache Unterkunft, perfekt für einen Städte Tripp

Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber. Vor dem Check-in wird man bereits per Whatsapp kontaktiert. Man gibt sich Mühe mit einfacher Deko das Haus gemütlich zu machen. der Innenhof ist eine gute Oase der Ruhe. Das Zentrum ist mit dem Bus (Line 3) sehr einfach zu erreichen.

Bei der Buchung muss man ein Upgrade nehmen, das tatsächlich ein Downgrade ist. Es ist laut im Haus und das Upgrade Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht.

Como dice su nombre una ESTANCIA, para trabajar o descansar.

La ubicación, excelente, en donde caminando puedes llegar a una plaza principal, restaurantes cercanos de todo tipo de precios.

El estacionamiento, si es muy complicado si no tienes un lugar asignado.

Would highly recommend.

This is an amazing value for a nice clean room in a great location (right next to the Arcos Vallarta). Staff is very organized. My room was very quiet for such a central location, I've stayed in several places in this area and this was by far the quietest.

I usually prefer a kitchen in my room, but for the price this worked out great. There still is a nice communal kitchen that I was able to use.

People were friendly, helpful and informative. When I arrived I was let in by a nice young lady who helped get my keys to the room and get set up.

Natalia the host was very prompt and accommodating. She was helpful with our check in information and was down to earth enough to talk to which was helpful. The cleaner was sweet and cleaned our room for us when we arrived as it wasn’t ready yet - although we told staff we would be arriving when we did.

Honestly I don’t understand what this place’s concept is. It seems to be a hostel more or less but with private rooms. The booking page said our room would come with a kitchen, but we were surprised to find that the kitchen was shared, and when we got there at least, dirty. So was the fridge, and it smelled bad too. Our room was dark and dingy and had paper thin walls. The one window the room has looks out to a common area which can be noisy and has floodlights shining on it at night which meant that the (non blackout?) blinds did nothing. Our room was opposite reception and we needed to sleep early to get a bus the next day, and another guest was shouting for about an hour accusing a member of staff for stealing his keys which just ended up being in his bag. The room was pretty chilly too. I wish it was made clearer that this place is a bit of a communal hole but it wasn’t at all. There is a bed, there was hot water, if you’re a heavy sleeper then go for it, but this wasn’t even cheap and we’ve stayed in some incredible places in Mexico for the same price or less which is terrible.

They have no breakfast.

Some rooms had no widow at all and the fan just circulate the same air.
