Our 4 Bedroom/2 Bath 2-story Home is perfect for your family with up to 8 guests. Walk right onto the Sand from our Oceanfront home with Oversized Patio & Balcony.
Located in West Newport on 41st St just a few blocks away from West Newport Park. This home has NO boardwalk in front and is located as close to the ocean as you can get, Perfect for the family looking to enjoy a quiet vacation.
Our home is one of two units in a two-unit (Duplex) building.

HOME LOCATION
For those of you looking to enjoy a Beachfront Vacation, you have found the right place.
Located on 41st St, directly on the sand with volleyball courts right out front and the beach boardwalk entrance just a few blocks away, you are never far from all the action Newport Beach has to provide.
From this location, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-Board lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- Air-Mattress, High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the four-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
PETS
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

This was a great location and a nice size property so our family were comfortable and enjoyed the area quota a bit. The checking in process was seamless and finding the place was also easy. For the price, I expected the place to be better looked after, it was not as clean as we expected and didn’t have the amenities you would expect. The appliances are very tired and don’t function well, one of the stove burners didn’t work, microwave was faulty, coffee maker didn’t work well and there was no hot water kettle, in fairness, the company was quite responsive and delivered a new hot water kettle and microwave the same day which was nice to see, living room curtain doesn’t really work well to open and close so it needs replacement and bed rooms have virtually no drawer capacity at all, bathrooms very old and run down. No foil, no plastic wrap, only one paper towel roll for a family of 6 for a whole week, no ziplock bags, no food storage boxes etc .. all I’m saying is for a place with such a price premium you would expect a more modernized property and available items. The hosts were great and responsive to our needs and I hope the owners get to do some upgrades around the property cause it would go a long way.

We had the best time celebrating my husband’s birthday! This place is a rare gem. Relatively quiet area of the beach. Great neighbors. Property management company was great to deal with and very responsive. Perfect beach area! Cute place.
