Welcome to your new holiday home in North Acton! This charming 4-bedroom flat is located in a bustling yet peaceful part of the city. The flat is on the second floor, a common feature in London buildings. Please note, there is no lift in the building.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 9 adult guests. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

- Master bedroom has a queen bed (2 guests)
- 2nd bedroom has a double bed (2 guests)
- 3rd bedroom has a double bed (2 guests)
- 1 single bedroom with a single bed that turns into a double bed (single size 80cm width x 200cm length, then opened to double size 160cm width x 200cm length) (1-2 people)
- Living room - 1 sofa bed (1-2 guests) which opens into a small double bed.

**TRAVEL COT- SHOULD BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE**

**Please note: This apartment sleeps 9 people, but only has 1.5 bathrooms. If you need more bathrooms please have a look at our larger apartments.**

**Please note you must climb stairs**
There are 17 steps to the first floor - 12 steps to the first landing and then 5 steps to the flat. Inside flat from 1st to 2nd floor - 2 flights of stairs - 10 stairs on the first flight, 6 stairs for the top flight.

We require this in very much the same way a hotel requires your ID at check-in, to verify the identity of the guests we are letting into our managed properties and also to ascertain that the person that booked on Airbnb is the person that shows up at the property.

If you have any problems with presenting your ID or with the rules of this property then please do not book as all of the above is required to be respected.

- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).

- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no camera's inside the apartment - your privacy is respected) If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.
- Quiet hours 22:00 - 09:00.
- NO unregistered guests/VISITORS are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you will invite an unregistered visitor.
- If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, we might be able to organise it. However, our cleaning and Airbnb management company charges £ 20 for early chcek-in and £ 12 for bag drop-off to get this organised with the cleaning team.

Travel cot: We are happy to provide a travel cot at a fee of £20 per stay, available on request. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided.
