I loved this property. The description was spot on.

Super cute house and pet friendly! There’s a dog park right out the back door which was awesome and not crowded at all. Neighborhood was chill and plenty of parking. Easy access to HWY’s and downtown. Good communication with owners too!

We had a great time at this property! We went for a big concert at Lucas oil and walked to and from, lots of other people were doing the same. The next day we walked all over downtown and didn’t need an Uber at all, almost 20,000 steps and we had the best pizza and got all around the main downtown. Great place, nicely updated, great dog park in the back for happiness for the morning coffee. If you are from out of town, you have to buy cold beer before you get into Indiana, if not beers are a million dollars downtown. From Missouri. Will book again!

This house was so cute and had the best backyard for my pup to run around! We loved having a washer and dryer, would return!

Very pleased with our stay. The neighborhood looks like it’s sketchy, but there were no problems and it was quiet and peaceful. Close to the convention center where we had a conference. We definitely recommend this place.

Adorable little house close to the stadium but not in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with no issues. The neighborhood is in revitalization which we knew about but felt super safe.
Host very responsive when we got locked out. Would recommend a warning on door not to do the deadbolt for the keypad or maybe a hidden key.
We stayed with our adult kids and puppies. Only down side was the yard was long and got mowed while we were there. Unfortunately this resulted in lots of grass being drug in which we were trying to keep cleaned up.
Back ally has very deep pot holes which they cannot prevent but if going with a small car could be an issue. There is parking on the street though.

Location seemed a little sketchy at first, but no issues and is very close to downtown. I think if they mowed and weeded it would look a little more welcoming, but once inside it's very nice! Front door is on side of house and can park both in front or behind. Everything was in working order and clean. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. The host was great with communication, and she stocked our coffee supplies before we even arrived which helped us get through some early mornings for our event.
Don’t let the look of the neighborhood turn you away. Many properties in the area appear to be under renovation. This property is clean and quiet, and we had no issues nor did we feel unsafe ever. The dog park was entertaining to watch!
Beds are comfortable and there were ample towels. We got a kick out of the music/chimes the washer and dryer both play when a load of laundry has finished. We enjoyed having such a comfortable place to call home in Indianapolis. It is so easy to get to anything downtown from the home.
If you are looking for a great place with excellent hosts, stay here. We will definitely look to this property first if we find ourselves back in the Indianapolis area.

This property is wonderful. It has everything you need and the property management is always available right away for questions. The property was clean, well maintained and we had constant entertainment sitting on the back porch watching the dogs in the dog park across the road. Close to Lucas stadium....we walked and ubered.....according to how we felt. Comfortable beds and well equiped kitchen for basic needs.

This was an amazing property with a great location. The owner went above and beyond to ensure comfort and we will definitely stay here again when we go back to Indy!!!

Krysten was the perfect host. The property is newly remodeled and well done. Every aspect of visiting has been considered. There are basics like linens and cookware, but also everything else.... many extra blankets, dishwashing supplies, laundry supplies, etc. She even stocked the house with coffee supplies, olive oil, and shampoo/conditioner, and much more!
The only suggestion that I would give would be to add an indoor mat at each of the doors. Other than that, it was perfect!
As for the location, we were a little leery at first because it is in an older area that appeared a little run down, but the cameras outside and the bright porch lights made us feel quite safe. The area seems to be going through a period of rejuvenation. There were many homes being flipped.
We came into town for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center/Luca Oil Stadium. It is about a 1/2 hour walk (and it was cold!!) so we just found some $10 lots closer to the location. I look forward to returning next year and seeing all of the improvements that will be finished in the area.
There is a dog park right behind the home. We waited until the day of our trip to decide to bring our dog. Per Krysten was great about the change! Although, to access the dog park, you will need to apply for a code at least a week before your visit. After reading about the park online, they do this to vet dogs (vaccines, etc). Even without access to the dog park, the back yard had plenty of space and there are green areas to walk the dog. It was perfect!
Finally, just one warning, do not lock the deadbolt on the door with the keypad (front door) unless you are in the home. The keypad controls the maid door handle, but not the deadbolt. If you lock the backdoor on your way out and forget that you locked the deadbolt on the front door, you will lock yourself out.
Overall, this was a wonderful property. Our family of four had the perfect stay. We highly recommend!

We were very happy with our stay at this adorable little house. Everything was nice and clean, smelled fresh, worked as it should, and was comfortable to stay in. The dog park just out the back door is adorable too. Krysten was a pleasure to communicate with, and was also very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again if back in Indianapolis, was far better than a hotel in our opinion.

Very nice house in a not too nice neighborhood but that didn’t do any harm to our stay.
Clean house, good beds, nice shower, enough towels, coffee machine with coffee available.
This had everything we hoped for and more.
Just one little downside is the noise of the heating. We had a fantastic stay in Indy.
