Chambre au 1er étage avec balnéo manque un brise vue, les personnels ne sont pas discrets, le matin à 06h00 ça parle fort Un prélèvement supplémentaire de 145€ prélevé sur mon compte sans explications

部屋は清潔でした。2階のバルコニーが広い部屋だったので、ダイビング後にたくさんのものが干せて良かったです。ビーチまでの緑に覆われた道も南国感があって良いし、ビーチフロントのレストランでの朝食も気持ちよかったです。

朝食メニューにライスかフライドライスが常時あるとありがたいです。部屋にティッシュペーパーがなかったですね、

Koh Samui trip

The Villa looks new. Ambient and the beach. Quiet at night.

Stayed at 3rd floor and Toilet tank has sediment and not cleaned for years! I had to used the water bump tube to clean it but can't fully clean all of the sediment. Breakfast was limited options.

The location

The room was very dirty, the bed was so uncomfortable, only one pillow per person, there was a blockage in the shower, full of mosquitoes, definitely not worth the money

Incroyable

Juste un mot : exceptionnel. L’emplacement avec un accès direct à la plage, la possibilité de se poser sur les transat de l’hôtel à n’importe quel moment, le petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix, la chambre top, la piscine également et très peu de monde malgré le nombre de petites maisons. Nous avons adorés notre séjour et merci au personnel super sympa !!

The location is perfect, close to everything and on the beach front.

Offer free WiFi that does not work, when mentioned to reception staff was told they were a problem and will be back working in 2 hours and it never worked the entire duration of our stay. The aircon in the rooms is pointless. Rooms very dated.

Abgerockt und Renovierung nötig.

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft.

Nähe zum Flughafen unüberhörbar, aber auch rundherum viel Lärm durch Party und Baumaßnahmen. Allgemein ist die Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Provisorische Reparaturen und ungenügende Zimmer-Reinigung ersetzen leider keine längst überfällige Sanierung. Whirlpool scheint zu funktionieren, spuckt aber allerhand Dreck aus den Düsen und macht somit eine Nutzung nicht wünschenswert.

Расположение-близко до пляжа и барно-ресторанной улицы. Интернет хороший.

Волнистое море (красный флаг), скорее всего из-за пришедшего циклона, и так не всегда. Воду в душе сложно отрегулировать, она становится то горячей то тёплой без вашего участия.

Dubbel check alles

Locatie en direct aan het strand. Receptioniste ( niet de eigenaar) Oro! Heeft heel veel moeite gedaan voor mijn refund. Helaas kon zij niet meer doen. Oro is fantastisch !

Helaas een downgrade gekregen . Ik vond de kamer tegen vallen. Ik had een deluxe bungalow geboekt maar kreeg daarvan de verouderde slecht onderhouden. Vol muggen in de kamer en op het resort. Tijdens binnenkomst in mijn kamer wel 8 vermoord. Raam badkamer sloot niet waardoor alle muggen binnenkwamen. Sluiten was ook voor de maintenance niet mogelijk. Over de downgrade , hiervoor heb ik 300 THB terug gekregen. Meer was niet mogelijk ondanks dat ze mij gelijk hebben gegeven. Single dekbed op een double bed , erg harde kussens voor de rest zie foto’s . Aangegeven dat ik alleen een taxi naar de Ferry wilde. Helaas was een taxi met Ferry alleen mogelijk om te boeken THB 500. Let op zij boeken de langzame Ferry.

Amazing location.

Airconditioner did not work nor did shower Water pressure to spa was bad and after waiting 30 mins filling up thr spa we gave up. Water didn't even cover our legs when we got in.

The hotel was great and have good decoration. Very quite place, suitable for family

Evergreen resort has room very near to the beach. despite the surround is bar and noise, surprisingly the room very quite especially towards the beach. The Room is newly built and decoration was great!

Highly recommended - great value for money - top location in center and beach!

Nice resort in the awesome garden. We was in deluxe villa and she is in the garden. Big terrace. Fair size of room. Big bathroom. Closet, safe box, refrigerator, AC. Big bed king size. Everyday clean room. Pool with jackuzi (8-22 opening time). Location in a heart of Chaweng, but you dont hear loud music! Resort got 100 m to the beach directly!

Comfort and clean place near the sea with high speed internet - more than we expect

Near the beach! Balcony, good size of room, clean. 3m wide bed. Wifi given me internet speed 170Mbps, truemove given almost 20, so it's perfect for work/education. Here is a elevator, easy to go up. Next time we will live here - 100%!

The beach entrance at back of hotel is beautiful

The bathroom has a mesh window instead of a fan. It's a bit weird. Also many mosquito and a gheko was in the room.

Bungalow was terrible

The hotel rooms were nice, could be a little cleaner though. Nice location next to The beach.

The bungalow room that we got for one day was terrible, it was not cleaned at all. When they cleaned it again it was still dirty. We would not recommend the bungalow room.

Passable

The location was excellent, very central between beach and town. Very useful that laundry can be done at the hotel.

-There were no beach towels provided and when requested they were not available for us, we were told they were 'finished' for the day. Also the room was not cleaned so we had to request for fresh towels for showering also. -Our laundry was mixed up when given back to us.

Dirty. Rude staff. Would not recommend.

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Upon checking in, we quickly realised our room was very dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned at all. The sheets were dirty and there was hair all throughout the room and in the bathroom. The staff did not support us at all and would not refund us for the night that we did not stay there. They gave us mixed messages about when we could talk to a manager (that was supposedly on holiday when we wanted to complain). The staff laughed us when we asked for a refund and continued to work instead of help us with the issue. Would not recommend at all
