The room facilities should be upgraded. The room smells damp and feel like out of care. No theme in the interior decoration. Service was just so-so. It’s not worth to spend USD631.66/2 nights. Besides, there is no deposit request in fees&policy but they did it and didn’t tell me upon my check-in. It’s bad.

Was a bit concerned about what it would be like given the group of smokers hanging out in the driveway, but was pleasantly surprised by the service and general state ofnthe olace once inside. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

Place was great. Room was nice, location is great and parking was safe and convenient. Only thing I didn’t like was how the bathroom fan comes on every time you put the light on and it was loud.

Walked in to a glamorous lobby, which is refreshed and premium. Then I went to my room. A worn out husk of a thing. Smelled like an old foot. The climate control whimpered through a dirty old vent, barely able to regulate the boiling room. My nights were restless due to the lack of ventilation and air. The room felt old and musty. The shower had leftover hair from whoever stayed there last. The staff I interacted with were unfriendly and annoyed. Also seems that the hotel has a strange community of guests staying there discussing drugs in the elevator. For the price charged, just stay at the Omni instead. Terrible experience, will never be back.

Sadly, it is clear this hotel, which we’ve previously frequented to our satisfaction, has slipped along several important fronts over the past 2 years. These concerns include: lack of cleanliness; worn furnishings and threadbare bedding; short-handed or skeletal staffing; staff who lack important skills and/or experience at delivering pleasant, high-level customer service. Overall, the hotel strikes me as an asset in transition.

The property was average. The sink in the bathroom was broken but luckily there was a bar sink that we could use. It was was very disappointing that we were charged regular rates to park in the garage across the street. I looked on SpotHero and found parking 1/2 block away at a 1/3 of the price. Paid too much for this room.

I wouldn't call this a 3-star hotel. It's firmly in 4-star. I think perhaps cause it doesn't have a kitchen or room service it's stuck in 3-star? Beautiful lobby, clean rooms, bedding and bathroom like a 4-star. Very nice staff. Attached parking garage was excellent. Good value for today's ridiculous prices. I'd stay here again.

We had stayed at this hotel twice before. Most dtaff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The location is great for us, in easy walking distance from Yale Art Gallery and other university sites. The hotel rooms really need some renovation. The a/c in ours was extremely noisy and didn’t work well enough during hot, humid August weather. There are no USB connections at bedside lamps, which is unusual these days. We were happy to have a refrigerator that worked well. Also appreciated the guest laundry that was on our floor.

The hotel was in a good location next to the Yale University campus where I was visiting. Hotel looks to be fairly new. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only downsides were limited on site dining and no housekeeping each day. I would stay there again though.

The property was clean, room was cool on a hot day and ac was quiet, the area was perfect to visit Yale. The front desk staff was not professional and forgot to tell me to bring my key as i exited the building after check out, so i got stuck in the garage! (There is a bucket you drop your key in as you leave)

Woman at front desk was very unfriendly. Gave us wrong room #. Wrote it down and I verbally confirmed with her. Key didn’t work so housekeeping let us in. When we went to correct keys she told us it was the wrong room and we had to move even though we already unpacked.
