Comfy, luxurious apartments, fast customer service and good location

The staff communication was excellent. We wanted to check in earlier and Tatenda was able to secure a spot for us before the 3 pm check in time.

there was some confusion with the rooms, I had two rooms and when the check in portal activated it would only show info for one room, after which it showed info for the other room

Great staff support; a very nice apartment; good location for daytime walking into centre of town.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment. I also appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and the blackout curtains that made things very quiet at night. The location was quite central - within easy walking distance of the library in which I was working. I enjoyed the little park behind the building. Above all, the staff were extremely responsive - quick to respond to email questions, and very helpful in making accommodations as needed.

These are relatively small points, but: 1. The clothes washer's spin cycle was not working, leaving clothes soaking wet. 2. There were no drinking glasses - just a lot of cocktail-making equipment that I didn't find very relevant to a working trip. 3. The location of the building was close to the train station and walkable to downtown, but there were no conveniences such as groceries or suitable eateries nearby. This was awkward, especially for a night arrival.

The sofa bed provided during my stay was far from comfortable, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I like the property because it has a generous size of the living area and I also liked the kitchen. everything is nice a

the property is fully furnished with all kitchen & laundry facilities. stay very comfortable with a family

in the beginning to find the address was a bit confusing, however, once we were familiar with the surrounding, it is no longer an issue. the location is a bit far from the central of the city by walking, however , to call a Uber is quite handy

Excellent design, instant home, great value

Everything about the apartment is clean, modern, with considered elegance and good taste. The apartment feels like instant home, and is furnished with great amenities. Every need is thought of and the self directed checkin and checkout with ever responsive staff for all queries, makes it easy and smooth.

The only thing that works slightly against the apartment is that it is located in a slightly industrial looking neighbourhood with construction and roads around it. But that doesn't affect the interiors. If you don't like walking, it is a bit of a walk from new haven downtown, but getting taxis was easy. The apartment looks over a parking lot, but it means that it was quiet.

Beautiful city break apartment!

Beautiful apartment. Lovely big windows, spacious and great air conditioning. would highly recommend if you are visiting New Haven. We felt 2 was enough in the area, although this would depend on the reason for your visit. Otherwise, great apartment at a good price for what you get too!

Enjoyed the feeling of being at home. Very comfortable and clean living space.

In door parking would be a nice feature to have. The outside parking area was conveniently close but when it snow had the task of removing snow off the vehicle. Very time consuming

Superb

Hyatus is a wonderful luxury and contemporary condo complex in a great location right near Yale University campus. It takes just few minutes to to get to center of Yale campus by foot. It has a rooftop grills and lounges with great contemporary furniture and the whole vibe. It’s a top SoHo new wave place right in the heart of New Haven sprawling Yale campus.

Incredible amount of space and amenities in gorgeous apartment with self-checkin

Whenever i visit new haven for more than a night I stay at Hyatus. There are so many aenities like a gym and rooftop. This space just puts hotels to shame. You get a real home kitchen and everything. Now that i got used to this type of apartment hotel I am so done with small little rooms. You get like almost 1000 square feet in this place or something!
