We had a reservation for four of us, which was confirmed by booking. When we arrived there, one of the lady from front desk said that they haven’t got our reservation and they are sold out so we can only book a penthouse without booking. She was also very unhelpful and unkind. After try to talk with manager she said it’s too late (9:00pm) and we have to get out. Very disrespectful because it wasn’t our fault and she don’t even try to help us. I think booking should cancel this hotel from their offers.

Nothing. Very dissatisfied
Located off highway, next to abandoned motor vehicle office. Felt like a Scooby Doo cartoon. Supposed to be a suite with a sitting area, king bed and sofa bed. Worst love seat couch that I've sat on, and it opened to a single mattress. No sheets. Called the front desk and they said I'd have to go to the office to pick them up. I said, No, I am paying you, so they sent someone with the sheets. My son started laughing when he put them on. There was basically no padding, and when you lay down, you could only feel the metal coils. He got no sleep. They only give you shampoo, soap and lotion. Bathroom felt dingy. No balcony as advertised. Just a joke that we had to pay over $400! One of the worst hotels that I've ever stayed at!

They don’t clean the rooms. “Only after 7 days”. The rugs were filthy/gross. wall paper peeling off badly in the bathroom. We saw hairs on bathroom floor. The whole complex is in need of updating, renovating, painting. Outside stairs looked like low income housing. photographs on Booking.com were very misleading. Hard to believe. Breakfast was a joke, if it hadn’t been so gross. pancakes were like plastic. cheap little muffins.
they should be embarrassed to charge the extremely high fees we paid for such a dilapidated place.

location is great
bed might need to be replaced soon, rooms are starting to need some updating, especially kitchen but overall ok for a night

I like that it had a kitchenette with a toaster and other various dishes .
The room is self smelled atrocious!!! and then it smelled like somebody sprayed air freshener over it.

the courtyard and lobby were nice.
the room was smaller than it seemed by the picture. room smelled like marijuana. the blinds on the bedroom balcony (which you couldn’t open) were broken and half of them were missing. several outlets were loose and not working. it seems like it’s an extended stay hotel, there were some suites that had decorations in the windows and the people were loud. had banging on our door in the night.

We were able to check in early
The musty smell in the room, dirty carpet & the size of the balcony, was not what I expected. We had a room in the back on the 2nd floor facing the street it was quite but the balcony was very small & the wood was rotting. The weather was great this past weekend & it would've been nice if we could've sat out there to enjoy it.
The purpose of this trip was quality time together. I chose the location for the balcony & was disappointed.

Nothing, The girl at the front desk was rude and condescending, she was also too interested in chatting with and hanging out with a male who smelled of marijuana, instead of trying to help me with my situation. I have already sent an email regarding this but have gotten no response.
I would be nice to receive my refund, full refund plus any fees since I received zero help from your staff. She charged my card for the room before telling me about the $150 fee, in which i didn't have or budget for this trip. So I was stranded in CT with NO MONEY and received no apology for this happening. If I had known about the $150 room fee, I would have never let her charge my card. She told me I could not get my money refunded until 48 hours, It's been 6 days and I still do not have a refund!

Lots of space, great price, and helpful staff
The roll out bed for the kids wasn’t the best (and website indicated sleeps four, didn’t specifically state that we had to use a pull out sofa bed).

It was supposed to be free breakfast but the chef said y'all ran out of food it was only bagels and cereal the eggs and Sausage was gone and but the staff told us when we checked in it was from 7:00 to 10:00 but at 8:00 the food was gone

i checked in on the 19th or 20th September and the two men that were on the night shift (8 o’clock ish ) went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, giving me their coat when it was raining, moving me to a different room so I felt safer, gave me a plug for my charger as I only had an English one. this hotel did everything for me they were so unbelievably kind and helpful. i needed to get to the airport in the morning to fly back to England and no one was available to take me so one of staff finished early to take me so I could make my flight. honestly 10/10 service such caring people working there. If I ever return to the US this will be the first place I go to! thank you guys such a great team
