First off check in was eazy, after getting up to our room we noticed there was only two bath towels, no hand towels, no floor towel, no wash cloth, next the TV remote did not have a back to keep the batteries in it the telephone was missing the cord so you could not call the front desk also both lights to the left and right hand side that are on the wall above the nightstands were not plugged in and the one on the left hand side of the bed did not have a plug nowhere near it so I had to plug my cell phone up across the room next to the TV the TV is quite small compared to the size of the room but this is not that big of an issue, when we did take a shower the floor started flooding because of the way the door operates it swings in or out so there's nothing to keep water from getting on the floor not really my problem but just something I noticed also the shower head were squirting water out all around it where it screws on to the pipe, next morning I noticed a live roach in the bathroom, so now I'm a bit disgusted, my wife and I go down to get breakfast only to find out they have waffles two kinds of cereal one kind of yogurt and I did not see any oatmeal or grits or danishes eggs are sausage like they used to have I have stayed at this sleep inn in the past and that was the breakfast they used to have I understand cutting cost for the bottom line but at the end I could have paid the same price somewhere else and got a good breakfast!

I’m super picky about cleanliness of hotels, we wanted to be close to AT&T stadium and this hotel was perfect location and a value price. It was indeed very clean, and had great staff. Smaller room but very comfortable and all we needed. Will stay again.

Location is excellent and check in was easy. Our room had a broken shelf in the shower and our room smelled misty and damp. The linens and pillows did not smell clean.

This has to be the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The duvet had fresh blood stains on it. All of our towels were stained. The shower looked disgusting. My DIL did shower but with her sandals on. The weed smell in our hallway was overwhelming. I have never felt dirty leaving a hotel. Do not believe the "good" reviews. I don't know how anyone could give this hotel a good review.

Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. He was very accommodating. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was a bit dirty and leaked water all over the floor. There was only one small bar soap and could’ve given us more. Given the price for these accommodations, they can do much better.

They had the hallway and staircase AC units not on. Room AC units did cool down until early morning, so room was hot all night. Only 1 ice machine, elevators sound broken and breakfast was terrible. Just very basic.

Easy check in, trolley stop right behind hotel. Breakfast was only waffles, but one waffle iron was in the shape of Texas so it's cool.

First room offered smelled like cigarette smoke the front desk person was more than willing to help us into another room. Was there for two nights and three days. Employees were kind. Was able to ask for more bath towels when needed. Breakfast was good just high in carbs but excellent for the price! I would stay here again! Was walking distance from globe life feild!

We got into one room and the sheets where dirty floor was dirty it had a really bad smell paid to get into another room and that room was smelly and dirty too shower had hair and foot prints on it looked like it wasn’t clean

The only problem i had. The Hotel was Is construction. And someone was in the upper level moving Furniture or working on a room late in the hours, was able to sleep with all the noises they were making.. and Room didnt have any Towles had to ask for them in the front office.

their water system went out mid way throughout the whole hotel and didn’t even bother to take care of it in advance. when asked the front desk they said they didn’t know about the services up until everything was shut off. i was taking a mid shower and had to deal with this major inconvenience. Truly awful.

The hotel mind you was undergoing renovations. However, our room had a musty smell to it, and always seemed very damp, the shower leaked onto the floor every time it was used, the baseboards were moldy and falling off the walls, there was no daily room service, had to get our own new towels, the pool didn’t have towels, there was drywall dust and dirty floors everywhere. The pool had rocks on the bottom and hair floating around while swimming. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The area was great! Super close so you can walk to The Rangers! They are remodeling, but it didn’t bother us. The bed and pillows were amazing! Highly recommend for the price and location.

The location was very convenient. The price was good for the rating and location. However, the hotel was nothing to boast about. As soon as I walked in, noticed an odor. Once entering the room, it smelled as if someone had smoked in the room. The bathroom smelled as if someone had ran a marathon and destroyed the toilet, which is ironic because I had walked in there in my socks and my feet got wet due to water on the ground coming from the toilet. The one chair in the room was splattered with something white, didn’t bother to sit there. There were bugs in the room, some fly or something was flying around while we ate. In the morning, the breakfast was very limited. The only options were yogurt, make your own waffles, or cereal. At least coffee and juice were offered. Upon checkout, mentioned to the staffer at the desk of the issues, no care was seem to be given. Baffling.

The main problem with this hotel is no housekeeping for my 5-day stay. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was told they would send someone to do it. But nobody came that day or the next two days either. Also, it was not just me. Other people had to put their room garbage in the hall.

The lobby had roaches and a customer was complaining for about 30 minutes because he wanted a refund due to having roaches in his room the front desk clerk did not refund his money.
