A little dated but overall a nice hotel. Very friendly staff.

Beds were comfortable and room appeared clean. However there was a slight smell to the room when you would first enter each time. It was late when we checked in, so we did not bother to report it until the next morning. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Room was odd
Oval shower smallest bathroom I've ever seen I a hotel.
Breakfast ended early
Had to go elsewhere for food.
When I walked into the dining area she was pulling everything but it was still there
She said we're closed
It's over. I guess someone else was going to get the remaining eggs and sausage
Fortunately there was a Wawa, and cracker barrel nearby.

The stay was nice, the building and rooms needs some renovations.

The eggs and sausage links, patties, and eggs need to be a different brand. Heard a lot of complaints about it. The rest of the breakfast was good.

The staff at Sleep Inn are very friendly and helpful! The location is well situated, you can walk to several restaurants in the area. It is obvious that they take pride in their establishment! If you are visiting Busch Gardens, the "Busch Bus" is the way to go. The owner, Chris, picks you up and drops off right in front of the gates.

Friendly staff. Close to historic area.

Stayed here two nights while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. Would not return to woke Colonial Williamsburg, but this was a good hotel. Management works hard here! Rooms clean, nice pool, good breakfast. Hot water / tea available all day.

The only thing I did not like was the pilllows. I like something flatter, but my group loved them.

Yet another great stay! Sleep Inn is across the street from my Dad's assisted living home so I stay here frequently. From Andre, the night manager to the super clean room to the super comfortable bed, each stay is better than the last.

Yikes! Our part of the hotel looked like it hadn’t been renovated since 1974. Really unattractive with a bathroom/stained shower smaller than you’d see on a cruise ship. Smelled moldy. Room was so damp that my iPhone alerted me it had been exposed to water. On the plus side, the bed was pretty comfy and the room was clean.

The room had a smell the bathroom was about halfway clean. The worst was the mattress needed to go in the dump it was like a sumo wrestler had slep on it it was very uncomfortable.

Andre was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable during our check in process. Staff was helpful when asking for recs. Breakfast was good and coffee was hot. Rooms were a tad small, but well worth the money. Beds were comfortable and hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants. Will 💯 stay here again

We arrived there at 11:30 pm after a day at Busch Gardens and had to wait a little while before someone finally came to the desk to check us in. The place is outdated and dirty but the sheets were clean. The breakfast included the typical items like waffle station, pastries, bread and also hot items such as egg and turkey sausage. We didn’t get to use the pool or gym due to limited time there.

We like the hot breakfast.

Been here before. The staff is always awesome. The rooms are typically a great value. However, this room had a distinct mildew smell that tranferred to everything we brought. The couch and love seat smelled less than fresh.

We enjoyed our stay. The property could use some updating, and AC could use a check up. But the beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent, very courteous and helpful. Some of the room needed updates, shower, mini fridge, etc. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The bathroom could use some updating, mildew around base of shower.
We were there 6 days great service, housekeeping came in everyday to clean and straighten up the rooms. That was greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was OK but , needed some different choices through the week.

Overall a pleasant stay, room & bed were quite comfortable, staff was very courteous especially Andre, breakfast was good with several options. Downsides… not sound proof I could hear the other guests TVs and activities abs the door to our room rattled often.

We love taking our vacation in Williamsburg Va. And we have stayed at Sleep Inn most of the time. The time we did not stay there it was bad. We made the best of it. The last time I stayed at another hotel the beds was so bad my back hurt for a week, not only me but my husband also. When ever my family and friends stay in Williamsburg we refer Sleep Inn.

Stains were on the bed when we arrived, there was hair in the shower and sink and when we asked for extra pillows we were told no. We would not stay here again.

A bit dated but perfectly fine. The staff was great. We had an issue with our room and they sent someone to fix it right away. The rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Overall not a bad choice if the price is right.
