Pleasant and friendly service, room was clean, quiet (until early morning, when construction started around 8am)
Comfortable beds and decent compact room for overnight stay. Fairly closeby city centre and OVO Hydro, a d Finnieston.

Really nice staff and comfortable stay close to everything and within walking distance

A budget hotel for an overnight stay for a concert.

A very basic commuter, business, overnight stay. No trills. Breakfast in nextdoor hotel but extra charge . This hotel is great b for being centrally located, safe, clean, bar, and absolutely fantastic young staff who are brilliant and welcoming. Would stay again if by myself. Its a s suare as it gets but it has a point. Very reasonable price for where it is, you get what you pay for.

Very noisy due to the road works outside

Reall friendly staff , felt at home from start to finish . Thanks for your hospitality .

Hotel was okay. Furnishings and decor adequate but felt cheap. The area surrounding the hotel was under a lot of construction so it was hard to get to along with construction starting at 8am and being relatively loud. No parking at the hotel but there is a hotel next door where you can park at their underground garage for a fee (8 pounds every time you enter). Great restaurants near by. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ideal situated for shopping, the various theatres around and general sightseeing. Room was clean and tidy and the shower was spotless. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely fantastic stay 😊 all the staff afternoon, night and morning were absolutely fantastic especially David in reception who gave us a wonderful welcome and helped with everything we needed, there was nothing they weren’t prepared to help with especially as I am disabled and it’s very hard to find hotel even in this day and age that helps, they gave me a room next to the lift so can’t praise everyone enough for all they did 🙏

A bit of a walk from the train station and the hotel is not on Sauchiehall Street as listed although nearby. Having stayed at the Ibis Budget hotel in Glasgow this was a definite upgrade. Also having the previous few days stayed at a rather grubby hotel in London it felt like luxury. Everything was clean and well organised. It was a nice stay.

Not the hotel’s fault, but major road repair made access a bit difficult. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only issue was when housekeeping came they took one of our 2 towels and never replaced it.

Hotel was ok no car park or EV parking which is advertised on your app had to use the rail station car park which is 5 minutes away not a nice walk carrying my laptop bag and case using a phone to locate the hotel as many roads are shut due to construction work

Great location, despite all roadworks, for a rainy central Glasgow first visit. Very warm, welcoming staff. Comfortable room with interesting en suite pod, which worked, surprisingly well! Very comfortable bed with topper - trademark Ibis style. Didn’t get a good view but did get the top floor. Not the hotel's fault that workmen were out working from 7am even in the rain. It just meant we had to shut thr window. Breakfast was excellent - shared with the Novotel next door but with an entrance from the Ibis. Both hot and cold selections topped up often. Great room with lots of windows and light. Would stay again although may try the Ibis Styles to really compare what we are used to. Two things that could be looked into: deep clean of curtains- spotted something which could have been either a squashed mozzie or bogey. And the info in the room said bar/food was 24/7 but that wasn’t the case. Would have been good to know as we checked in or have the info updated.

No issues, what we expected for the money and a last-minute booking

We have used this hotel twice before. Charlene and all the staff are excellent and cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All staff are friendly and polite . The breakfast is very good and there is something to suit everyone

Fantastic all round!
4.0
Staff helpful and hotel generally clean though some 'grubby bits'.
Bed was very comfortable.
Parking was a short walk away at £12.50 for 24Hrs. Due to roadworks there is no vehicular access to front of hotel, no matter what your Sat-Nav says !

Location was good as we needed to take the train to the Open. Hotel was functional, bed was comfortable which on this occasion was what we needed as we didn’t spend much time at there. Breakfast was in the Novatel next door and good value at £12 each. Would use it again for a similar event. There is no parking at the hotel, you need to use one of the NCP’s

Very close to shops and restaurants

We have stayed at Ibis Hotels in the past and have found them to be nice and economical. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were kind and helpful - giving us directions when we had troubles finding the place due to major road construction; as well for parking.

There was construction outside of the hotel so it wasn’t easy to access. But overall it was a great place to stay!

The hotel was in the middle of a building site. It was extremely hot in the room but with the window open the noise was insufferable. The fan didn't work even though it said it would automatically come on at 21⁰. Bearly slept as far too hot. The room itself has so many stains and watermarks all over the roof and walls. Only 1 tbag for 2 guests. Pretty poor to be honest.

Works right outside very noisy. Getting woke up at 8am with drills going is not the best. A lot of streets closed off to get to hotel. It says its on sauciehall street when its not. Staff fab though, they couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast a bit dear but decent.

Rooms way too small for 2 people. Bathrooms too small. No room to sit .. towel service poor. Construction outside was noisy at 4.30 am. Staff were very good but will not use the Hotel Chain again.

It is difficult to find this hotel. But the price is very good, although the hotel is at central of Glasgow.

Only booked several days before arrival, nowhere at the time of booking did it mention building works going on outside. Generators started up at 07:00. Air conditioning in room non existent. Bed very uncomfortable. Will not be staying here again

There were some issues with our stay - the mattress was very hard, the toilet was extremely loud when flushed, the room was uncomfortably warm and there were handprints across the headboard/wall above the bed so didnt seem to have been cleaned. Staff were very friendly and did sort the toilet and got the air cooling system working a bit better.

We could not travel to make use of room due to unforseen circumstances and refused refund despite giving a month's notice

Convenient hotel in city centre.

Stay for nice and comfy but road works at 7:30am on a Saturday are not what you want to hear . We weren’t informed about these either so made it worse!

Hotel stay was fine , was very disappointed to find out about hotel and road works around the hotel , which started at 8 am , very noisy after having a night out, to be woken early . Maybe it should inform people of the works

Breakfast is definitely worth it. Staff and service are friendly and efficient.

The hotel reception couldn’t help when we arrived with instructions on how to get our car nearer hotel with the roadworks outside building.
She never even asked another member of staff just said she didn't drive.
The bathroom was unsafe had a big step up to it and was dirty.
Pillows had marks on them.
No clean towels for a 2 night stay.
Fruit juice in the morning was watered down.
Tables not cleaned quick enough.

A great location very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly
