Old thin walls and windows. Lots of noise. Clients very loud. Breakfast was ok, the location is great though. Hotel personnel was ok, some were kind others rude.

Dont expect to get the room you booked at this hotel! Half of the listed facilities is not present. I booked a standard doubleroom, But upon arrival i was placed in a small single room. I went to the reception and was asked to wait 10 minutes for a new room to be ready (i waited about 30, despite this being 1,5 hours after check in opens). I then got a room which was clearly also a single room, Where they had turned the bed, and places another bed beside it (it was 2 diffrent bedframes, and the headboard mounted on the wall gave it away). One of the reasons i booked this hotel id because on the booking page it says theres a balcony in double rooms. So i went to the reception again, and was told due to full occupation they couldnt move me to a new room with balcony before tomorrow, even tho the booking site showed 6 available rooms of the type. The next day i was moved to a family room(more space but still nor the room i booked) also without balcony. I gave up complaining as i was always met with a bad attitude from the hotel staff who seemed like they were not very interested in resolving the matter. Not once did i get an apology or any kind of understanding. Dont waste your money here. Pictures are of the second room i got, which was supposedly a double standard room

It was ok,I was supposed to stay in another one of the hotels but was in formed the room I booked was not available,the lady (who had no English)google translated to tell me go to another hotel 15 min walk away,but I was early 11am and they booked me in free of charge,the room was very basic and the bed’s uncomfortable,no WiFi and no one cared either,shower holder was broken,but it was central and the room was quite,and restaurant staff were pleasant and friendly,but it was 2 stars

Very good hotel. I paid $60/night for 5 nights. Comfortable bed, strong A/C, hot water. Centrally located. Prestia e Comande airport bus drops off in front. Hotel is on floors 3 & 4 with an elevator. Friendly staff but limited English. Only issue was the Wi-Fi didn’t reach my 4th floor room.

This place is a hostel not a hotel. We booked 2 double bed rooms. There 7 beds in each room. The pictures were photoshopped. We contacted Expedia but they were no help. We went to another beautiful hotel for less money. We have to call our credit card company when we get back.

This property should have a 1 star rating not 3. All the other 3 star properties I have stayed at here have been spectacular. In fact after just seeing the place with the dark hallway I decided to find somewhere else to stay which I did.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, occupying one floor of a taller building. It is basic, but clean. Breakfast included was better than expected by Italian standards. The staff were very helpful with researching bus routes and calling taxis as needed. I would stay again.

Definitely a no frills hotel. On the same floor as the front desk, bar and restaurant so you hear everything that is going on in the room all day and night. Breakfast has very little things of interest accept sugary items!

I really loved staying here. It was the perfect location to get to all the main attractions. The a/c worked well and rooms cleaned every morning. I especially liked the breakfast buffet in the mornings. They had a hot coffee machine where you could choose your coffee of choice. Also lots of cannolis, croissants, sliced morning sweets, sliced warm ham, cheese, sliced cold meat, toast, juices, fruits, boiled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes, milk, yogurt, and mini ham croissant sandwiches. Every morning I was greeted by the wonderful Dania at the reception and Angela who ran the breakfast buffet. They are the friendliest and happiest pair. I heard nothing but laughter from them all morning. Dania and Angela are a true asset to getting the guest ready for their day!

The location of the hotel is good, but hotel is in a very old building with a too old elevator. Can’t sleep during the night because of noise on the street. Towels were in poor condition and one of our bed was not done after the first night. The receptionist was friendly.

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Bathroom was smelling like a dead animal. Room was dirty, bed sheets and towels were very old, there were even holes on them. Door lock was broken, corridor and hotel was smelling weed. Coffee machine was broken, they served us cold coffee for breakfast. They don't deserve 7 points and 3 stars.

The area was conveniently close to many places of interest and restaurants. The neighborhood was run down. Our bathroom was very clean and tidy but the window seemed unfinished. Our bedroom was ok but very noisy at night. Some furniture was not in good shape but the bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. Our travel companion had a room that was not in good shape, the bathroom was unkept or unfinished. It was not a pleasant experience for him and certainly not worth the price.

Check if School Parties if any cos I could not sleep 2 nights running from 1.30 to 2.30 Sunday & Monday last week despite complaining on Monday morning to receptionist so had to leave not risking a 3 rd night noise like football crowd! Teacher had no control? Did they have any respect for other guests one hour not 5/10 minutes! I left but 38 Aira would not repay me without Hotels . This hotel was a disappointment. My first room had a really weird smell & with 2 bunk beds- very depressing. I asked them to switch me to another room, that one didn't smell but still had two bunk beds for 1 person. I asked the receptionist to give me a room that had no bunk beds but no luck with that. Communication was a struggle and breakfast was terrible. The hotel needs major remodeling.

Dania at the front desk was the best part of our (very) disappointing stay; she was graceful. They advertised free internet service but they have none in the room; what they do have is lots of giant mosquitos in the room. We were awaken very early in the morning by construction going on in the room next door, and at the hotel in general. A worker was kicking a door down; so, so laud. We asked to be move to a room with internet connection and no construction going on, but staff refused to help. They wouldn't even help us find a new place. We needed to work, this was a business trip. We had to find a new place to stay and no refund for extra day paid was offered. Very disappointing.

The beds were comfy, the air con was bliss, with our own bathroom, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and being based in the centre was incredibly useful to get around and it was really cheap. I will be going back

It was like staying in a cell. Nothing worked and plug sockets didn’t work so We couldn’t charge our phones and wouldn’t give us water. Staff were rude and seemed to be more interested in their phones than us. Poor poor poor.

The hotel is in the centre of Palermo. I was pleasantly surprised despite the somewhat weird entrance. The rooms are small (expected from city centre hotels) but comfortable and clean, furniture would need a bit of an overhaul. But I had a room with a small balcony and is was quiet as well.
