Goede locatie

De locatie dichtbij bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand. Goede bed en kussens.

Inchecken duurde lang. Geen reacties op telefoons ondanks afgesproken tijd. Ontbijt matig 1 broodje met ei en baconi en kop thee. Niet zoals de foto's. Op de 4e etage zonder lift.

La posizione è vicino ai punti nevralgici di Palermo,duomo,quattro canti,ecc,come pulizia e comfort,tutto ok,host accogliente e disponibile .

Ottima l' accoglienza dello staff e la dimensione di camera e bagno. Presente anche un accogliente terrazzino con mini frigo.

Terzo piano senza ascensore non sufficentemente segnalato. Persone anziane o con qualche piccolo problema di salute non potrebbero essere ospitate e questo deve essere ben chiaro prima della prenotazione. La doccia aveva solo un piccolo doccino, precariamente assicurato al muro e non orientabile. Niente luce sullo specchio. Il letto un po' scomodo.

Posizione ottima a poche centinaia di metri dal centro. Bagno con finestra e balconcino. Camera spaziosa

Entrata e facciata fatiscenti, no ascensore, qualche dettaglio per rendere la stanza più accogliente

Comfort e Cordialità

Struttura a 16 minuti dal duomo a piedi, in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e silenziosa durante la notte. La stanza era molto pulita, con un balconcino che si affacciava ne cortile interno; all'interno, televisore e aria condizionata, e nel bagno un termosifone sempre attivo. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e cortese, disposto a qualsiasi chiarimento o informazione. Per la colazione abbiamo potuto scegliere cosa mangiare, tra dolce e salato, e l'orario in cui effettuarla.

Consiglio, un televisore con smart tv oppure un cavo HDMI, per connettere Netflix o eventuali. Unica pecca, l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano di un palazzo senza ascensore, ma giustificato dal fatto che è un palazzo storico.

Habitacion siempre limpia, el colchon y las almohadas hace rato merecen renovarse. No volveria.

El baño nuevo a pesar de ser un edificio muy antiguo y desmejorado. Se puede desayunar a la vuelta, en el UNICO bar cercano.

El edificio NO TIENE ASCENSOR y el depto esta en el 3er piso, barrio MUY ALEJADO del centro, no me gusto. Las valijas las subio el que nos recibio, yo no hubiera podido hacerlo.

I would not recommend it for older people.

Family Staff. Nice people.

Carrying Luggage for flights of stairs, without an elevator for a 72-year-old who is a challenge. It should be made absolutely clear in the property description that there is no elevator and that the rooms are on the third and fourth floor.

Very good

Nice spacious room, relatively cool in summer. Good simple breakfast. Easy to find parking in the street.

Communication with owner/manager about arrival time could have gone slightly smoother.

Hope we'll be back next year.

The district of Palermo was discovered to me unexpectedly. I've found it so interesting and there is a short distance from the historic centre. The hotel perfectly mutch of cost, service and location. Piero and Johny allowed us to leave our suitcases for the time when we were having a long trip to fabulous places in Sicilia and helped us to get a transfer to the airport. Thank you a lot you so helped us. Hope we'll be back next year.

There is a short distance from the Norman–Arab Palace and fish market. The hotel perfectly much of cost, service and location. Piero and Johnny were always helpful with any questions. Thanks a lot.

Nice stay

The location was nice. We had airconditioning in the room and a private bathroom. The breakfast was ok, they will ask you what you want in the morning.

There was not a lot of breakfast. They only make one thing. You have to walk a lot of stairs to get to the room

Other hotel guest were playing loud music at 3 am and we couldn't sleep. For check-out at 8:30 am no one was at the hotel. The hotel rooms are in the upper floor without a lift.

Simple and clean accommodation near Mercato Al Capo

Room was clean and tidy. The accommodation is well located, walking distance to Mercato Al Capo.

The bathroom was not ensuite as advertised, it was located in a separate room next door to the bedroom. There was no iron or filtered water provided. It would also be helpful to display the WiFi details in the rooms, as well as at reception.

hree-room apartment on the fifth floor of a residential building without an elevator. There is no parking, you have to look for it. bathroom and toilet are not in the room but next.

The room is cozy, big enough for 2 peoples to stay comfortable. Eberything is as it show in booking photo. The shower is really nice and strong hot water. There is a common area with a comfy sofa you can chill apart crom your room. WiFi also very nice and strong. Brakefast also amazing ☺️

The room is on the 3rd floor but we are light traveler so it actually not bad to walk up the stairs.

Quiet property, not far walk from city centre

quiet property. decent breakfast of pastries from local bakery

it’s an old apartment cum “hotel” on the top floor of an apartment block. easy to miss and you’ve got a lot to stairs to walk up to get there. pretty sure my “key” would have worked in all the doors so felt a bit wary as a solo female traveller.
