Correct, clean apartment with 3 bedrooms with double beds and their own bathrooms.

Apartment is clean, bright, on the top of the building (9th floor), the building has an elevator. Every room (3 bedrooms) has double beds and there own bathroom, which is great. Parking in the street (with a lot of shops) is free of charge, so if you cannot park in front of the building, wait until 8 pm when shops are closing and there will be free parking lots. Other option is to use a paid parking just across the street, but we didn't need it. If you want to visit all Sicily, we suggest to rent a car on the airport and travel all around Sicily, moreover to rent apartment in Palermo but also to rent another one on the other side of the Sicily, since it is too far away to travel on the other side in one day.

The flat plan is strange, there is no living room (only 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, and corridor very long towards other rooms). Except the view from the kitchen, other windows are looking directly towards other buildings. Sofa in the kitchen is uncomfortable so basically the apartment should be used for sleeping and breakfast only. It is a correct apartment, but nothing charming neither specific for Sicily.

Great stay in Palermo.

The view and location was excellent. Close to all the major sites and ATM and grocery store are also in the same block. Highly recommended. Great for large families. Amazing host. Safe neighborhood.

Very enjoyable

Very comfortable and loads of room. Hosts were very attentive. Location is excellent with 10 minutes walk to the opera house. Lovely balcony with city view.

Fab place to stay to explore Palermo

Fab apartment in a great location, clean , comfortable and well equipped- with the bonus of a balcony. Very welcoming and helpful host

The host VERY supportive Walking distance from the city. The street seemed to be safe (unlike neighbouring streets) The view from the balcony Clean apartment

The smell in the bathroom Hard to find a parking space on the street (but there is an underground parking nearby with rate 1 euro/hour The city itself very disappointing (poor and extremely dirty )

Excellent

The owner Sergio was very helpful, he organized our transfer from airport and gave us all information we needed. Apartment was excellent, comfortable and situated perfectly near all main attractions. We made trip to Cefalú by train, Palermo-Lolli station is just 15 minutes walk away from the apartment. It’s very easy to go and come from Airport too.

Amazing stay

amazing stay , new rooms . the owners super nice and helpful with our stay ; given us suggestions and hints on where to go in the city . the property was close to city center . the balcony is a very nice and cozy extra . rooms were very tidy and each had it own bathroom .

we had a lovely stay.

Very good value for money. Bedrooms very big and all en-suite. The property has a lovely balcony. The host was excellent, so friendly and accommodating.

while near enough to centre the area itself was a little dirty ( this seems to be a common theme in parts of Palermo). The property is well located for those wanting a city break.

Everything was perfect! The apartments are clean, everything is new, an excellent view from the terrace. The hosts are very welcoming. We arrived at rush hour and it was difficult to find a parking, but the hostess tried to help us and was looking for a parking place herself. That was very cute. The apartment has everything you need. Recommend!

The blue light above the bedroom doors is rather bright in the dark room that it may not be comfortable for some guests.

Perfect apartment for your stay in Palermo!

Probably one of the best opportunities to stay in Palermo. The apartment is nothing else but great. The View is really worth its name - the view from the patio is just breathtaking. The apartment is perfect - everything is modern, new and clean and it’s located near the center of Palermo. Sergio, the owner, is very obliging and has great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in Palermo. All in all: pretty close to „perfect“!

Great place to stay when in Palermo

Lovely apartment , had everything you could possibly need , great location very close to historic centre of Palermo. Sergio was great host , very helpful lots of recommendations and was always on hand if needed.Terrace is great , 9th floor so the view is superb. Would not hesitate to stay again.
