L'appartamento è delizioso. Curato nei dettagli e molto confortevole. Ottima pulizia. I proprietari gentilissimi

:) A házban lévő Wifi remekül működött.
Lorenzo rengeteg segítséget nyújtott nekünk....térképen bejelölte a nevezetességeket, programokat ajánlott, éttermeket stb...
Mindig elérhető volt, és sok hasznos tanácsot adott, hova menjünk, mit nézzünk meg!
Mindent nagyon köszönünk!

Lorenzo was very kind and went over and above in making us feel welcome and offered several suggestions and recommendations. The apartment was very spacious, great facilities and extremely comfortable. We loved our stay.

Lovely interior, we had everything we need in the kitchen
Air conditioner is missing. Temperature at night was 32 degree, not possible to sleep

Almost everything. Quite close to the city center (around 20 min walk to the Cathedra). Really great host! We get a lot of tips where to go and where to eat. We could contact him any time.
The apartment was great, but the location wasn't. There were a lot of trash in the streets and poor public transportation (in the whole city in general)

Very cute flat with seriously everything that you would ever need while staying in Palermo. Nice cafes and supermarket close to the apartment. Good bus connection with Palermo historical centre and central train station. Comfy bed, very clean and cute, private terrace where you can enjoy meals together while taking sun. Super caring, kind and helpfull host. Will stay again for sure next time if visiting Palermo!😁
Sunbed on the terrace was broken.
Extremely hot in the summer even with 2 fans working non stop. AC would be a good solution☀️ except of that everything's just perfect

Lorenzo Gatto is a great host, very friendly and approachable. He gave us lots of tips and useful information. Also left a welcome pack and wjne and water in the fridge. Great cafe around the corner for delicious pastries.

We spent 7 days in Palermo, respectively in Casa Florio. The house is as in the pictures on the website, furnished with good taste and equipped with everything you need. The host Lorenzo provided us with a series of useful information and answered any questions on whatsapp.
The only problem, which I cannot fault the host, is related to the sewage system in the area and the unpleasant and persistent smell that you could feel in the bathroom. Of course, we kept trying to cover it with different deodorants and we got over it.

We had a great stay at Casa Florio. The apartment is nice and cozy, we had everything, including the possibility to cook. The terrace is very nice. It was very close from the event where I need to participate (7 minutes by walk). We arrived easy from the airport, the train station was at 10 minutes by walk from the propriety. Arriving late, Lorenzo showed us a nice restaurant open after 21.00 and the bottle of wine and water that we found in the apartment was nice to have late, when all the supermarkets were closed.
we liked everything and thanks to Lorenzo for everything.

This apartment run by the affable Lorenzo is a very cozy little apartment that would suit a couple or perhaps a couple with a child between 5 and 10 years old. Lorenzo asked if we wanted a small bed made out for our son who is two, but we told him not to bother as he can sleep with us in the double bed which is plenty big.
The apartment is warm, clean and has decent facilities to prepare some lunches and maybe a simple meal if you're not up for going out for food. There are some nice personal touches. Lorenzo puts a few wine and beer glasses in the fridge for you so you have a nice cold glass to drink form. There were a few bags of biscuits to enjoy. A bottle of multivitamin juice was also in the fridge.
There was a television in the room and there was very high speed internet. There was also a drying rack for clothes. Though there's no washing machine so I guess this is mostly for bathing suits or for drying out towels after you've taken your shower.
It's decorated nicely, there's good water pressure in the shower and there was always plenty of hot water for us all to wash and do dishes etc. There were some bottles of oil, bags of salt and even a little remining in a bag of coffee.
Lorenzo is always quite helpful with communication. He's very clear and responsive. When we arrived he gave us a little tour of the property, how the locks worked etc and then drew on a local map of where we were and where eveything nearby is such as shops and the old town.
The internet cut out a few times. I was trying to get away from work and switch off and we'd roaming on our internet so it wasn't too big a deal. There was a piece of the shower door that had come loose. Lorenzo definitely would want to get that fixed.
It isn't the most ideal location for a couple with a son our age (two and a half). The drivers in Palermo are pretty wild. And when they park their cars you'll rarely me crossing the pedestrian crossing without a driver blocking the entry to the crossing where you're meant to enter the road and another driver blocking where you leave the road and get on the next footpath. It's also further from where there's anything worth seeing than I thought. Were we a few years younger and without our son a 1.5 or 2 km is not that long a walk. But it can turn from 20 minutes to an hour when your little one gets distracted by everything they see along the way. Also Palermo's old town os big, but there's one main street worth seeing, and a decent market and then the marina is pretty good. Those are all quite far into the old town.
There's also a small business next door that seems to run machinery every day from late morning till the afternoon. It's not deafening but you're listening to a humming noise and machinery noise quite a lot if you stay in the apartment rather than go out.

The property had absolutely everything we needed. Our host Lorenzo was so lovely and the most helpful host of a property we’ve ever stayed at. So kind and generous and helpful! The property was lovely, spacious and perfect for our stay. Everything is within a short walk if you want to travel.

This lovely little apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable with everything you need with lightning fast internet and a good location. The owner Lorenzo gave us so many tips and information on where to go and what to do around the city and even greeted us upon arrival personally to make sure we got settled ok with some very generous gifts and warm hospitality. We simply cannot recommend this place enough! Grazie Lorenzo 🙏
Nothing negative to say about this place at all.

The appartment is very well equipped, quiet and very nicely decorated. It is also close to everything, to the centre you need to walk for about 15-20 minutes, and this is a very nice walk with many beautiful buildings on the way. In the area of the appartment there are also very good priced places for lunch and dinner. The host of the appartment was extremely helpful. Our luggage was delayed with 2 days and he puicked it up for us, so we did not have to waste any time while in Palermo. He also gave us a lot of useful touristic information.

Well decorated apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom and lovely outside terrace, enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the terrace. Welcome pack left by the owner with pasta, sauce and wine, we didn’t do any cooking in the apartment though. Lovely bakery just along the street and another just a few minutes walk away and supermarket only a short walk away too. Very easy to get into Palermo by train, just a 10 minute walk to the station and trains every half an hour. Lorenzo provided lots of information on the city, provided good directions to the property and responded quickly to all messages.
No air conditioning in apartment, my fault for not picking this up when booking. We travelled to Palermo in August and it was very warm. There were two fans in the property but even with both fans on the apartment was still warm.

Lorenzo was extremely helpful, he gave us many useful information and even bought us groceries as a welcome gift.
4.5
Lorenzo was very welcoming and had provided us with pasta and wine and a gift. The apartment was clean and tidy and exactly what we expected. Lorenzo was on WhatsApp the whole trip in case we needed help, there was a lot of leaflets and information about things to do nearby.
The apartment was about 45 minute walk from the main town, we quite enjoyed the walk but coming back late in the evening was a bit trickier.
4.5
The apartment has everything you need to feel relaxed in a big city. It was really cozy and clean. We liked the terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning and relax from touring around the city. We were welcomed with a bag of goodies. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can make meals or only coffee, a little library where you can find books about Palermo city, and recommendations from the hosts, especially the Crazi Plus. The owners were very flexible. It is a bit far from the central train station, but not too far from the center of the city. We loved exploring the city by getting lost in the streets of Palermo. We recommend you stay at this apartment!

nice veranda, friendly staff, very spacious
slightly loud during the night (not their fault though, it was the neighbours), not super central
3.0
It was a quiet place to get rest but it didn't give more than that
We did booked two bedrooms, one double bed and a single for three of us (2 adults, 1 child), but when we arrived we found only one double bed!! Of course the owner did not speak any english and google translate wasn't the biggest help but he was keen to put on an other single bed to the room - for extra 20 euros!!! Well ..
5.0
The terrace and bed, the atmosphere of the entire apartment.

Lorenzo was super helpful all along, we really appreciated that he accepted our late arrival, helped us find a shuttle from the airport and was even here in person to welcome us after 1am ! He offered welcome food and drinks, which was also so so sweet.
The apartment is large and really nicely decorated, with everything you need, including the terrasse ! We also appreciated all the recommandations on what to see and where to eat, left in our hometongue. All in all, we felt like home !
It's noisy in the morning because of the printery next door, so maybe bring earplugs if you want to sleep late :)
Also a little far from some parts of the city, but we did everything by foot (except Monreale) so this is feasible indeed.

We stayed in Palermo for a couple of days. We really liked this apartment. There is patio where you can have meal or just have a rest. The owner of the flat left us some presents like local food and wine what was super nice. As for the location, we were good with it as we are fans of walking. Next time we'll defenitely come back to Palermo and stay again at Lorenzo's.
We have nothing to add here.
4.5
we liked the size of the apartment, well equipped, nice welcome package and nice host. Just a short walk from Palermo Lolli station. Shops, cafes, restaurants close.
Apartment is a bit cold in winter, it could use a bigger heater.
4.5
We loved beautiful patio, well equipped kitchen (even the Orange juice maker was there) and cosy atmosphere. we recommend to Visit the market, buy fresh seafood and cook an amazing italian donner there :) Lorenzo was very nice and helpful. Supermarket was just behind the corner.
it was a little bit far from the station and outside the charming older part of the city, but we like walking so it was not a problem. Like all apartment in Sicily it can get quite cold in winter, but there was a small heated

The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all necessary facilities. The host, Lorenzo, was very nice, he provided us maps of the city and explained what we could visit. Also, he offered breakfast sweets, water and a bottle of wine on the house. The terrace was quiet and nice to have breakfast or relax in the evening. The bed was comfortable.
The shower cabin could have been a bit bigger.
4.5
The flat is well equipped and the host was so nice that he left us a basket ful with italian products and even wine. Amazing.
There is a factory right next to the place that makes a lot of constant noise during the day.
5.0
The apartment had a very stylish and beautiful interior design with much taste.
The host was super nice and provided us with good service. Every time we needed something or had a question who provided us fast with help and information
If you want to visit Palermo book Casa Florio
It was a little bit too hot, but the host provided us with ventilators
4.0
The apartment was really big and comfortable for two people. It had great styling details and also a terrace, where you can catch the sun, drink coffee or eat a meal. Everything regarding the flat was perfect. Our host Lorenzo was really kind, he even left us a welcoming gift and was always open to giving us tips for local places worth visiting in Palermo.
Since we were only for four days, the location was a little bit tricky for us, as we did not have a car and the apartment is a bit far away from the main train station. However, the apartment and everything we received is amazing for the money value we paid.

The terrace was great. the equipment was excellent. A nice gift of pasta, cakes and guilt was enjoyable. owner very accommodating
fan as air conditioning did not manage to cool the room.

Property was absolutely fabulous. Owner displays his photography on the walls and has the place decorated really tastefully. Amazing terrace outside too. He was really helpful and even came to collect us in his car when our taxi driver from the airport left us a 45 minute walk away. He was a fantastic host and I would recommend staying here when visiting Palermo.
A bit outside the centre so if you don't like walking, not for you
4.0
Everything was ok, clean and utilated with everything you need. Close to bus station that took you more close to the old town. The host was very friendly and nice, picked us up from where the airport shuttled dropped us.
The only problem was the temperature in mid August, I really really recommend to install an A/C. It was very hot and even during the night there was simply no air.
