Had a lovely night at the Apex, we were in London to see a show & this hotel was very convenient. It was very clean & the room was lovely.

If you’re familiar with London, this location is ideal for a weekend stay as it’s quieter without the weekday commuters. Yet, it’s just a 5-minute walk from two tube stations, providing quick and easy access to the city’s main attractions.
I also loved the little gift—such a thoughtful touch! It definitely makes you want to stay at all the hotels to complete the collection.

Lovely hotel, a 15 minute walk to Covent Garden. Very clean and rooms were lovely, with a very comfy bed.

Excellent hotel in an ideal location.
Cameron at the front desk was particularly wonderful!

Bar open times were a bit of a mystery but the hotel was comfortable, well maintained and a good base for the theatres

Really beautiful hotel - I’ve stayed here twice now and loved it both times. It will always be my go-to when booking a trip to London.
The staff are all so attentive and seem genuinely happy in their work. I’ve not met a single rude or miserable member of staff while staying here. They are all welcoming and can’t do enough for you.
The only thing I would suggest, and need to try to remember myself next time, is to see if there is a room available away from the lift. Both times I’ve stayed here, my room has been directly across from the lift so this can be noisy when people get out. It doesn’t disturb you through the night, and it wasn’t a problem I felt I needed to raise at the time, but next time I think I’d ask for a room further away just for that extra bit of comfort. Again, it isn’t like a cheap hotel where you are woken up through the night by drunk people coming and going, so you won’t be disturbed by it too much.
Absolutely wonderful hotel!

Good Hotel, very clean and quiet situated on Fleet Street 15 mins from Covent Garden and the South Bank. Poor check-in experience let the Hotel down.

Excellent, this is the third Apex hotel we have stayed in.

What a great hotel this is. The staff was so nice - every single one of them. Rooms are great, place is spotlessly clean. We bought the breakfast, good idea there as they have a small German buffet AND you can order a meal off the menu like Eggs Benedict or whatever. Location was perfect for us, not too busy of an area but walkable to many things.

It was great. And staff is very kind.

A great experience - all the staff were helpful and friendly, and when I forgot to use a discount voucher for my meal, the manager arranged for me to have a nightcap for free from the bar on my return.
My only criticism is that the breakfast was okay, but quite expensive for what it was. I am accustomed to Nordic hotel breakfasts, which are lavish and competitively priced. But everything was tasty and again, the service was very good.
The room was clean and quiet, and the bed incredibly comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again for future trips.

This is the second time we stayed in the Apex Temple Court and we were happy to return. The hotel is very well appointed, and service is good. depending on what you want to do in the city, it is quiet and is a bit away from the busy areas of the city, but we like that and it gives a chance to walk and see so much more. The stay was lovely and we will be back.

Booked a 2 room, 2 night stay at Apex Temple Court.
Arrived by train into Waterloo station and walked from there. A very easy walk which took approx 20 mins.
The hotel is on The Strand/Fleet Street. A busy road, however once inside you would never know it.
We received a warm welcome by reception along with a complimentary upgrade on our rooms. My Hotels.com status also made us eligible for a free drink plus 20% off food & drink. These vouchers were presented to us without us having to ask.
They apologised for not being able to have the 2 rooms next to each other, however we were on the same floor (5th) and were only a couple of doors apart.
The rooms were lovely. Spacious & clean. The bed was 6ft and incredibly comfortable with cosy, light duvet and plump pillows.
The bathroom was a good size with a deep, inviting tub which we sadly didn’t have time to try and a large cubicle with a wonderful rainfall shower. Probably the best hotel shower I’ve encountered. The complimentary toiletries were plentiful and very welcome as we were travelling light.
The room had the usual tea/coffee/biscuits & a small fridge with water.
Air con worked well and was super quiet.
We ate in the bar both nights. Great food at not ridiculous prices.
On our first morning we opted to go to out for breakfast and if you’re tempted to do the same I urge you not to. The hotel breakfast is superb and excellent value for money. You’ll be spoilt for choice.
An excellent stay. We hope to return.

This is the only place I stay while in London. It’s consistently great. Rooms are spacious, updated, modern, and clean. Very much recommended.

This was a great stay and really lovely hotel, I was upgraded to a great room. Then completely ruined by nonsense mini bar charges I was emailed about after using the express check out (not having touched the mini bar). Completely ruined the experience, feels like a scam

The staff was very friendly the moment we checked in. We were early so they stored our bags. Our room was clean and comfy and well stocked with glass water bottles every day, as well as cookies! The location was perfect, a 10 min walk to St Paul's cathedral as well as lots of cafe options along the way. We definitely would stay here again!

Only a few minutes walk to City Thameslink or a bus stop just outside, a convenient and comfortable hotel with good service.
Have stayed here several times and never had any cause to complain but noticed this time that the carpet in my room was quite badly stained.

The Apex is immaculate in terms of design, comfort and service. Gives a lovely sense of luxury without being too presumptuous. Location is quite convenient, not too far from tube stations, and also not too central, which means it is nice and quiet during the evenings.

Good location but otherwise below average. Toilet paper ran out and we had to ask for more…twice before someone sent a new roll. Room was small and cramped .

Perfect choice for Perfect Visit to London! The location was perfect halfway to Westminster, halfway to the Tower bridge. Close to tube, bus outside the door, 10 min walk to Covent Garden. 10 min walk to Blackfriar bridge Millenium Bridge across from Tate Modern. Everyone at Apex Temple Court wonderful and the Bathtub was perfection Thank you

We had a lovely stay- comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, and a nice view. It was conveniently located, central to a lot of things I wanted to see, that made it fairly walkable and/or easy to connect to transport

They placed us on the 1st level. The room was comfortable but there was a lot of noise in the morning with some worker dumping garbage and rolling something loud nearby. Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.
3.0 / 10.0
Cramped unventilated and poor temperature control. Metal strip dividing carpet and wood floor was miserable and painful to step on. Very disappointing for an Apex hotel. Won't recommend or return.

The location is so convenient
Buses outside the hotel take you directly to center of London many attractions. You can also walk to many places easily.
Diner of lobby restaurant is great
