The check in process was very fast and easy! The hotel was very clean! I love the breakfast it had many options. The staff (Juanita) who was in charge of the breakfast was awesome made us feel welcome and assisted us with our needs. I would definitely recommend!

Both pools very dirty. They are not kepted up. I asked staff to at least use a net to clean one pool that had tree debris and nothing was done. The other pool was so foggy you could not see the bottom of the pool. The reason we stayed was for the pools. Very disappointed.

Our experience with holiday inn Guaymas was excellent. The breakfast was amazing it was very with Sonora style touch. We loved it. The only downside I saw was the water in the pool not being heated. Other than that it was wonderful

We have stayed here on our travels to cross into AZ. One comment i have made at the desk, but will make here also is... there needs to be a bathmat in the shower. The floor is very slippery when wet. Im so happy they gaveva lithle coffee pot that allows me to make some decaf for tye morning. Thank you for also having decaf coffee as an option on the buffett. A rare thing in MX.

Excellent location. Beds are comfy. Premium bedding with down pillows. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of plates. Pool is clean and spacious. 10 minute drive to San Carlos or Playa Miramar. Lots of shops and dining near by. Will definitely be back.
