Perfection! This hotel and its amazing staff made my trip so special. They went out of their way to make sure I felt looked after (thank you Luis!). My room was spacious and had all the amenities needed plus extras.
Having just stayed at the Four Seasons the night before, I can say that this hotel does everything better. Will definitely be coming back!

What an amazingly
Beautiful hotel. The staff was exceptionally attentive. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport in the heart of Roma México City. The hotel is walking distance to many places and it is very safe.

An unparalleled gem in the heart of Mexico City! This boutique hotel, with just four rooms, offers an intimate and enchanting retreat that feels more like a luxurious home away from home. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with exceptional service and warmth from the staff, who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
Nestled in the vibrant Roma Norte neighborhood, the hotel's prime location places you amidst the city's finest dining and cultural hotspots, making exploration effortless and unforgettable. Whether you're seeking out the trendiest cafes or the most delectable eateries, they're all just steps away.
I'm already counting down the days until I can return to this hidden oasis. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Mexico City!

Our Nina House stay was perfect! It is beautifully appointed, the coolest neighborhood on a beautiful tree lined street walking distance to many of the best restaurants. It reminds me of the west village in New York meets Paris European architecture. It is a house turned into boutique hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the beds super comfy. You are totally taken care of and the staff go out of their way to help with any needs. The breakfast was wonderful. Truly made our bucket list trip the best it could be. We would absolutely stay there again. One of the best stays ever. Just a note, there is a lot of stairs and no elevator to get to the rooms. It was not an issue for us.

Our one week stay here could not have been better. The attention to detail in this boutique property is extraordinary. The property is so charming and intimate but the service is exquisite. Staff incredibly helpful but also discreet so each day felt like coming home.

We had an AMAZING experience at Nima. The hotel is on a quiet tree lined street, with cafes and small shops. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated. The service here was OUTSTANDING. Everyone is so nice, and they take such good care of you. Loved the little touches like tea at night, aromatherapy and turndown service. Breakfast was delicious. Don't miss the rooftop as it is beautiful. I simply cannot say enough how wonderful this small hotel is. Can't wait to return.

This was such an amazing place to stay in Mexico City. The hotel has only a few rooms. The staff are extremely attentive and thoughtful. The service was better than I could have hoped for. You have to get buzzed in every time you come in but there was not a single time when we had to wait. They left us tea every night before bed. The breakfast was just like going to a restaurant. There were so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The entire neighborhood is lovely. We couldn’t have picked a better location for our romantic getaway.

I loved everything about Nima. They were so friendly and helpful. The roof terrace is beautiful and so relaxing, and the honor bar is a nice touch. After dinner I just wanted to read, so had a nice bottle of wine and curled up with a blanket on the roof and it was such a dream! I also got a 90 min massage, which was amazing. Thank you, Nima!

The Service was amazing, room was beautiful- location was perfect. It's a small place and bar is basically self serve but if you want something quiet, beautiful/romantic with an amazing location, this is it! Breakfast was great, everyone was so accommodating- real 5 star service and furnishings.

Nima is hands down one of the nicest hotel experiences I have EVER HAD. The hotel is impeccable, spotless really. The decor is fresh and modern. The rooms are more spacious than they even appear. The breakfast is extensive and basically unlimited. The service is so personalized and generous. I unfortunately got sick during my stay, and the service just went above and beyond to make sure my every need was met. We will DEFINITELY be back. It was 11/10!

Ok so I’m not used to staying in small, world class hotels but I decided to treat my wife and myself for my 50th birthday and I could not have been more pleased by my stay. The rooms are great, the breakfast is wonderful and the location is top notch. The staff however are the best I have ever encountered. Living in the US I’d forgotten that service like this was still around. Laura is very personable, kind and patient. Rodrigo was always thinking one step ahead of what we may need or want. I cannot recommend Nima more highly.

Review of Nima Local House Hotel

I must admit after seeing all of the amazing reviews on Trip Advisor, I started to become a bit skeptical before we arrived. However, within seconds of being welcomed at Nima I instantly understood why this hotel has become so beloved with people who have stayed here.
The staff is absolutely incredible. They are warm, kind, very attentive and are generally excited for you to be visiting Mexico City and to host you at the hotel. They arranged a trip to Teotihuacan for us that was fantastic. They also are very knowledgable of the neighborhood and offered many recommendations.
The hotel, itself, is gorgeous and appropriately decorated without sacrificing comfort or warmth. Beautiful finishes throughout. Our room was on the terrace level and got great light. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed with great products. The location is also wonderful as it's on a quiet neighborhood tree-lined with many restaurant choices all within walking distance. Definitely take advantage of the complimentary breakfast at Nima as it was very good!
I truly could go on and on, but I suggest you experience it for yourself!

Nima Local House is a beautiful building, and the staff are fantastic - in both cases it's just like staying at a private house with super-welcoming hosts.
The hotel is fantastic, with a small number of unique rooms, together with a beautiful shared sitting-room, gorgeous breakfast room with natural light flowing all the way down from the roof, and a stunning roof terrace.
The staff are all super helpful and welcoming, before, during and after your stay
The area around the hotel is lovely, with a residential feel, and lots of fantastic restaurants.

It was the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel was located in a wonderful neighborhood with great restaurants within walking distance!

We loved Nima!! The property is so special and intimate and the staff are wonderfully warm and helpful! They arranged transportation, reservations, and in house massages. The breakfast was perfect and the location made us feel like locals from another era. And the calm interior with beautiful patio light well and rooftop terrace made it an oasis from the big city just outside. We HIGHLY recommend staying here.

Probably one of the best places we’ve stayed! Wonderful place, people and location. So helpful and attentive.

Lovely hotel. There are only 4 rooms at this boutique hotel, and you feel very personally taken care of. The rooms are beautiful (in an amazing house) with an emphasis on environmentally friendly products and vibe. The concierge was able to book even the most difficult to come by reservations, and the staff was well organized. Breakfasts were superb. Nima is located on a quiet street in walking distance of some terrific restaurants. We would definitely stay again, and ask for either the largest room or the top room off the terrace.

Nima was wonderful!! It is an old house turned into a boutique hotel and is just so charming. We stayed in the Tovar room which is the best because of its street opening balcony. What made it exceptional was the staff and their amazing hospitality. They were always available to help, printed things out for us, gave tons of recommendations and truly went above and beyond. They ordered our Frida museum tickets for us and also printed out walking directions for various neighborhoods. When we told them we are off to Tulum after our stay in CDMX, they printed out a custom itinerary and recs for us! It's the little things that count. only thing is that the wifi is incredibly patchy and needs to be better!! Everything else was stellar.

If I could give 6 stars I would - Nima was an absolute delight, probably in the best part of Mexico City a newly gentrified area with lots of fantastic restaurants and cafes walking distance from the hotel. This is boutique at its best, friendly professional service, beautifully designed hotel with lovely spaces to relax a gorgeous little roof terrace to enjoy a cocktail and beautiful bedrooms. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, book one of their guided tours of Mexico City as it makes all the difference to have a local guide and will change your experience of this amazing city. Also lovely complimentary breakfast in the Devine ivy covered breakfast room.

My wife and I visited Mexico City for 6 days in late July to celebrate our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience, due in large part to our stay at Nima Local House. It is the perfect boutique hotel: at the end of each busy day we were so glad we could return to the peace and quiet of Nima. With only 4 rooms, we were at first concerned whether we would be missing out on guidance and concierge services of a larger establishment but instead, Regina and her staff gave us the most personal and attentive stay we've ever had. They were more than happy to do everything possible to make our stay perfect. This started before we arrived when they helped plan our itinerary, booked drivers, bought tickets ect…. We received 2 calls on our way from the airport to make sure everything was going smoothly and it only improved from there. When they asked our preference of juice for breakfast the first day and I asked for tomato they said they did not have it but would see what they could do. They then spoke to the cook, devised a way to blend fresh tomatoes and strain them. The result was the freshest and most delicious juice ever. One evening I booked a private dinner on their rooftop terrace to celebrate our anniversary. Regina and staff decorated the area with a candles, nice music and an excellent meal. My wife and I keep saying we want to go back to Mexico City and spend the entire time at Nima. It’s that good.
