The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area around the grounds was littered with old machinery and scrap materials which made it a bit unsightly. The room was quite dusty with a few spiderwebs etc. The bed and bathroom were clean and stocked well.

Beautiful house, good breakfast and landlady very kindly ran us up the road to the wedding venue for a small fee, but, it is not boutique, way to many knickknacks everywhere and things in the rooms were very tired, clean but not spotless, saying that, bedding and towels were white and pristine

What a lovely place to stay. I was made to feel so very welcome. The room was so comfortable, clean and warm. Beautiful large fluffy towels. Bathroom was clean and ample.hot water. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. I highly recommend this stunning guesthouse and would.stay again.

This is a very old type of hotel. it is family run and reminds me of faulty towers, when coming to service. There are no delivery companys for food and the hotel has no restaurant, so if you are hungry bring food or drive 10 minutes to a restaurant.

Absoloutly lovely place to stay and very clean. The breakfast was very well cooked and the staff very friendly. The surroundings and look of the building was very well kept. The only issue i have is i forgot to ask for the bottle of wine advertised with my room. But just means i will have to book again.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful family run hotel. The owners bent over backwards to accommodate us even driving us to our restaurant when we were unable to book a taxi.

The hotel was ok but needs a re-vamp as it’s outdated and the owner needs a lesson on how to talk to guests.. I totally get we should be quiet but threatening violence if we didn’t be quiet lol what a moron.

Very friendly welcome, clean, good towels, linen etc, lovely breakfast. Although off the beaten track Grange Court is convenient for Exeter, main roads and airport. Nice garden with good views. Although we didnt have one, a very quick overnight stay, they can also provide afternoon teas and packed lunches.

Friendly staff but the booking hadn’t come through when I arrived so there was some confusion. It was quite dated, with a tired interior decor. It has potential to be great but just needs some TLC. The continental breakfast food and room could be improved with some fresh food, better coffee and maybe some music in the background as was so quiet. But on the whole ok value for money.

Lovely accommodation friendly manager who was happy to recommend somewhere for us to eat. Overall enjoyable stay. We will stay again when sailing from Plymouth to Spain. Breakfast is very good.

Superb room, king size bed, sofa and chair etc. Beautiful room, extremely clean and decorations in pristine condition. En suite was also excellent. Will visit again if staying in the area.

Perfect place to stay overnight breaking our journey from Cornwall to the Isle of Wight. Comfortable room with nice bathroom. All clean and quiet night’s sleep. Good filling breakfast well cooked. Easy parking. Friendly check in.
