About this apartment rental

2 bathrooms, spacious balcony, with outdoor chaise lounge, high bar table and a hammock to lay back and enjoy the panoramic river views, fast wifi
free underground parking with cafes, restaurants and shopping mall all within close proximity.
Our apartment offers you the convenience of experiencing the city lifestyle and the peace, quiet and serenity of relaxing in the apartment when you arrive back from your daily excursions.
This luxurious modern city apartment on the 29th floor has unbelievable views of the Brisbane river and CBD all from the spacious balcony, conveniently accessed from the living space.
Also available within the building is a lap swimming pool, heated spa, sauna and fully equipped gym (please note these areas are shared with other guests in the building and are an added bonus during your stay - there is regular cleaning and maintenance that is carried out so at times they may not be available during your stay)

BEDROOM 2
2 x singles (these can be put together to make a king but this needs to be requested upon booking)
LIVING ROOM
Sofa bed (this is only available with linen when you book for more than 4 people) this suits maily children not 2 adults. A foldaway bed is available as well.
Our standard rate is based on maximum 4 people - With the option for 3 more guests at an extra nightly rate
No guests under the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please note only 1 car parking space comes with your booking and no extra parking is available in the building but there are several paid parking stations close by. Search parking city centre close to Queen Street to view availability.
A copy of photo ID is required of all adults staying plus their contact numbers prior to Checkin details given on arrival for security and insurance purposes
Checkin after 3pm only as proper cleaning process is needed to ensure we are following the strict government cleaning protocols - early or late checkout may be available but at a fee of $25per hour to check in, or check out to the time on request only.
Checkout is prior at 10am
Check-in: 3:00 pm - 9pm
Check-out: 10:00 am
Self check-in with obtain a key pick at nearby store.

As a family of 3, we are happy to stay in this 2 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms property. No fight over toilet :) The room has stunning river view plus there is a dining table at balcony, to enjoy the food/drink with view. The location is perfect to access key locations in the city. If you are traveling with big luggages, be prepared to lift your luggages down one floor from Uber drop-off location in Rich Lane street. We will certainly stay here again for our next trip.

We had a lovely stay at Heather's apartment. There is an outdoor pool which the kids loved. The check in process was not as clear as we had hoped solely because we didn't know how to use the key fob to access the elevator to our apartment and the hotel staff were not accommodating. Other than that, the apartment is lovely, the beds are comfortable, amenities are all nearby and really easily accessible. Heather's communication was great, she always replied within a few minutes. Thank you for a lovely stay at your beautiful apartment.
