Fatalll!!!

El desayuno no.estaba mal, pero para un hotel de una supuesta categoria 5 estrellas, no estaba al nivel del mismo Un personal con un trato muy poco amable para no decir, decepcionante. Ni un buenos dias. El cafe te lo traen frio. No hay ninguna atencion para que puedas tomar un desayuno, almuerzo o cena agradable. Las bebidas con alcohol no estan incluidas. El room service malisimo pues solo tienen 3 variedades. En la habitacion solo te ponen agua en la habitacion. El aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando bien para ése calor latente que hay en el exterior y entras a tu habitacion a resfrescarte y un calor que no puedes dormir.

El personal, las atenciones a los huespedes. Un hotel con buenas instalaciones y el personal tan poco amable. En las habitaciones no te colocan nada que no sea agua. El aire no funcionaba. En poco tiempo pasara de ser un hotel tan bonito, la pesadilla del turista por culpa de la mala preparacion del personal q trabaja ahi.

Mi Estadía en el MargaritaVille Beach Resort Hammock Adults Only

La habitación y el personal excelentes! El Restaurante de JWB, excelente. La Comida recién hecha en el Boston House, súper buena.

La variedad de la comida y bebida. Uno se cansa rápido de la comida. El Restaurante Italiano Franks & Lola’s ; no fue bueno.

We did not receive room cleaning 2 days. Several restaurants were Closed, could not use beach too many seaweeds. The conceiger was not working most of our stay.

The pool was nice and lounge had nice drinks.

In general good, but there are things to improve

The property is located in a nice, secured area. Facilities are nice, you have everything that is needed for the stay. A lot of pools, different restaurants, the food is good. I stayed only for one night so visited only Italian restaurant. The variety of dishes was good. Pasta and appetizers were tasty. Wine was good as well. The staff in the restaurant was helpful. Though there was a full boarding. They tried to pay attention to everyone. Nice atmosphere at evening time. Show program.

The check-in process took more than 15 minutes. The lady at the reception was too slow. And even did not provide any information about hotel facilities and etc. the room is big and nice, but the conditioning system did not work properly, was so humid inside, the floor become wet, linen was wet, and stay like this all the night, it was not comfort to sleep at all. And the scent of moisture in the room. Ocean was not clean - covered with weed. I had an earlier check out before 7am and can hardly find any staff in the morning. They were too slow as well.

Great Vacation

New hotel . Small and easy to walk around . The restaurants and staff were fantastic. The food was really good ! I am not a buffet person so I went to all the restaurants. I was pleased with the service .

The pools where a bit tinted . That need to be rectified. Need a good pool person. No beach ….

The beach is in front of the hotel, but it is a very long walk from the facilities. That's a negative. Also once at the beach, there is NO BAR or service from the hotel which kind of defeats the point of going to a beach resort

if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in a little paradise, this is the place you definitely want to visit.

The property was gorgeous and super clean. It had so many pools and the food was really good. In addition to great food, the service was great.

I wish it had more entertainment at night.

Amazing family trip!

Staff were amazing and really friendly and caring. Food and drink quality was excellent although there should be more salad or healthy options by the pool. The hotel was really clean and sanitary. The blankets were too thin. Buffet should be open for dinner. There should be more night entertainment. Beach had too many rocks and we had to walk quite far to get a clear swimming area.
