Beautiful property with Pikes market so close.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. It is in a great location with walking distance to Pikes Place Market.

So happy I found this place. Thank you!

Great location to be able walk to everything and awesome views
4.7
Great location, nice condo, zero issues
4.7
We are so glad we booked this apartment for our February visit to Seattle. In spite of some road construction, the walk to the waterfront attractions and restaurants was pleasant and quick, and we easily walked to Pike Place as well. The underground secure parking was appreciated as were small touches such as a pitcher of filtered water in the refrigerator and a nice selection of coffees and teas.
4.7
Excellent condo exactly as advertised. Modern, comfortable, well maintained. View across the harbor and easy access to Piers and tourist facilities. Underground secure parking.

Great location
4.7
The location was great. We had wonderful views of the Sound. Unfortunately some aspects of our stay were not so great. Because the air conditioner was leaking we spent 2 days and nights with out air conditioning and it was quite hot in Seattle those days. It would be good to let guests know to bring a Fire Stick or some such device especially if there are kids staying. The television situation was quite substandard. We have stayed at VRBO properties all over the country and this was the least well equipped property we’ve experienced. Few dishes, pots and pans etc. Other than the good location this property doesn’t have much going for it.
4.7
This lovely property is just as advertised. It’s within walking distance of all the major attractions especially if you enjoy strolling Pike Place market. The views of the water are lovely. It is well equipped with everything you need. The inside is very bright with large windows. The communication with owners/concierge was great and they were quick to respond to any inquiries. Would highly recommend this property!
4.7
Apartment was spacious and clean with great views. Very comfortable and in an excellent location; walkable for local sights and restaurants. Impressed that local construction was barely audible from inside. Would recommend to friends. Paperwork for management company was a little tiresome, otherwise terrific place to stay!
4.7
Words can’t describe what a great place this is for a Seattle stay! Right on the water, you can watch the cruise ships, ferries and container vessels. Alaskan Way has many restaurants and stores. This condo is across from The Seattle Aquarium and one of many piers where people play corn hole and basically socialize.
This condo has everything- 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (one with a jacuzzi tub and shower) and the other with a shower, as well. Very clean and stocked with whatever you need!
The host was very communicative and so helpful. We hope to return in the near future!
4.7
We had a wonderful time staying here. Lovely views and the condo was beautifully designed and relaxing. Easy access to Pike's Market and the pier area as well as great restaurants.Only drawback was the construction going on in the front of the building
Would absolutely come to stay again!
4.7
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was nicer than the photos demonstrate. Beautiful waterfront views. The owners left more amenities than expected, thank you. Plenty of good quality towels and linens, being able to use the washer/dryer was very convenient. The check in process was not good, no fault of the host.
The HOA attendant was not helpful. Upon request to be buzzed in so I may check in, he advised we were required to complete background checks. I advised we had done that a month ago. After an eternity of silence, he says nothing and buzzes is to the lobby. Does not get up from his desk or behind the computer. He makes me think he’s checking on something. After several minutes I ask what else he needs. He says my electronic signature. I sign. “Is that it?” Yes, he replies. I ask
If he could tell us how to enter the parking garages from the street, as we did not see them. He only said,”it’s on the paper I have you”. There’s so much construction on Alaskan Way, and near the parking garages. I ask if he could at least give a general description of what to look for. He said it’s a block away. Terrible service and rude. The garages are near the back of the building and you must access them in the middle of construction, there are no signs saying where the garages are. Other than that, lovely place.
