Decent hotel that was further away from city which makes it quieter but more expensive when taking taxis.

Allowed us to check in early when we switched hotels around 12pm. Greeted by a nonchalant male concierge but this was offset by a helpful female concierge who was new to job who helped us with our luggages and there were quite a few. Italian restaurant served good food.

They placed us in a room at the far end of the corridor facing a hotel room used as a store room. Without fail every morning it was hustle bustle of activities with loud noise accompaniment. Despite staying for 11 nights, we were not offered any upgrades whatsoever. We also were put on a low floor and I expected better.

Room conditions. My room was at the end of the hallway. I saw many room doors in poor conditions especially that of the housekeeping room. Hotel seemed to be quite old.

nice hotel with great staff but lacking in some departments to make it a top notch hotel

right opposite Shinagawa station which made travelling around Tokyo very easy and convenient. very friendly staff and clean hotel, always greeted with a smile

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this hotel.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was absolutely beautiful with the garden access directly from the property. The room was spacious and included more than expected. The train station was right around the corner as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

close to the station and other amenities

no much variety of food and over priced very limited Room service availability The entrance it’s too far to get to with luggage and no one by the door to assist on arrival They didn’t have interconnected rooms ( Family of 4 we need it them ) Language barrier ( We had to paid an extra night as at check in the lady didn’t tell us that we could do a late check out till 4pm ) we were only advise of this at check out but it was too late as we checked out at 6pm There is currently construction happening next to the building and it’s very noisy

The staff incredible, the room & cleanliness was amazing..

We order room service, it was disappointing & not very nice. (I could not eat it). We would have liked to be able to order Japanese food since we were in Japan.. instead a western menu.. we wanted to experience & enjoy the food & culture .. room service did not give us that.. did not order again..

Superb

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. There is a spectacular garden connecting the hotel to another hotel operated by the same group.

Although it is located not too far from Shinagawa station, walking with luggage can be challenging when it is raining or on a hot day. There are in fact three Prince Hotels in the vicinity, so it would be nice if there was a shuttle bus service connecting the three hotels to the station or to the airports.

Hamani without the crowd

The attached garden was definitely the highlight of the stay, we were able to enjoy the cherry blossoms without the crowd, and it was beauuutiful. Recommend checking it out both during the day and at night, it gives very different vibes.

It was a little pricey but I kinda accepted this would be the case during cherry blossom season..

The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo was the perfect stay for our family on our first visit to Tokyo. The staff were very helpf

A beautiful, serene property and immaculate lobby (which always smelled wonderful, surrounded by terraced gardens. It is an absolute oasis in the heart of the Shinagawa district, just steps from the train station.

While we loved the isolation and quiet provided by the gardens and clever location, the selection of restaurants and cafes adjacent to the hotel were limited.

Superb room in a classy hotel that could give so much more, but doesn't.

Superb room with an exceptional morning and evening cityscape view. Handy location 5 min away from a major rail and metro station.

Breakfast offered modest choice for a premium price. Working hours of the restaurant are very restrictive - if you plan to arrive in the evening, don't make plans to grab a quick bite or a drink in the hotel restaurant/bar as it will not take any orders after 9:00 PM, and closes already at 9:30 PM - disappointing. Room service might help - that is, if you are willing to cope with a limited and unimaginative, yet hugely overpriced offer.

breakfast wasn’t up to standard and far from the price being charged. TV channels very limited and not child friendly at all. for the price paid very limited tv selection. at least get disney channel!

very comfortable stay especially as it’s close to Haneda airport and the station.

Room extremely comfortable and very spacious for the location. it’s extremely close to Shiganawa station.

The only restaurant in this hotel was western style although as it’s part of a group of 3 connected Hotels via a lovely Japanese garden there were other options.
