The Space:
Enter our gated 4 acre estate though the roundabout driveway that brings you to a captivating entrance! Our front courtyard will lead you into the grand foyer that breaks off into the East and West Wings of the house.

The West Wing features a Billiards Room with a top of the line Olhausen pool table and the coolest billiards light, 65" Smart TV, sound bar, custom built wet bar with mini fridge, and patio to the incredible backyard! This wing also includes a king bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs you will find another king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and across the hall is a custom built bunk room with patio views of the beautiful resort style backyard.

Cross back through the foyer to an even more spacious and grand entrance. When walking into the East Wing you will find our 18’ double sided fireplace in the heart of the great room, kitchen, breakfast nook and dining room. The great room has an 85” Smart TV, Restoration Hardware sectional, oversized commissioned artwork, large windows with abundant natural light cascading through and a view to the pool and a spiral staircase up to a loft. Off our fully stocked kitchen leads to a butler’s pantry and laundry space. Further down the corridor there is a cozy private king bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

The upstairs of the East Wing can be accessed through our back stairwell or up the spiral staircase. Upstairs sits the Master Bedroom. Here you will find a king bed, oversized shutter windows, and walk-in closet. Across the way is the huge master bathroom with a bathtub, stand alone shower, 2 sinks, additional vanity, and a bedroom sized walk in closet. Just outside of the master bedroom and bathroom is a poker room with an additional fireplace and a view that overlooks the great room. The last king bedroom in this wing feels similar to a bright and airy treehouse with its views.

Following the spiral staircase down to the Great room you will have access to the great outdoors! Our resort style backyard includes a diving pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, BBQ grill and plenty of seating between the dining space and lounge chairs.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this 6500 sq ft home and 4 acres of property. Some of the closet spaces are closed for housekeeping supplies.

The Neighborhood:
The Majestic Oak is located in a tranquil, residential neighborhood which is safe and secure. Centrally located between large parks and modern conveniences like restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

Getting Around:
We recommend using a personal vehicle or rideshare in the San Antonio area.

Other Things to Note:
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. We have a protection plan in place included in the booking price, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will be required to confirm your details with us to complete your booking. In addition please take a moment to sign the agreement to follow the house rules. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the forms.

- There are exterior cameras present at the property located on the entrance door and the back deck. Both are facing the exterior of the property for security purposes.
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement which will be sent with confirmation.
- 4 children under 2 years old won’t be charged. Any more than 4 or anyone over 2 years old will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed.
-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Smoking is not allowed within the premises.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Please do not exceed the listed number of occupants. Fees may apply
- If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Fees may apply.
- Please cover all outdoor furniture after use.
- We are sorry but the fireplace inside is not useable to guests.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind

Pool Rules:
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Please rinse off before entry.
- No glass is allowed in the pool or pool area. *Additional fees may apply if glass is found in the pool area.

HVAC Rules:
AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.
