This listing is for two side-by-side units. Unit A is three floors with bedrooms on all three floors. Unit B has 4 bedrooms on the first floor and the remaining living spaces are on the second floor. NO elevator on site. Stairs are required to access all floors of the home.

This location is the perfect retreat for friends and family visiting Austin for the first time or the fortieth. Just a short 8 minute drive to Downtown, you can easily travel around and explore all that the city has to offer! For those who prefer to utilize public transport, we are about 4 minutes walk from the #17 bus stop that has direct service to the downtown area.
Austin also has rideshare and bikeshare options available.

-Pets are not allowed at this property.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
