Cosy Comfort and Stellar Service: A Delightful Stay Near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport
Very friendly staff and always up for helping upon our requests. The place is very clean and we were all felt comfortable during our stay. Only about 20 minutes away from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Access to places are also close. So saved a lot of time on transport. Overall it's a pleasant place to stay and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Becarefull,Breakfast is 35usd not 30 when you pay by card. Its tricky, rare to see this at Hyatt.
Lindas instalaciones, habitación cómoda,limpia
The breakfast price is 30usd dollars but by credit or débit card You can only pay in Kenyan Chelín at restaurant.,so 4500chelin breakfast bill represents 35 usd because of the Kenyan banks rate, so its more expensive in chelín the buffet breakfast. Must change price, less chelín so it ll be the same as 30usd. I speak 4 time at everyone at front desk included two front desk manager, and 4 times sending messages, but they don't care. So becarefull because breakfast is 35usd not 30 if you pay by card. I m not coming back to this hotel because this silly things through to the board all good things hotel have. It doesnt have a bar, all the hyatt have a bar. Im staying 11 nights here, in room 1206 and now at 1007

Disappointed
Concierge staff were very good. Good shower and toiletries.
Charging 5 star rates for a 3 star experience was unforgivable. Breakfast was very basic . No closet in the room and very little space for luggage .
