This spacious and perfectly located 5-bedroom, single storey flat is conveniently located near to Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, Sheffield University and Sheffield City Centre. OFF-ROAD PARKING is available at the property.

PRE CHECK IN

Pre-Check In is administered automatically by our system after a booking is made. Please kindly complete this to improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and properties.

~ We require some standard information about the lead guest for every reservation including full name, address, email and telephone number.

~ Identification: We request a copy of the ID of the person making the booking, or the lead guest ahead of releasing check-in information. This is to comply with insurance purposes and improve the safety and security of our guests, staff and the property.

~ Booking Terms and Conditions: We require a digital signature from the person making the booking or the lead guest to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of our Booking Terms and Conditions.

~ Security Deposit: To ensure everything goes smoothly during your stay, we use a £300 security deposit pre-authentication process. This is simply a hold on the amount and won’t be charged unless necessary. The hold will be released after your stay once we have checked the property.

CHECK IN

Please kindly note that our standard check-in and check-out times are:

~ Check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival.

~ Check-out at or by 10am on the day of departure.

~ Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be available for your stay and can be purchased within your Guest Guide (accessible via the link after Pre Check-in has been completed) under the Additional Services section. Please send a message prior to purchase to check availability.

HOUSE RULES

Unfortunately this was not a comfortable stay for me and my family. Pros: great location with shops and good bus routes on the doorstep. Easy to get into town and also to the greener spaces in the other direction. The communications with the owner were good and they helpfully allowed us to park beyond check out time behind the house. Cons: not very clean. Accommodation was extremely basic eg not so much as a hook on the bathroom door tp place a towel. The communal areas were not comfortable and the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. This is a student property more appropriate for a group of adults looking to party in Sheffield for the weekend than a family home perhaps. For the same amount of money we could have all stayed in a hotel, and we wished we had.
