Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

We’ve stayed on Tybee annually for 10 years and this house was the best yet. So close to the beach and great mid island location. The shower rooms were the perfect answer to avoid tracking sand all through the house. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast and dinner in with the family. All of the furniture was super comfortable. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly addressed by management. This is a place we would stay over and over.

This house was just steps from the beach! It was spacious for our family gathering for a thanksgiving. The kitchen was large but the supply of cooking items/utensils was lacking. Might be that things get taken by other guests. But the layout and appliances were perfect. The home was spacious and the outside areas (porches) were great! We had a problem with a tv not working and the property manager responded quickly and was very nice about coming over to handle the problem (which just turned out to be dead batteries in the remote). I would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental to others.

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. Was a great place and we were able to walk to the beach and to town. Perfect location. The house was great for the 10 of us and we were very comfortable. Alexi was super friendly and very quick to respond.

Our family has been visiting Tybee every Labor Day for the past few years. This year we had an entire week and chose Casa de Playa for our stay. The house was absolutely perfect.
Our stay coincided with the arrival of Hurricane Idalia. We decided to ride out the storm at the property, and the owner made sure that we had flashlights and water "just in case" (she also assured us that the property was well-protected by the dunes and was not prone to flooding). The house is solidly built and didn't even creak during the 60-mph winds that occurred at the height of the storm.
The house is well-appointed: the ice maker provided as much ice as we ever needed, the screen porch was a comfortable place to relax, the beds slept wonderfully, and we had no problem streaming the opening UGA football game. There were enough beach chairs and other beach stuff; a wagon, skim/boogie boards, floats, coolers, etc. that we really didn't have to use the beach stuff we brought.
The only two issues we had were:
1. The main floor was at times very chilly and we had no way to moderate the temperature because the thermostats are locked, which we totally understand.
2. We never could get hot water in the kitchen sink.
We would (and will) definitely rent this property again in the future.

Beautiful house, spacious living areas, big table for board games. We loved the built in ice machine! Enjoyed the closed in porch.
An easy 3 minute walk to beach, easy access to grocery store.
Loved the personal recommendations from the owners of where to eat and what to see.
So much wildlife observed. Helped guide newly hatched sea turtles to the ocean with certified guides and watched dolphins everyday! It was a great week. Would recommend and visit again!! Thank you!

Great house for a family vacation. For some of our grandkids it was their first time to the ocean and they loved it. Did the local dolphin tour too. Short walk to the beach (5th house from the beach).
If you like to grill you may want to bring extra utensils and a meat thermometer. Had the basics but you might prefer your own.

This house was perfect for our needs. Six adults and two kids had plenty of room to spread out, but we were also able to easily gather at the dining room table, in the living room, or outside on the screened-in porch. The house is very conveniently located for the beach and to several restaurants in town. The owners were responsive to all our questions in a very timely manner, and their instructions and suggestions were very helpful! The house had everything we needed, from cooking equipment to beach chairs and more (we especially appreciated the rolling cart to carry bags, toys, chairs, and an umbrella).
My whole family agreed that we had picked the perfect house! Thank you for making our stay awesome and memorable!!!

Location location location!! Easy walk to the North or South Shore. The beach entrance is right outside. Even though the house is on a public parking street it was a quiet street that I felt comfortable with my kids walking on.
It has a fenced in yard so we could leave our outdoor items out and not worry about anything
The driveway is big enough for multiple cars.
The layout of the house is ideal for a large group. We were a party of 8 with a wide range of ages (10-71 years old) and it never felt like we were crowded or stepping on each other.
The pool table was used every night as well as the big covered porch.
You don’t need to bring anything for the beach. They provide the towels, boogie boards, toys, umbrella, chairs, beach bags, etc but the best was the beach cart to haul it all.
We had a blast and will be back.

My family of 8 adults loved vacationing in this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described, comfortable, and well equipped. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again. For all of the ladies, it was their first time visiting Tybee Island, I’ve been several times but never rented a beach house, first time doing that. But we all had a Blast!!! The only thing I would suggest is to clean or replace the pillows that were in some of the chairs, some were very dirty and stained. But other than that, there are no complaints. We Loved the visit, it was a relaxing and a much needed getaway for all of us.

Did you hear the one about the lawyer, banker and psychologist renting a beach house for vacation? Well this is not a joke - we were there and we loved it. The house is so very comfortable you really feel like you’re at home. Great living room for gathering to talk or watch a movie. Comfy furniture. The beds were great for sleeping. My neck bothers me on a bad pillow, but I loved the Serta Copper in the master bedroom. Yes - I peaked under the pillow case cause I want one for my home. The location is nice and quiet on a short street that dead ends into the beach. Literally you are in the sand in one minute. Sight seeing, walks on the beach and making a group dinner in the spacious kitchen made this a blast for this group of recent retirees. We loved it!

We had a great time at this wonderful home that accommodated all 10 of us with amenities galore. The kitchen and dining room allowed us to cook in and enjoy time together in a well stocked kitchen. The pool table, outdoor fireplace and corn hole games provided hours of entertainment in addition to the cards, puzzles, guitar and multiple TVs. The beds were incredibly comfortable and proximity to the beach incredible! We walked to town and logged many miles hiking the beach, lighthouse and cute town for shopping. The IGA grocery was so convenient to grab a few essentials. Even more amazing was the option to take the round trip trolley to Savannah on St. Patrick’s Day just 1/2 mile away. Highly recommend this home for your next large gathering!

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is a less than 10 minute stroll and there were amenities available for our use. The house is basically stocked so we were easily able to feed the family. Liked the front door lock- code enabled so we did not have to worry about a key which is great if you have people coming and going. Lots of parking and fun things to do at the house also. Only issue was tvs were signed out so unable to use but not really important as watching tv was low on our list. We had a great time and that is the most important thing to know

Great location, delivered as advertised, plenty of family board games and table games, lots of outdoor space, beds and baths setup nicely, enough furniture for all to sit together, large kitchen area.
The wrought iron chairs around the glass table on the patio were a little dangerous. Sitting down and leaning on the back of the chair almost tipped over on me, and did tip over on another member of out party.
Also, didn't quite figure out the TV setup and property manager did not respond to call about dishwasher.
However is was overall a very nice place and location

This house was perfect for our family. The rooms were large with ample space for everyone. Quiet neighborhood and felt very safe while traveling with small kids. Best location to the ocean, restaurants, local attractions. Could not have asked for a better experience!

This house was the perfect setting for our family beach vacation! The house is well-represented by the pictures and description. It's a beautiful home, clean, comfortable (ahh, the beds!) and spacious. Located on a quiet side street with its own beach access, it's a short walk to what almost feels like a private beach--perfect for our 3- and 1-year old grandchildren to experience the beach for the first time. The home's location on mid-beach made it possible to walk just about everywhere. The home is well-appointed; Alexi and Mike have thought of everything! Their attention to detail made it possible for us to fly in with nothing more than a carry-on for each of us. Communication with the hosts was stellar; Alexi responded very quickly to my questions and was always friendly. We can't wait to come back!

Alexi's place was spacious and inviting. We loved how close it was to the beach (just four houses down) and the wonderfully reliable air conditioning (a must have). The internet was surprisingly fast for those of us who had to log some work time :). Our kids enjoyed the DVD collection at night along with pool and foosball tables. This place has an awesome private outdoor area that was plenty big to store our six bikes and two children's carts. We kept all of our beach gear out there and never worried about it. There are great areas to get cleaned up from the beach including an outdoor shower and two mudrooms with separate showers. This made beach trips with the kids a breeze. Our group had 6 adults and 4 kids--we never felt crowded at all. The ice machine was superb and kept up with our high demand. We availed ourselves of the house's beach gear, board, games, and beautiful porch and hammock. We really had a lovely time!

The house was perfect for two families! Two king bedrooms and multiple rooms for the kids. There was plenty of parking…which you will use as you won’t drive much once you get there unless you want to go to Savannah or Hucapoos. It was a quick walk, 3ish houses and the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach. A short walk to the local grocery store, which was surprisingly inexpensive and well stocked. Multiple great restaurants in 5-10 minute walking distance. The ONLY thing that could make this Tybee beach house better would be a couple of bikes (which of course you can rent) to enjoy the river side of the island.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts have provided plenty of towels, an ample amount of beach toys and beach equipment, games, and movies. The house is perfect for a large or extended family. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor shower and the two interior showers are great for cleaning off as you come off the beach.
The location is extremely convenient and the beach is not as crowded as other access points.

The space in this house is unbelievable!!! What a charming well decorated and well built… well taken care of! We so enjoyed our stay. The rooms are great size. The dining room is huge.
