Wonderful place to stay. Close enough to downtown to walk but far enough to have peace and quiet. Clean place and staff was very pleasant. Great service and will come back again!

We woke at 8 AM in the morning to a barking dog in the room next-door, contacted the front desk, they say they have no number for the occupants, but would have the manager look into it. An hour later, dog still barking, I received a text message saying that the manager walked the hall and didn't hear anything and that if we needed anything else, we should contact them??? Clearly they never walked the hallway!!! The dog is still barking, now howling!!! We walk down to the front desk and the manager Tony admits that he just got there and didn't even walk down the hallway?? Tony now says he would contact the occupants and "get back to us". Five hours later after being gone and NO CALLBACK from the manager, we stopped at the front desk and now Tony assures us that he contacted the occupants and they have "removed the dog from the property" and took it to a friend's house. We proceeded to go up to our room and arrive to a barking dog next-door now howling, and crying. Clearly, Tony did not follow up again!!!! This has now been seven hours for this poor dog to have been left in that room all alone. We proceeded back down to the hotel desk and were told by a different manager that we would have to move. They would go ahead and comp our one nights stay. We were there 3 nights!! Not sure why we were the ones who were inconvenienced by all of it. I think the manager should've done a welfare check on the poor dog and clearly he never followed up with us. Truly disappointed.

The service is amazing here! Lashonda at breakfast was attentive and thanked us for being there. She was so nice to my kids. I wish I knew the name of the man who worked at the pool. He was great, too! Grey hair and glasses- shout out to him!

Really lovely hotel a few blocks from Broadway so close to many attractions. Lobby was huge and impressive as was dining room. King room was standard but nice and clean. Included food was a convenient feature although you pay for it in the rates which I felt were a little high. Siren noise is heard frequently but cannot be helped. View from room 1103 was nice overlooking pool and city. Would definitely recommend

From check-in (we arrived early & our rooms were ready) to check-out, Drury downtown Nashville IS THE BEST! We have stayed here multiple times and this will continue to be our ONLY choice. They are friendly, helpful and always go above and beyond!

Hotel was one of the best we stayed at with a bedroom and sitting room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Was surprised that there was a nightly free drink hospitality offered. There was also free breakfast and lunch included. The hotel was close to whisky row a the country music hall of fame museum. The only downside was the Fire Department is close by and their vehicles would come down the road in front of the hotel.

This was my first trip to Nashville which has been on my travel bucket list for a while. Staying at the Drury was the best choice! It’s a five minute walk to all the famous bars, and the amenities can’t be beat. The kick back every night at 5:30 was the best, and they also serve some awesome popcorn. There’s live entertainment every evening as well. I highly recommended staying here and it will be the place I stay when I return to Nashville in the future.

We stayed for three nights in mid-October.
The things we loved:
Location is fantastic, just a few mins walk to many of the desired spots. We walked everywhere, only using a rideshare for the airport.
The staff everywhere was very friendly. Not one bad interaction.
The room was large, clean and modern.
What we didn't care for:
The water in the shower changes temperature on its own every 30-45 seconds. It will go from warm, to ice cold to burning hot all within the same shower without touching the controls. We were basically dancing in the shower due to the temp changes each day....and although we like to dance.....this wasn't great.
We were in room 1424 and I am not joking but our window faced a road that must be the main road from a firehouse to Broadway. It felt like every 20-30 minutes very loud sirens were passing our room. This was day and night. Hotel can't help it, but woke us up many times in three nights.
In the end, very nice stay. We didn't get to participate in the kick-back as we were out around those times, but a nice option to have. The pool and hot tub area were not very busy, but nice as well. We did get a few drinks at the hotel bar on 8th floor, which was nice and they had live music there, but never too busy.
We loved Nashville. I imagine we will be back....and I would likely stay here again.
