The location is a bit out of centre but still fairly easy to get to.
I booked this hotel thinking it would have at least basic functioning amenities but the light in my room didn't work at all. The manager at the hotel was incredibly patronising and brought over a tiny floor lamp, saying this should give more than enough light for the whole room - I very much disagreed that this was a valid solution but they refused to do anything else. They couldn't move me to room with working lights and I offered to leave and find another hotel but they also wouldn't accommodate this

Great location and fantastic property. Clean rooms and kind service.
Nothing!

Colazione molto generosa e varia, servita a buffet.

Stylish and good location far from crowded tourist area
No window in the room! It was not clearly stated in the room description. There is a floor to ceiling window that overlook the hotel hallway. I find the room claustrophobic.
4.3
Although a 10-15 minute walk to sq. which is nothing. It’s really lovely and beautiful restaurant there. Also as u came out hotel door & turn right around the corner, there’s a huge food hall inside a building, also cinema. Food hall is amazing 🤩

Location was decent
Online check in is a waste of time.
Rooms don’t have windows facing outwards. A little bit strange. Could have been communicated better.
4.3
Everything. Staff were brilliant, room with both bath and separate shower was perfect. Breakfast with large hot and cold selection was ideal. Hotel was only 5 minute walk from trams (no 17 takes you to and from central station)
Not necessarily a dislike, but rooms don’t have outside windows, but as we were out all day site seeing it didn’t matter at all and room was good size with every convenience.

Great location and super cosy
No windows in bedroom

Clean, well kept, good size rooms. Very comfortable. Staff were great. Unique design and in a good neighbourhood next to the Food Hallen
Although close to the city centre, it was a tiny bit too far away from the main city however this isn’t a large negative as it was close to other attractions and conveniences such as the Food Halle

Location
Deceptive and not recommended hotel. Bed buggus! Rooms without windows and without air. Windows cannot be opened There is no privacy because you are on the street/on the inner corridor which is blocked by bars. It's a shame we spent so much money on it and it ended up feeling like a cheap travelers hote

Location was great
The room was advertised as a room with a courtyard view. This is misleading. The view is an internal one and into the lobby. You will see no natural light from such a room.
4.3
Friendly helpful service and food, casual atmosphere, sunny terrace
My bed had a dip (from people sitting?) which one night made me roll out onto the floor. Fortunately I cliumbed back in unhurt (my wheelchair stood a bit further down beside the window). So either mattrass turning or a new one might be an idea?

Location is excellent next to Food Hallen and lots of other cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Room is clean and with good amenities, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Not a lot of bad things to say to be honest, but if there's one thing that could be improved is the pillow. The bed is comfortable but unfortunately pillows aren't as great.

The hotel is very nice, really nice and very original.

Loved the area and the rooms were comfortable. We didn’t use the restaurant - good choice of cafes for breakfast in the immediate area.
I’d have preferred a room on the first floor as ground floor rooms don’t have windows.

I liked the architecture of the hotel, the position (near to all the points of tourist interest), the vecinity is very nice (great French restaurant nearby, called La Parole, the restaurant inside the hotel was also great - Remise 47), the lobby and the bar inside are very cosey. Nice to hang out outside the room (even in the garden when the weather is nice).
Very expensive regarding the rate what they offer and what you are really pay for. We where at the middle of March, really cold outside and, firstly, they gave us a room at the ground floor, with cement floor yes, indeed!!!], and inside the room were no more than 16 °Celsius. Very cold all night, and the heater didn't work at all. We moved to another room next day, this time at the first floor, with carpet on the floor and a little bit warm, but we had to pay extra 15 euros/night. They said to us that it was an upgrade!?
And I think it wasn't fair that regarding the price for the room you need to pay extra if you want breakfast.

I liked the concept of the hotel, also the style. Room was nice with a big bathroom. For 2 night stay it was great.
4.3
Great location, beautiful rooms, helpful staff

Beautiful room in beautiful hotel. The junior suites have plenty windows, all to the outside (as opposed to standard rooms).
The junior suites are incredible, but my particular suite had a near completely open bathroom, which is trendy right now, but not ideal when staying with a family.
4.3
The Hotel looks and feels marvelous, location is fantastic.
these standard rooms do not have windows opening to the outside. Because of this, the rooms are dark and stuffy, which makes it difficult to sleep. I had to run the AC (in January) to get the room to sleeping temperatures. My room was completely in the back next to the staff changing room, which was quite noisy. The standard rooms offer little amenities and small things such as a second pillow per person on the bed, small face towels or toiletries should really be provided at this price level. I would not stay in a standard room again.
4.3
Good location, quite and charming area
MAJOR PROBLEM: The room had bed bugs! My partner got so many bites that it became swollen. We managed to find two red bugs on the curtains but the bites continued the following night (our last one in the hotel).
It was a major travel spoiler, not to mention the hard work of sterilizing all our clothes back home.
After this negative experience, my partner found 5 reviews on Google reporting the same problem in other rooms in the last 3 months, so we presume this is an issue that hasn't been solved by the hotel yet.
Stay clear if you are allergic or if you prefer not to risk to be bitten by bed bugs.
4.3
Great location for sightseeing and access to public transport. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. One word of caution: we purchased a bottle of wine from the hotel bar because we had arrived late. It was €24 but the same wine sells for less than €5 in shops. This is an excessive mark up.

nice interior and great location.

great location, super clean, trendy and stylish

All rooms are indoor rooms except 3 junior suites , with no external window. Meaning no natural light, no fresh natural air. Even though the air conditioning was very good and not too cold/ hot nor too intense, it felt very awkward to stay in this little container-style boxes .
