Exceptional

Excellent hotel, cleaned everyday, the place is spotless, beds were so comfortable, air conditioning in the rooms, they also had washing up liquid, sponge, dish towel, salt & pepper which I loved. Very chilled out hotel great for couples and families. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go for a relaxing atmosphere. Great location 3 minute walk to the beach. Owners were very welcoming & helpful.

Lovely Santorini stay

Brilliant location. The apartment was ac lovely size and had everything you needed. Good kitchen area with all the utilities and it was cleaned everyday to an exceptional standard. The owner was very helpful when needed.

There isn't much of a view and the balcony area was pretty small but everything else made up for it.

Good

We stayed in a 4-bed apartment and had a great experience. The hotel is in a great location with car, scooter, ATV rentals, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket nearby. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away and there are many restaurants in the area. We were able to check in early since our room was available at the time. The hotel also arranged airport pick up and drop off for an additional fee of 35/40 Euros, which went well. The rooms were very clean.

However, the blanket was not thick enough, and it was very cold in the mornings. The hotel room felt very humid and was not very spacious. We also had trouble finding space to hang our towels after showering. Upstairs, there was mold on the ceiling. Despite these issues, we had a good stay considering the price for Santorini.

Very rude staff at reception & items taken from room

The owner was a very nice helpful man, however the young man in reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was more interested in sitting by the pool on his phone and smoking than being of any help to customers. When we complained about the room being dirty and that cash was missing he was no help at all. it wasn't until I asked to speak to a manger did the owner apologise and allow us to switch rooms. The rooms were not properly cleaned throughout the stay and we found dirty tissue under the bed and things that had been left behind by previous guests to suggest the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We had cash, expensive sunglasses and other items taken from our room. When I raised the issue with reception I was assured no one took them but these items disappeared on three different occasions so I would warn anyone staying here to leave absolutely nothing of value lying around in your room unattended.

Amazing accommodation, central location and friendly helpful staff

The room was exactly as pictured, we had the hot tub room with a view of the mountain. The room was cleaned every day and was immaculate. The property is in an amazing location only around 3 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

I liked pretty much everything. The staff was very helpful. There’s a daily room service everyday with change of linen. I would definitely recommend this place.

The swimming pool is quite small and way smaller than it looks on pictures.

I Didn't spend the first night there due to booking problem. Given a small room in a diffeent hotel, which felt like it hadnt been used in yrs No wifi No bar or breakfast as advertised No member of staff checked if we needed anything or was around for check out on the last morning

the cleaning of the room and terrace could have been a little better. surfaces weren’t cleaned. the table on the terrace still had coffee stains when we returned to the room. it wasn’t so bad that it spoilt our stay

Overall a very good location, new, clean facility but lacking the appropriate services for the money

Building is new and they keep it clean. My room was very adequate size. Location is very good since it is very close to the beautiful beach of Perissa!

When I entered the room I expected to find at least some bottle of water since tap water non-pottable; there was none. There was usually no one at the reception (it seems there is a lack of personnel in the tourist industry throughout Europe so nothing specific to this hotel). They promised breakfast for €10 extra but their was no breakfast facility/service whatsoever! When I asked a young boy who seemed to be some kind of 'staff' he told me breakfast is not available/served at all. One of the screws of the towel hanger was loose and the hanger kept dropping off. I asked to have it fixed, no response.

Amazing stay!!

Such good value for money, staff were lovely. We loved the pool and is right next to the beach. Clean rooms with all the essentials. Looks even better than photos.

They did make us move room on the first night without much notice which was a bit of an inconvenience but both rooms were perfect

We had the room with the private jacuzzi which is very nice, properly cleaned, and has views towards the mountain. The apartment has also a small but practical kitchenette. In general we were completely satisfied with our staying, the sataff was super friendly and the service level was excellent especially in relation to the price (altough to be noted we traveled in october)

it is not the roomiest of rooms, but i found it to be very well organized so it compensate with that.

Owner of hotel is very nice man, he helps us so many times(with destination from/to airport, with tour to volcano). Hotel is very close to sea. It was cleaning room every day.

The place to stay in Santorini

The hotel looks amazing and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Ana and Jacob are the nicest people I've ever met! We had a great stay here and will definitely come back next year! And we will send all our friends here as well. The location is just 2 minutes away from the beach, the pool is amazing, the warming welcome is unbelievable, and the level of care and passion of the owners and employees is just amazing! From the bottom of my heart - thank you and congratulations for everything you've done with this place <3

Most of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ana who offered us information and suggestions about where to travel, making our holiday very memorable! The location is very close to the beach and a street were you can find lots of restaurants and souvenirs shops. The bus stop towards the main towns is just in front of the property. The breakfast is very generous and filling.

Everything was great and we recommend staying at Tristhenia!

Really great time in Perissa

The location is great near the black beach. The rooms are very good, clean and includes all the facilities you need. The staff (Anna and the lady in the housekeeping) is very friendly and helpfull. Anna provide us with the best information and tips about the island and arrange several things for us. She is great.. if you need a place the stay in Perissa I can recommend Thristenia

Lovely hotel and staff.

The rooms were very nice and clean and very comfortable. Nice view from the balcony of the mountain range one side and the sea and the beach the other side. Anna was absolutely amazing and so kind to myself and my girlfriend during our stay, talking to us everyday and making us feel welcome. The cleaner was very nice and did an awesome job of keeping our room clean and asking us everyday if we wanted anything done. Fully recommend this hotel for a holiday.
