Location, reception staff friendly.
Before checkin you get a long email saying: there is a resort charge, you get water for your stay, there is a damages charge and you won't be held responsible for slow refunds of charges. This is a very negative start to the interaction so I would just drop all this and say you are excited for us to come and give details to contact if problems.
At checkin, after a long flight, the last thing I want to have to then go to my room balancing 2 additional bottles of water and a stack of vouchers for breakfast when my luggage mean I have no free hands. The former should just be left in the rooms, the latter are a real nuisance as the breakfast is $10 overpriced to account for the voucher of $10. The breakfast should just be $10 and scrap the vouchers. If wanting to charge $21 for breakfast it must improve as the cost was the main complaint I heard from others at the hotel for them avoiding it.

Nothing!
Dirty room. Stuff room. I was told they would make things right by upgrading my room only to find out I was going to be charged. No parking no shuttle services as promised. Rude staff. Outrageous prices for the value of the room. I drove over 10 hours for my big day graduating 🎓 only to deal with this! I'm so disappointed. Very low budget hotel also no pool access for the kids and they were really looking forward to it. No microwave in the room as promised and the fridge didn't get cool. I will NEVER do business with these clowns again. They made a lot of money off me for the crappy quality

I love this place always clean and they will correct the mistakes

A sad tired old hotel. Bit enough staff of reception, a £90 a night cost on the initial booking.com page ended up being closer to £200 with all the “extras” £15 resort fee a day??? This isn’t a resort!! 2 bottles of water a day never materialised. Musty smelling room. $10 beverage a day credit can’t be spent on alcohol and only spent in one go so you don’t actually get $10, seriously petty.
Everything.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly

Beautiful pool area and nice room with a very comfortable bed.
Valet parking only. Under staffed and if they don’t provide parking for their guest, why charge $45 a day to hold your car? The poor guy was doing all he could. The wait was too long and they need to designate the three lanes for guests arriving or departing. Another lane for guest cars being dropped off or taken. Third lane on the outside needs to be for deliveries or Uber drivers.

Friendly staff. The AC is nice and quiet. Comfortable rooms. Restaurants had great food too.
3.6
The pool and the breakfast.
I had roaches in my room. The mattress was dirty and the sheet didn’t fully cover the exposed mattress
3.6
It was very nice
It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my deposits back
3.6
Valet staff were great! Indoor, somewhat heated pool was great for the little one.
You can hear every word spoken by those in the hallway. One particular worker in the cafe had the worst attitude ever! She threatened to have security remove me from the grounds, all because she had the attitude. She left her post, hollering for security and frantically looking for someone to assist her call security. I welcomed security to arrive, as her accusations were incorrect. Security never did arrive. Housekeeping was slow to clean room. Request for additional towels never arrived. Older hotel, small room even for a deluxe double queen.
3.6
Check-in and check-out process was easy, nice room, great check-out time compared to most other hotels
No option but to pay $45 for valet parking due to event. Should have been conveyed up front that everyone had to use valet parking, or park in a public lot that had online reviews of theft.
3.6
The check in and out process was overkill. Someone actually knocked on my door to tell me check out was in 30 mins.
3.6
Great location and the pool area was very nice! Staff was also very helpful for everything!
Valet parking is very expensive. However, it was very convenient to use valet parking instead of trying to find somewhere to park close by.
3.6
Clean, comfortable, convenient.
Contactless check out did not offer or provide a statement of charges. They overcharged me by 25% and I have no explanation. I have been unable to contact anyone about this.
3.6
Easy check in and checkout is at noon
Staff was rude. The door of the bathroom wasn't working properly. It was noisy as the rooms are not soundproof at all. The power outlets are very few and in weird spots in the room. The bathroom did not have a fan. Definitely not worth the price.
3.6
The pool area was very nice and I liked how it had a restaurant with bar
All the money that was paid the rooms had no microwave have to walk a nice distance just to warm up food
3.6
The pool area was very pretty and inviting. Valet was excellent very prompt and helpful. The bar was nice. Loved the common areas. Good for business people not for vacation.
No daily room cleaning or emptying of trash. Asked front desk for trash removal 3 times via phone and 2 times in person. Called down for check out to get a luggage cart and no one ever came. Had to go down and get someone. Waited almost an hour before going down. Room was EXTREMELY HOT. Turned the AC down to 50 and it never got cooler. Did not get good sleep. Second night called for maintenance and finally realized it was a dirty filter. The filter had about 2in of dust on it. Bugs in bathroom on first night, no idea what they were. TV barely worked. Finally when leaving I wanted to use a different card than I used to hold the room and they had already charged it. It was refunded but then was charged 3 more times. Twice on the original card and once on the right card.

Location - right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. Comfortable bed and clean room.
A very big hotel with very few staff. Feels a bit like a ghost town walking around. Unresponsive to phone calls to Guest Services so had to go down to Reception twice to enquire how to get the TV to work properly and to request more tea and coffee sachets. This morning I requested an extra blanket - which never appeared. Again I hiked down to Reception to ask if my room should have been serviced (it wasn't) and was told that it is only done every 3rd day!
Was on 7th floor and there seemed to be little sound insulation against noise from the street.
Was surprised to be charged an additional $24+ per day for,I think,'Discretionary Services'. I have no idea what this charge was for and had not known previously that this charge would be made. I am left with the feeling that this hotel just want your money with little care for customer care. A real low on which to end probably my only trip to the US. All my other stops in this country have been great. Can't wait to get on my flight home tomorrow.

The room was very comfortable. Isn't neccesary use the hotel parkings, is better walk or use UBER. Near the hotel you will find several restaurants, included a Hard Rock Cafe, Hooters, Almafi (italian food) and Metro Diner and Bar (full recomended), places for rent a car if you need it (Hertz, Avis), and a CVS pharmacy (4 minutes walking).
I think the prices of the breakfast buffet are very high ($25 per/person), and the parkings are a $45 per night, also high (if you need one is better use public parkings near the area). For the pool, I recomend include a hot water system, but is beautiful this area in general.

None really except for proximity to the conference venue.
I chose for this hotel since it was shown on the top of the property list. I don't blame the Booking.com system but I must say I made a poor choice. The hotel is very debilitated and shabby. Don't fool yourselves with the description of "by XXX". The check-in receptionist was exceptionally unwelcoming. She did seem she had zero enthusiasm in her profession. Good lick with that. My room was located on the other side of the building and I had to pass so many corridors. I thought three star hotel in Las Vegas was the worst. Well. I was wrong. You can here all the noises from adjacent rooms. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. As you can see in the attached photo, there was a cigarette butt. Now I understand why there were so many signs and warning message of charging for smoking. Yet, I paid over 200 USD for this. I had so many good memories in Atlanta Downtown. But not this. PS: When I checked out,, I showed its picture to the receptionist. She did not say a single word of apology.

Pool. Except it needed cleaned. Had algae
No microwave. Outdated. Had to get a new fridge which we had to wait 2 hrs.

Customer service is excellent. They allow me to early check in even around 8am.

After our stay they charged us $30/night extra for what they called hotel resort fee. They reversed the charge after I called them.

Nice Area
Fitness room needs an upgrade valet service is too cluttered
3.6
Nice staff, okay location and lovely pool area. Maybe it is a nice hotel, but dramatically overpriced. As a pricey 4-star hotel it was very disappointing.
No communication with the hotel. I asked questions via Booking.com and no one ever answered me.
My room card scanner was not working. I had to come back to the reception three times with my 52 lbs backpack. There was no luggage stroller in sight. Nice staff at the front desk called engineering to fix my door. I waited for 25 minutes and nothing happened. Finally they gave me another room, but I waited 45 minutes in total to be able to enter the room.
Breakfast wasn't very good, no veggie in sight, artificial scrambled eggs. The front desk told me wrong price for the breakfast.
My room was cold, the AC controller was not working (I set it to 77 degrees and the air coming out of the vent only got colder and colder)
TV wasn't working
No hotel book in the room, supposedly the information should be on the tv, but nothing worked, everytime there was error alert. So no way of knowing what are the opening times of the facilities, no possibility to order food or any other service. No information on how to contact the front desk.
Empty fridge while 100 usd incidental is taken and justified by the fact that it can pay for what you take from the minibar...interesting.
The hotel charged me more than my price listed here on booking + the 100 usd inicdental. I have checked out today and I am expecting my refund very soon and in correct amount. Otherwise this review will definitely be changed for worse.

Absolutely nothing!
The fact that my room was located ne t to elevator and constantly woken by visitors leaving and speaking loudly. The tv didn't work and called front dest twice, and still no one came. No tv whole visit. Then, I asked for some sort of compensation and was basically laughed at. Offered a free breakfast! Please come on you must do better!

Nice guest services..did valet parking..good rate fpor area..near Passport office .nice people.my sweetie loved the pool..and starbucks
Bathroom door needs fixing..

Great location in downtown Atlanta. The Marta station is two and a half blocks away but two of those blocks are uphill. The rooms are nice. I loved that there's a Starbucks on the third floor though it closes around 6 PM. There's a pool, bar, restaurant, gift shop, and the staff is very friendly. They let me check in a couple hours early which helped me out greatly. The view was nice. The rooms are good, the beds are comfy, the pillows are fine/adequate, and you get plenty of towels. The WiFi is fast. The TV has lots of channels. I think it should be noted that they have the fastest elevators of any hotel I've ever stayed in. They get points for that.
I like that they use liquid soap in the shower, as well as having dispensers for shampoo and conditioner, but the liquid soap was empty. That's a little nitpicky but the staff needs to keep up on that. This is the second time I've had an empty soap dispenser in a hotel shower.
Also, there's a very noisy club across the street but I didn't hear it from my room.

The staff was wonderful!!!! The pool was beautiful
The bathroom was a little shabby could use some work
3.6
I enjoyed everything about this hotel. I will definitely stay again. The staff were extremely friendly especially Mr. Harold.
There was nothing I didn't like. Well maybe that I didn't have time to stay longer..
3.6
That the pool view was nice
First off my booking came with parking and all. I get there I wasn’t allowed to park free as supposed. I paid $15 for two minutes across the street. The front desk lady that was speaking with me was very rude and just constantly spoke with her head side ways like she was already irritated. Several others kept saying but they told me that I didn’t need risk bands for swimming. My refrigerator in the room didn’t work. I was beyond pissed that I had to park across the road to park when it’s a whole parking deck for the hotel but the man out front said it vallet parking ONLY $45 a night. Once you there you stuck unless you walking or can afford to keep paying $15 every time. Breakfast supposed to come with my purchase but it wasn’t any breakfast. I honestly never been disappointed for booking but this new management the new Sheraton down has is garbage and very unfair to good customers.
3.6
The Property was in a good area
The Only thing that I didn’t like about the property there was no air-conditioning air-conditioning was broken up. I stayed in the hot hotel the whole night and the cable on the TV kept going in and out.
3.6
The location. Some of the staff was nice and attentive.
This hotel was lackluster and not ready for prime time. The parking was too expensive and there was a lack of hotel self park options. There were roaches in the dresser drawer in the room. The room smelled moldy. The carpet was stained throughout the hotel, including the conference rooms. The bed mattresses were the cheapest motel mattresses you could imagine and you could feel each and every hard spring. The hotel facilities are dated and the furniture needs to be replaced and the finishes updated. The whole thing was a MISS, especially for the prices they charged.
3.6
I paid for valet parking & have been charged double for it. I’ve called & left a voicemail still no response.
The rooms need updating. My back door was stuck.
3.6
Staff were very helpful and kind
The smell of the room, the carpet, the broken sink and fixtures in the bathroom, dirt and hair behind mattress
3.6
pool was okay
staff told me that i couldn’t have outside friends at the pool or i would be kicked out if they found out also couldn’t set up by the pool to wish my son a happy 1st birthday
service at the restaurant long wait time only 1 person working most of the time
parking terrible i shouldn’t be paying 45 a night
plus at checkout i was informed of something called a destination fee which was $25 that was really crazy i would never stay here again.
everything
3.6
Location great in Downtown Atlanta, loads of great bars and restaurants nearby. Also walking distance from major attractions.
Room itself spacious, clean and adequate for everything a tourist might need.
We would stay again here next time we visit Atlanta.
Nothing to mention here.
