The room was big and comfortable with a kitchenette. The breakfast was excellent and it was walking distance to State Farm Arena and World of Coca-Cola

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - it far exceeded expectations in variety and quality. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. Shout-out to Sonja and Zella who were so helpful, especially when we came down to breakfast late on the last day. Thanks for not letting us go hungry! And shout-out to Emmanuel who was incredibly helpful at the front desk and getting us settled in. Having a kitchenette in the room with dishes was super convenient - a lovely addition that added tons of value to our stay.
The facilities could have been nicer. One of the elevators was out of service the entire time, and the pull-out bed was more uncomfortable than expected. There were four of us in our queen suite, and those staying on the pull-out bed had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. The bathroom door was also a loud sliding barn door which left a huge gap through which people could see in and a ton of light could come out, which made using the restroom at night bothersome.

The facility was clean.
I was under the impression I was getting a room with two beds. When I asked for a room with two beds I was told they were booked. I had to sleep on the couch and gave my friend the bed.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean!!
Upon arrival we was not able to get a key to our room because something was going on with the system we would have to have a staff to take us to our room and get a key later. So we decided to wait and go to our room once the keys were working. Once we received our keys they were to a room that some one was already in. When opening the door there was guest already in the bed. This could have turned into a bad situation. Luckily it did not!!

All was wonderful!
Needs outlets on both sides of the beds for charging phones. More sugar and creamer in the room for coffee.

Great location, free breakfast. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.
Nearby parking garage options and rock-star on-street parking if you are lucky.
The in-room thermostat control panel is complicated!

Consigliatissimo!

Location was convenient.
The staff were not helpful. The hotel was in disarray and in need of serious repairs. Some of the walls in the halls had holes or rips. Bathroom was disgusting. Bed was not comfortable. Parking was a nightmare.

Waffle machine at breakfast! Very friendly staff and comfortable room
AC in room kept on turning off at night which resulted in room being a little too warm. As a kitchen was included with the room some instructions as to how to operate the kitchen equipment would have been handy. Did not feel very safe around the location and in the surrounding vicinity.

I like the wall art around the inside of the hotels.
I didn’t like that the some vallet drivers wore all black. Long chains. It gives the vibes of robbers. Very unprofessional. I feel as though a brighter uniform is needed especially when the parking location isn’t promising. I had to double check if the guys works there before handing over my keys

Nothing at all!
The supervisor was very rude! My card was reporting fraudulent activity and she would not let me speak with my bank to resolve the issue before canceling my reservations and cancelled them anyway and tried to charge me way more than what I was originally supposed to pay! We did not stay! Even with me traveling 6 hours with small kids she was not helpful at all!

The man working the front desk at 11:30pm on June 28th, 2023 was kind, accommodating and placed us in another room without hesitation. Please see below.
The air conditioning in our room was broken, along with several of the neighboring rooms on the 4th floor. We called the front desk, and asked for help, and they said they would call engineering to look at it. We left for about 7 hours and came back. The room was still very hot and the AC was still broken.

No AC in my room. Couch was stained and disgusting.

it was close to the venue I was going to.
my room was really dated. some of the furniture was dirty and had holes in the fabric. Smelled like marijuana almost the whole time I was there. plus the breakfast was not good at all. 2 days in a row we got milk that was curdled and out of date, bagels were stale as well as the cereal. the breakfast sandwiches were all gone despite it only being 8:30.

Wendy and the rest of the front desk staff who helped me check in over the phone/email when my flight was delayed. I didn't get to the hotel til 2am and this meant the valet could just let me in and the night porter hand me my key, as check-in ends at midnight. And the location was great. The free breakfast, use of key cards to get in later on/use the lift and free toiletries were all nice touches.
The room did smell a little bit (think someone had put something silly down the trash disposal). Beige fabric couch and weird choice of 1 sheet and a bedspread just don't make much sense. Basically it was clean and the cleaning staff clearly do a good job - some of the room design/furnishing choices are just a bit dubious.

The view of the Farris wheel and building were amazing at night from the roof top.
. Hotel didn’t have any personal parking where we didn’t have to pay ; had to pay for parking daily which was 40.00 . Downtown wasn’t a pretty sight , looked ran down . At night sirens/police cars were loud through downtown . A lot of homeless people in the area . Some tried to convince you that you had to pay them for parking and they would get the ticket purchase for you . Do not be fooled by them . They actually look like they work but half of the parking lots are un attended at all times .

the staff was friendly and attentive
the AC/heating system needed to have instructions located near or in the room to regulate the temperature.

the breakfast was good and the room was nice and the location was great
you have to pay for the parking at $40 a night. I have never heard of paying for staying somewhere on top of the stay cost
