Convenient airport hotel

Hotel has very convenient location for airport with free shuttle bus, and right next to car rental. Good buffet breakfast available. Our double room suite was very comfortable.

2nd floor rooms look out directly onto lobby, a higher room would offer more privacy.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per Boston

Comodamente posizionata vicino all’aeroporto con shuttle gratuito dell’hotel, ma anche a 3/4 fermate di metro dal centro di Boston (fermata Governement vicino al Quincy Market) basta attraversare a piedi il parco di fronte all’hotel (magari non lo percorrerei di notte perché poco frequentato)

Perfect för en natt innan flygresan.

Bra frukostbuffe enlighten amerikansk standard. Bra med transport till/från flygplatsen. Smidigt att ta sig in till Boston med tunnelbanan en kort promenad bort.

住宿方的接待人員幾乎沒有聯繫。訂房的問題booking.com說要住宿方同意，打電話問任宿方，旅館說要booking.com同意。到了現場櫃台態度還是很差，感覺像是平價旅館的應對。住得不開心。

早餐很棒，有著各式各樣的西式早餐及沙拉水果～地點佳，還有機場接駁。房間乾淨舒適。走路出去就可以搭subway到Quincy market，Aquarium。

櫃台服務差。4月訂房，有些需要協助，從未得到住宿方回應。連住宿前一天都無人回應。到了現場也不願意為訂房做改變。後來打了booking.com的電話，才勉強答應讓我入住。房間裏面一瓶水要價8元美金。沒有飲水機，只有冰塊。不提供牙刷！冰箱裏的冷凍室不佳，冰淇淋都融化了。

Location and facilities met my needs and reason for staying close to Logan.

Stayed here a few years ago. Liked: shuttle service from/to Logan, short walk to the T, and the breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable.

Overall disappointing for the cost of the room.

Waited for the shuttle from the rental car return for over 20 minutes, however the Hotel was just on the other side of the parking lot and I could have walked over in 5 minutes, had I knows it was that close, my fault. No food options when I arrived at 10:15 pm. Only a few snacks available and a sandwich in a cooler that was hard and old (on which I passed), Terrible towels in the room. Felt like fine sandpaper. No clock in the room. Overall the breakfast was great.

From the rental car at the airport, do not follow GPS if visiting east Boston.

Breakfast had lots of choices. Food staff were very hard working. Although near the airport, the rooms were very quiet.

Expensive to stay here. Only valet parking at $60 per day.

The Mixologist behind the bar was incredible and very warm and friendly!

The counter staff were not as warm as expected.

Excellent airport convenience with a bonus of excellent breakfast and spacious quarters.

I really liked that their breakfast was open for a good portion of the morning. It also was a very good variety of food and beverages. Highlight was their omelet area. I loved the proximity to the airport and metro. They have several shuttles. Getting picked up and dropped off was the best experience at any hotel I have ever been to.

Nie wieder ein Hotel „by Hilton“!

Dieses Hotel ist total überteuert und bietet keinen Service. Man kann über die Nachrichtenfunktion keinen Kontakt aufnehmen, aber es wurden uns Nachrichten geschickt, dass der Aufenthalt bereits stattgefunden hätte. Keinerlei Informationen über das Airport-Shuttle. Das Zimmer war uralt und dreckig. Handtücher mit Löchern, fleckige Bettwäsche und ein Föhn, der jeder Beschreibung spottet. Das Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse ok.

Stay overall was good despite a few mess ups.

Breakfast omelet bar was wonderful. Nice clean room. Loved that the hotel was within walking distance of bus and train transportation.

The toilet in the room ran continuously. After 2 full days of walking around, my husband got a painful blister. We called the hotel for a ride from the airport and were told we could walk. After 3 calls and nearly 40 minutes we finally got a shuttle. Yes the airport was within walking distance but we felt like we shouldn't have to beg or explain why we needed a shuttle. We were charged for 2 nights of parking when we only parked 1 night. Tub drained slow.

Adequate, but over priced for emenities.

Front desk staff very efficient. Decent breakfast. Thankful for late checkout.

I had to call three times to the hotel to get a shuttle from Logan. IT TOOK 45 LONG MINUTES! UNACCEPTABLE! Rooms are extremely dated and are in dire need of refurbishing. Way over priced!

Expensive

I liked the pool area and how the whole pool was kid friendly!

For the price, I feel like you should not have to pay extra for wifi, and for parking. This hotel is crazy expensive and they hit you with oh you need wifi that's an extra charge....which that's insane even McDonald's has FREE wifi, and then parking......I mean come on where else am I going to park. Also the beds and pillows were not great either for how much you pay to stay I would expect higher quality than a red roof inn but got kinda less quality.

Für eine Übernachtung, wenn unbedingt am Flughafen notwendig OK.

Wir waren inzwischen in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern, die Heizungsanlage ist wenn sie anspringt sehr laut, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer. Außerdem gibt es einen andauernden Brummton von der Anlage, mal lauter mal leiser.

Good option for a close stay to the airport.

La proximité avec l’aéroport, très pratique. Litterie impreccable

Personnel peu accueillant et pas souriant du tout. J’ai contacté trois fois par e-mail l’hôtel pour obtenir une information simple concernant mon séjour: aucune réponse. Ma réservation (pourtant correctement faite sur booking) n’apparaissait pas à la bonne date dans leur système informatique. Gros progrès à faire au niveau du personnel.

No shuttle and hotel refurbishment impact quality of stay

Conveniently located near the airport.

The hotel is currently undergoing major refurbishment - they should let you know so that you can make an informed decision about where to stay. We waited half an hour at the airport for the shuttle and then gave up and took a taxi to the hotel. Only one elevator working in the morning and so waited an age to get to and from room.

Suite was excellent. Beautiful and friendly receptionist. Facilities. All good. Breakfast included so can't complain but not the best I've had.

I would not even consider staying at this hotel in the future!

Fairly close to the airport.

The dinner at their restaurant was way overpriced. The free buffet breakfast was very poor. The food was cold and none of the meat or eggs had warmers to keep the temperature even. The food was prepared in their kitchen then brought out at 6:30 am to sit and get cold until 9:30 am. I got sick from eating the sausage and had diarrhea all that day. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they just looked towards the food and seemed non concerned.
