Beautiful location, amazing views and lovely room.
4.3
The spa and food are terrific. The sea view is ok but not that impressive.
4.3
Comfortable, cozy, clean and well-equipped ocean front suite. Everything is close-by and convenient. Staff were exceptional across the board.
4.3
An amazing location that blends the elements of the nature with a luxurious resort. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Stone massage highly recommended. Food was delicious.
4.3
There was 3 of us and the room had plenty of space. There were tea/coffee facilities as well. The room was right on the sea front with such amazing views. It was very peacefull
It was a shame there was not a small shop onsite to be able to grab supplies without having to get in the car.
4.3
beautiful grounds and view
4.3
the spa, staff and food
perhaps a larger lunch menu

Simply stunning. The place, views, amenities and the restaraunt were spectacular. Had a lovely oceanfront suite with the most amazing view. Sure was hard to leave, but will return.
Having to leave

Great food
Construction going on before 9 am

I loved our room all the staff we encountered. Dinner was absolutely delicious at Ocean7 Restaurant and the service was fantastic! We will be back…again!
Nothing!
4.3
we go for the Hydropath
the add on booking.com was misleading and so we were disappointed to not be in a beachfront suite.
the seating in the room is awkward and uncomfortable.
the bed is very hard and uncomfortable.
the restaurant is over priced.
4.3
The lights in the garden were beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were very good.
4.3
Spa staff snd dining room staff friendly and professional.
Very tired room - could hear all the personal behaviours of folks next door - ie think bathroom 3 nights - others romance …
No response from management when informed of all the sound effects
Said would make note next time to put me in renovated room ( didn’t inform me ahead of time old room snd still charged the luxury rates…)
There are many other lovely retreat choices on the west coast - won’t need to go back there.
4.3
The heat in the room worked well despite frozen temperatures but the unit was a little loud.
4.3
view was great
staff were friendly
people did not shower after being in the sauna -they just jumped into the pool covered in sweat-this is extremely unpleasant and unhygienic for other swimmers and spa users and I would not recommend your hotel to friends or family because of this
the food from the bistro was ordinary-egwarm old floppy fries
4.3
The room, ambiance and spa were all great
4.3
The suite with the oven view was beyond our expectation. Spa facilities were unique a experience. The service at Aqua and Ocean 7 was the best we have had in years. Love the garden in the center as it create quiet and secluded seating.
4.3
Beautiful property.
Surprised young children at this resort, not as peaceful as you might hope.
4.3
Location and ocean view from that patio was amazing, the pool was great
Had the eggs Benedict I thought was pretty plain for the price

The grounds were very well kept. The room was clean. Almost everything worked perfectly. The balcony was nice.
The hydro path was very enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating to our needs, and the food was excellent both in room and restaurant.
The coffee machine leaked, was excessively loud, and the coffee was average.
The bed was overly hard and the pillows were uncomfortable.
Would have liked a tub in our bathroom.
Would have rather listened to the ocean sounds, eagles, birds, etc instead of the constant spa music being piped over the grounds all day... could be worse I guess.
4.3
Stunning!!! And SOoo peaceful ❣️🙏🏻
Having to say goodbye 😔
4.3
Grounds are amazing. Staff we encountered were capable, competent, and friendly.
Let's face it. My wife and I have travelled extensively all over the world. We've had some amazing stays. In comparison, this one was underwhelming. The best part, for me, about the room was the view. Brutally overpriced as far as I'm concerned. As for dining, smallish meals, high prices.
4.3
Beautiful, hydro path was the best part, definitely would like to come back to do the hydro paths againg.
Food was expensive, would have liked other options other than fine dining the entire stay.
4.3
The courtyard, yoga, spa, pool, firepits , Ocean 7 & Aqua Bistro, beds and pillows.
