Room 10 nice view room was OK clean except the tub staff was good ! It was a cute and cozy room despite the disappointments

Room 10... Soap scum in the tub 🤢. horrible... broken lamp... broken coffee pot... the one it was replaced with was also not working well... there's no extra security lock on the door?!?!?!? The patio door was VERY heavy and VERY hard to close

The room did not match the advertised photograph.

The view was very nice

The toilet and bathtub needed cleaning. The bed sheets were mounted inside out.

I’be I’ll never stay here again nor will I recommend it to others

The photographs are very deceptive as this property has been seriously neglected. The grounds and building have had no attention or maintenance. We booked two rooms, one of which the screen had been ripped out of the balcony door. He gave us another & the screen was ripped out of it. No apology or compassion or rectification was offered. The balcony had been painted over previous ripped up carpet and it had not been sanded. The bathrooms had been painted and paint splatters covered the floor. We were offered zero- zero understanding from the front end staff I brought up my booking and it clearly stated there was complimentary breakfast. I realize your restaurant is closed but your front end staff argued with me that my booking was wrong and in BLACk & WHITE you could see you offered continental breakfast. The stairs to your front lobby were covered with pine needles and cones,apparent to me they had been there since the fall . Amongst the needles there was a black latex glove that appeared to have been sitting there just as long. Talk about a disgusting first impression. Your front lobby has a foul musty odor and is dated. I have lodged a complaint with customer service as we have been deceived!

Nice location.

Location is great.

The room was kind of dirty. A lot of bugs and dirt on the floors. The patio had cigarette burns all over and the guests around us were smoking on their balconies and the smell would come into our rooms. Also our room always had a bad smell like a gym bag or dirty socks.

Passable

cancellation of normal breakfast is not good, those packages with two eggs and energy bars is lame. We used to have normal breakfast in that resourt

Disgusting.

For $80, it’s what you’d expect unfortunately.

It was disgusting. Toenail clippings on the floor, stained sheets, hair on bedding, doritos all over our balcony floor. We would have turned around and left immediately if everywhere else wasn’t booked.

Pleasant

The view was exceptional, the location was quiet, the room was a great size. It was nice to return to after a day of venturing.

The room was in need of some updating. The continental breakfast was a bagged snack at best. The staff was contacted by phone only, and I never saw an open office or any form of front desk. There was no daily room cleaning service or replacement towels. The WiFi didn't work. Check out was pack your bags & pray you don't get extra charges!

Amazing view, great location, good rooms

Excellent and very helpful on-site personnel, chef etc. Excellent breakfast, great views from the room, cosy room with lots of space and amenities. Easy, no fuss check in and check out.

The contact person over the phone didn't seem to know very much at all and was unable help out in getting anything once at the property. No proper local contact instructions, intercom or means of communicating / getting help once at the property. Calling the number on the website / used for booking just results in getting the run-around.

Only get a room if it’s at a discounted price.

You should mention the breakfast in the morning is a very poorly made breakfast in a bag! The room was so outdated and smelled like an old age home.

they had washed the carpets it was still really wet and smelled really bad even after requesting to change the room they didn’t we had little ones it was very uncomfortable and unhealthy to spend two days in that room.

Comfortable but some improvements needed. Likely would stay here again. A diamond in the rough.

Excellent view from balcony. Nice having separate living room and bedroom area - quite roomy. Restaurant on premises was excellent ( meal was great and staff were very friendly). Inside was comfortable ( although very dated ). Bed was one of most comfortable we’ve had in a motel lately.

Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly ( we found some hairs and toilet bowl didn’t look clean). Toilet needed updating ( needed to be flushed 3 times sometimes. Outside of building needs some work - paint, outside carpets). Second floor walkway didn’t look perfect structurally- a bit dodgy).

Good view. Bartender at restaurant was very nice and helpful.

Had to wait for an hour to check in because staff was sitting around smoking (thought they were guests). Had to go to the restaurant and ask the bartender to find someone to check us in. Room wasn't cleaned properly and was dingy to begin with. Basically a garbage hotel with a nice view. Every other hotel I've stayed in; in radium is far superior. I frequent the area and would absolutely never return.

Awful

The place was not clean. The shower had little water pressure. The breakfast had no meat or fruit. The carpet on the walkway was worn out. The room had lots of extension cords and no plug in in the bathroom. Couldn’t leave there soon enough

Definitely need a major update, so very outdated!

The bed-side lamps weren’t plugged in, and when they were plugged in, they didn’t work. The room door jammed up pretty bad, had to be pushed/pulled hard every time, and what hotel still uses a key for the door lock?!?! The free continental breakfast was not even ready by 7;30am, what hotel does that?!?! The breakfast should be ready (for pick up or not) by 6:00am usually. This is definitely NOT a three-star experience.

WE would stay there again as we had a good value for our moey and we liked the room.

The view, the peace and quiet, a comfortable bed, the space in the room with two tables and nice sofa.

The electrical needs updating what with technology needing charging and maintaining lighting as the days get shorter. We missed the old menu of years passed. We would have liked a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet as we were there 4 mornings.
