Les équipements récents et un look très vintage de type seventies. L'emplacement est pratique pour visiter downtown ou pour affaires.

The hotel was awesome, and the staff was amazing from the bartender Kayla & Bre to valet Jose. My bff and I did a carefree self-care staycation.

The hotel was very nice aesthetically--modern finishes, beautiful bar area. The bed was quite comfortable, being the firmest of the three hotels during this trip. Loved that there was an ice machine on every floor. The room was spacious, and though we didn't have a downtown view, I'd argue the view from our room facing away from downtown was much better. The location was excellent--relatively quiet corner of the city with access to the park and attractions downtown. The hotel was also essentially on top of the Tunnels which came in handy on a particularly hot day. There were also ample cheaper parking facilities nearby (much cheaper than the valet offered by the hotel) if you're willing to lug your bags one or two blocks.
Only a few minor things that I think were just oversights on the housekeeping side like no ice bucket in the room only one toilet paper roll which required multiple calls. These were resolved relatively quickly (i.e., within 30 minutes). Also, the fridge didn't adequately cool anything which was a bummer, but not worth making a big deal about.

The room was pretty and the veiw from the window.
Valet was a little slow and unorganized a little bit.

Overall hotel was good
Valet staff was good but lacked organization and didn’t know how to handle their duties but knew what the job was.
Bar staff was awk as heck and judged you for sitting down even tho their was plenty time before last call!

They refunded my money.
I booked here through Booking.com. I paid extra for a king room with added breakfast, 3 room area, bathtub, balcony, refrigerator, kitchen, and minibar. I get checked in and none of these amenities were in this room. It smelled bad also. I immediately checked out and was refunded my money. The front desk lady told.me they've tried a few times with Booking.com to change their amenities and they haven't. She couldn't offer me a room like that, but when I talked to the other desk man he said they did, but I guess they really didn't want to accommodate me. I had booked this room for Valentines weekend/anniversary and was truly disappointed with this room. Needless to say I went down the road to the Hilton and got a nicer room with breakfast included for cheaper.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The room was spacious with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were kind and attentive starting from the reception with the valet parking team and the crew in charge of cleaning my room. The hotel's location was ideal as it was within walking distance of the investment fund, where I had meetings while in Houston.
The missing part is a better option for food, from breakfast to dinner. A high-end hotel that lacks basic amenities such as a minibar or vending machine cannot be considered deluxe. The restaurant is decent but has room for improvement. However, the coffee shop and bar are exceptional, even though they are only open in the morning. The staff is courteous and professional. Overall, the restaurant has its positives, but there is room for improvement.

The room was large and very comfortable and the location was perfect for being downtown.
The room doors were extremely loud on my floor and were hard to close so we could hear multiple doors closing all night long.

Booked including breakfast and had confirmation stating breakfast was included. Front desk said breakfast was not even when i showed them proof on the confirmation on my booking - see picture booking confirmation attached.
Front desk 2 guys where the worst ever reception staff i have ever dealt with. No consideration for customers and when i asked to speak to management was told he would call me. Manager never did call back and i ended up paying $91 for breakfast.
Lots of other better hotels available for the $309 + $91 breakfast.
I travel frequently will never stay at a Hilton again!
HILTON HONOURS - 🤣🤣
Front desk checking staff, the worst I have ever come across.
Put me off ever staying at a Hilton hotel again!

Rooms were comfortable and quiet.
I liked the reception staff, who were very helpful and able to advise on restaurants etc.
We found a previous guest's T-shirt in our room on the floor.
This was our 1st time staying in Houston as a family - albeit for just 2 nights. The location was not ideal for us, and we found ourselves needing to take cabs to to reach a restaurant that would be open (on the Sunday).

Room was not completely clean upon arrival.
There was trash left from previous guests.

Iike that they gave $20 for a free drink. The location was everything. It was right beside the festival.
They didn't have the bikes like I wanted. There was always one available but not enough for my girl and I to ride together. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. Other than that it was nice. It was just missing a few amenities in the room.

Location
This has been the worst hotel I’ve every stayed at, I paid over $1,300 for the weekend and it’s NOT worth it. Starting off with the receptionist team. They are not respectful when you try to make a complaint they speak over you. My AC in my room was not working, I had to tell them twice through our Hilton app. AC was never fixed. Once I went downstairs to let them know for the 3rd time at 2:30AM that the issue hasn’t been fixed the receptionist who was helping me out was trying to be smart about her response why the engineer never went up to our room to get the AC fixed. Shower heads not cleaned very nasty & disgusting. Bugs in the shower. Valet team is disrespectful driving our vehicle very wrong. Valet driver Louis or Luis tried to get aggressive & disrespectful with my husband once my husband kindly asked him if he could not drive his truck like a crazy maniac.

Room and view was nice
Air didn’t cool, had to call for a microwave, no pool, bathroom shower smaller than what I expected. Hilton properties not as impressive as Marriott’s properties, second time I’ve stayed at a Hilton property and wish I had gone with Marriott.

I love the rooms and overall the environment, the staff are super friendly.
Not having a free parking sucked a little bit. No complimentary breakfast for such a nice hotel is a no no.

cute boutique setting. The valet were very friendly.
Martha, and the entire concierge service except for one lady, was extremely rude. No hospitality at all. not service-oriented. We were not given accommodations for the absence of chromecast service or waters in our rooms. Furthermore, we requested a room cleaning around 11am and returned around 3:30pm to discover our room was still unkempt. The staff rudely responded to the lack of service and didn’t require reasonable solutions. We did not have any toweled after our gym session. The concierge (male) over the phone was verbally accosting us and made us feel unwelcomed.
