It was a very nice stay.

Did not eat the breakfast. I had surgery the next morning.

Can not think of anything that was not very nice. Excellent location for the Medical Center. Should have a discount for older medical persons from out of town that need a place to stay overnight.

Mal atención al cliente por parte del personal de restaurante en varias ocasiones.

La ubicación

El personal es grosero y no tiene la suficiente capacidad de atención al cliente, los servicios incluidos anunciados en la aplicación no son iguales a los que tiene por política el hotel , generando molestias y falta de comunicación. Hacen publicidad de desayuno incluido sin ninguna observación y el realidad es solo dos personas por habitación.

the hotel can be preferred for one or two day stays but I do not recommend it for longer stays

the location of the hotel and the condition of the building was good. It is good that there is a parking lot but it is bad that it is paid

Water, slippers, shaving kit, etc. were not provided in the rooms. The staff gave incorrect information on issues such as invoicing and parking fees. Breakfast content never changed for 5 days.

Should have brought my own blanket

Rooms are big and I liked that they had a chef at breakfast to make eggs, pancakes, etc

They don’t provide a duvet with the bed. Literally only a sheet and a weird hard textured blanket was provided, the only way to describe it is a thin bath mat! As a result, I was very uncomfortable and did not sleep. Breakfast was also underwhelming. The bread provided was stale. Rooms are old and need renovating. Room key would only work after a few tries. Wasn’t worth the money.

I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.

It was convenient and clean the staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that there was only two ice machines and two didn’t work. I had to go from the 3rd floor to the 17th to get ice.

Not worth the money nor lost time. Had to move rooms and was not comfortable with all the issues.

Nothing like advertised on booking.Com site. First room, was not clean. Was Moved to second room, no amenities available at all as advertised and agreed, paint peeling off the wall, patched whole spots, old smell, only scorching hot water available to take a shower, no adjustments available. Second room was a total downgrade. Moved to 3rd room, tv was old and small, bathroom sink faucet was broken, no water pressure.

Very enjoyable stay and would come back again!

It was very close to the events that we were attending.

It was much better experience than before. Looks like management was taking care of the upkeep of the hotel.

there was an old dirty wet carpet smell through the hotel. we had to spray something to make the air decent. Coffee provided in room was only decaf. pool was dirty. and it should say that parking was 20.00.

the pool was nice it was centrally located and close to everything in the city

the toilets didn’t work , water pressure was low , heat/ac didn’t work we had to change rooms 3 times the manager said she would comp my nights only ended up comping one over all I’d never stay at this location again the one in denver is A-1

nightmare , respect is earned not given for free.

If I could ever give a one star, I will do it! A motel service but requests for hotel price. First of all, I was never assigned to a room I booked. No matter how many excuses you have, truth is , there is king bed available and they just don’t want to assign you in. If the information on booking is not correct, you shall contact them and change it. Not until I booked , paid and tell me that there shall be a mistake. But need to mention they compensated me breakfast for the last 3morning, a small highlight during the whole stay. Secondly, on 29th apr, the real nightmare began, ppl on my floor started to smoke illegal most likely marijuana around 10:00pm. Around 1:00am, kids start to run around and slamming the door for 1hour, called hotel front desk 2times, all they offered is to move the room but no action taken, i was too tired to move, so didn’t accept room moving In the first place. However finally I thought I could sleep when the slamming stoped, around 3-4am, 2drunken ladies are back, sitting in front of my room, starting to argue and shouting. I have to get up and call the security, at first, hotel even refused to send security, saying nothing they can do but I insisted , security came and didn’t take any action. I can literally hear very clearly the 2 ladies are puking shouting across the hallway. That’s the point I got scared and wanted to move and took the offer from the hotel around 4-5am. This is also the time finally they assigned me the room with 1 big large bed which I booked online. Finally, I have booked 5night for 702euro, I demand for the 29th night refund and a late check out on 1st May and got only 1hour late check out on 1st May which is a joke. Btw, the front desk lady Maria talking abt that i didn’t talk to her with respect.before I talked to her directly about everything, I was talking to the team more than 5times, 3times in the middle of the night to call security.

Exceptional

We were there overnight only so it was brief but everything was exceptionally wonderful from check-in to check-out. The service at the front desk was so helpful and no issues with our reservation. The room was clean and tasteful, the bed was so comfortable, I slept so peacefully and in th3 morning checked out. I will 100% stay there again.

I wasn't told I needed to keep the "generic" parking key card with me when I left to exit the hotel; I had free parking. When I tried to leave, I had to pay to leave because I turned the card in and wasn't told and didn't know to ask. In their defense: I could have gone back inside to let them know, but there were cars behind me, so I was stuck in that situation I know for next time.

Breakfast was cold but staff was super kind to reheat for us. The staff at the restaurant were my favorite part of my stay

There was construction/ remodeling going on at the check in area. Booking.com has this as free parking and free breakfast but it wasn’t so when we checked in.

Not even La Quinta Inn could be worst!

Only that it was near our objectives!

They were on refurbishment, the whole building. They were not supposed to receive guests! Too much dust and inconveniences. The breakfast was terrible and not healthy! Had a diarrhea!!
