modern, good location to toyota center,
AC unit rattled in room (staff comped breakfast), room wasn’t ready at check in 3 pm: didn’t get in until
4:30 pm, initial interaction w valet was bad she was on a personal call and we seemed to be interrupting her
3.9
The location was great
The pool wasn’t open and that was my main reason for staying
3.9
Property is ok , cleanish and modern
Staff was terrible , rolling their eyes at you , fighting with each other … very uncomfortable

When arriving the main attendant was rude, however everyone else was nice and helpful! The security was a good.
I paid full amount when booked hotel. I never received an email stating payment was declined, therefore I thought had more money than I did. I could've made extra money before conference if email was received; Instead of going to one nice restaurant and experiencing some of texas, I had to eat sandwiches in my room. In addition, did not get much sleep due to the constant noise! This was my biggest reason for my disappointment. With how much was paid, I shouldn't have to listen to things all night then be tired throughout the day, especially since this was my first conference.

Location
I only booked this hotel for its rooftop pool and bar, both closed.
Leak in my bathroom. Not hot water to shower.

It was good
People not hanging around the door smoking weed.

The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful
The valet service is the most disgusting and disappointing of all. They don’t bother to come to get your car. Even if they are right there they won’t come to you. You have to initially park your car and walk to them. And that’s when they recognize your presence. No one even tries to help you with your luggage. Also, the room was small compared to other hotels but comfortable.

the lobby was cool
there was so many issues with the room when checking into the room I had to run the water for 20 mins it was so brown, no water in the toilet had to fill the ice bucket up to pour down it not hot water I was over it. weekend stay check out early

Location was perfect for the Astros game. I felt very safe once I was in the hotel, in order to use the elevators your room key must be swiped.
The parking was a bit confusing and due to the reviews about the valet sometimes charging you for an extra day had me worried the day of checkout.
3.9
Close to everything
Front desk staff very nice
Doors are locked on both entrances so if you are a new guest w/o a keycard you have to wait for buzz in
3.9
Clean, comfortable spacious, excellent location and really good staff - will be back!
Breakfast options weak but not bad

Location from the airport and downtown accessibility. The bed slept comfortable.
Our room had no soap in the bathroom dispenser from the Friday we arrived up until Sunday evening. I requested our room to be cleaned at !0:30am, left out and came back to the carpet not being vacuumed, they removed our dirty linen and did not replace with any wash clothes, hand towels or towels. Bathroom counter and mirror were dirty, and last but not least it was the darkest room ever!!! There was no nightstand lamp which left an entire side of the room very dark. I forgot to mention that on two occasions during our stay someone on the outside of the door was turning our door knob...very weird experience. The hallways were dark, hallway floors and elevators could have been cleaned more frequent. Overall the room served it's purpose but I wouldn't stay here again.

Location I guess? Although Houston is a hellhole. The rooftop pool was nice, though it feels like you are on the surface of the sun.
The bathroom was a disaster. Combo shower-toilet space that was flooded the whole time. For $180 a night you expect a decent bathroom you know?
3.9
It wasn’t far from where I needed to go.
The young lady at the front desk was mean. I waited hrs to be checked in. My refrigerator did not work water pressure was very low for shower and room smelled like warm urine on top of them allowing someone to charge snacks to my room.
3.9
Bed was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped.
I don't know if it was the laundry shute or elevator or what, but I was awakened several times in the night by a banging of metal that sounded like a metal door being blown in the wind, or a dumpster lid.
Also, the front desk staff was very polite, which was nice. but they were not well=informed about the parking structures and accessibility.
3.9
Generally okay.
Brick wall in front of room window. Dark room. Expensive parking.
3.9
It was close to where I needed to be.
They charged my credit card twice for $150 holds. The only explanation I received was ,”Oh that happens sometimes.”
I go to lay down after a long day and It sounds like someone is fighting and throwing furniture next to me.
They also don't validate parking so that's an extra $25 charge. Totaling $475 for a one night stay.

The location is amazing. The rooms are clean.
The staff on our first day of stay weren’t friendly or approachable. One lady staff have an attitude.
The price was a bit high.

Location, friendly staff, and clean
They only provided 1 towel and washcloth for 2 people. They brought more upon request.

Close to work location
My view were the dead roaches in the window pane

I like the location and that it was close to different places downtown.
The pool area! I think it’s time for a remodel , new sofa pillows some plants and the pool needs to be repainted , it definitely have a excellent view an a hot tub wouldn’t be bad!👈🏽😁
