So. The stay was okay, but not what It could have, or should have, been.

Nice room with a comfortable bed, and in a good location for getting to and from Minute Maid Park to see the Yankees vs. the Astros. The staff was, overall, very congenial and helpful. Bottle of water in the room was a nice touch.

There was a drip sound that kept me from falling to sleep. I think it emanated from the HVAC system, which had a ceiling panel ajar. I didn't call to complain because it was late when I got back. The biggest problem was that I was lied to. I used valet parking with an electric vehicle and asked if they could charge it over night. I was told they could and would. Sadly, when I got the vehicle in the morning is was not charged at all and I think I might have paid extra for it. The website told me it was $42 for valet parking, but I was charged $52 with no charge. I then had to stop at a charging station on the way home, which cost me time and another $30 to my trip.

It was not perfect stay and hotel need improvments.

I like the location and the executive lounge

I didn’t like the housekeeping of the hotel they always came late at the end of the day , also the elevators was smelling bad , and finally comparing to the price i pay they should have more features and services to the customer.

Stay was nice in all.

The breakfast was really simple and very nice. The staff were exceptional. Very warm and always willing to help. Everyone had a smile to offer and was really really nice. They made us feel at home.

The good delivery service was quite poor. We had to ask for deliveries before they were brought to us. Unfortunately some soaps i ordered were not given to us and I’m certain they are still at the hotel.

Okay. I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again.

The valet was on point every time. The food at the restaurant was not good and overpriced for the quality. The front desk initially sent us to a room w only one bed had to go back downstairs so they could put me in the correct room. No apology. The only thing I will give a rate of 10/10 is the spa on the 11th floor. The girl w the glasses was nice, patient and had great customer service.

Great stay and will definitely recommend and stay there again.

Room was nice and spacious with all the amenities. Food in restaurant was very good and service was great! The staff at the hotel were so nice and friendly and very helpful!

Really I can't think of a negative thing to say.

I definitely recommend and would stay again.

The aesthetics and location of the facility were great. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. We were granted early check in and late check out to accommodate our flights. The bar and bar tenders were nice and made great drinks.

The one and only thing that I didn’t like is the toilet area was not enclosed by a door. The bathroom had a barn door by the toilet area was right on the other side providing little privacy.

Staff amazing - bed sheets unsanitary - overall good place

The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful

My comforter was stained black with mold made me feel very uncomfortable. Honestly forgot to say something due to them only having ONE trolley cart for the whole hotel, which finically makes sense but from a guests perspective it’s very inconvenient. But after carrying all 4-5 bags to my truck I didn’t have the mental energy to remember just paid for the stay and left. But also didn’t feel right not saying something because that’s very unsanitary for the cost of the room.

An exceptionally opulent weekend stay.

The front desk staff was tremendous as usual, when I checked in I was notified that I received a free upgrade! The room I received was a king Suite and it was to live for!!

Restaurants are not that great, not alot of restaurant choices. Bed Comforter was not the most comfortable. No mini bar just water Nice hotel but not JW luxury
