The cleanliness of the hotel. The security in the evening of showing your key to get to the elevator. The friendliness of the staff.
People not following rules like only four people in an elevator, which is not the hotels fault.
4.3
Nothing at all
Telling about all u have to pay for before ordering your room, very bad experience
4.3
View was nice, staff was great. Room service was fast.
First card I got didn’t open door. Water cups in the workout room are tiny.

My view of the river, Navy Pier and the lake was spectacular. It was an ideal location for enjoying Chicago and attending a conference.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location.
Wish I could have stayed longer.
4.3
It was great view.
Very busy desk at the time of check-in. Need more staffing.
4.3
The location is great as it close to the river and down town. There is CVS near by. the view was good as the room I got was looking over the river . The hotel is very very clean.

The view.
Parking cost and woman’s bathroom was not clean.

the view
double charged and horrible hospitality in the down stairs bar / restaurant . desk man argued with me about my refund and after escalating to asst and Gm still no resolution until i had to follow up with more details on my end to attempt to get my refund . ruined my trip and had to not finish the trip because of this issue

Location Location Location was very conveint to many resturants, activities , live plays, sight seeing and tge Nascar track.
No acknowlegment of our 40th anniversary even tho we booked it especially mentioning that mentioning at checkin and reminding everyone.
The pool was removed from the hotel since the last time we visited here. And the fact that our small room averaged $500 per night with limited ammentities was a poor trade for a nights sleep. They didnt clean our room until wednesday and on our last day we asked about that and they gave us a whopping $10 credit to use at thier gift shop.
If you like your room cleaned every night dont stay here for $500.00. As you may be dusappointed.

Everything absolutely amazing!!
nothing!

The location was great with a beautiful view of the lake and Navy Pier. The room was so spacious and clean.
They charged us 20$ each day for "Urban Experience" which didn't make sense. We were told that it was for Internet and amenity that we were not even told when we checked in. Most of the time the Internet is included to the reservation.

The food was great and I had a very comfortable stay.
I found no issues during my stay, thank you very much.

View, service.
Nothing.

View, staff, bed
Shower. Unable to position shower head so that one could prevent water from leaking onto floor, or to comfortably lather and then rinse. The rain shower head has a wide spray, in a very little space.

Room was very good and had an excellent view, location is quite convenient near the river and the lake, easy to walk everywhere with several restaurants around
UPS service was quite bad, only one person (Lissa) was eager to help, another lady was rude an impertinent
In my first room (3115) the water was not completely attached to the floor and the bathroom door was lacking some paint treatment, also desk lamp did not work
4.3
Across from the Riverwalk, close to downtown, close to theater district, easy access to the “L”, and professional and helpful staff. This is our second time staying here.

The view, bed, and house keeping are the perks here.
Just to make sure all is clearly understood a Double Room, Double Beds does not mean two rooms!! Resort fees are a joke and parking at hotel $79/day is not free as indicated with filtered search for free hotel parking. My husband and son, (14 year old) would have been in one room-- traumatizing I know. Day in route we called to confirm our reservations and give an estimated time of arrival before the 3pm check in to find Double Room is NOT two rooms at all so requested a conjoined room then get told upon arrival that we would need two separate accommodations (oh and that means double resort fees). Resort fee will be urban fee on your bill....what is this exactly. It is for the internet, the gym, and dry cleaning (which internet is $14.95 a day on top of that and dry cleaning will have a fee as well). View excellent, bed excellent. Staff... I think housekeeping was the only smile we received a warm welcome from. The principal of the matter was the issue here not the $$$.

Location is really good.
garage is too difficult to find. they should have put a big sign somewhere to show the entrance to garage. and the garage has a weird structure to it.
