La habitación muy amplia, con una vista estupenda, muy límpia, la ubicación maravillosa, el personal muy amable, sobre todo en el restaurante.
No recuerdo anda que no me haya gustado

Great location. Friendly staff.
I was not allowed a rollaway bed in my king room because of a fire code ( which I understand). The front desk employee found us another room, and we packed up all of our belongings and moved to another room with a king size bed. When I called to have the rollaway bed sent up, they told me that this room also could not have a rollaway bed. One of my children slept on the floor for two nights there was not room for three of us in the king size bed. Incredibly frustrating.

Nice property but beware of hidden fees and charges
After booking on booking.com and having all taxes and fees included I was then surprised to find a charge for “Urban Experience fee”. I’ve never heard of such a thing — what the heck is an urban experience fee! I didn’t ask for any such experience, other than the fact that the hotel is in an urban area. Next up will be rural experience fee or river experience fee or air experience fee??

Enjoyed my stay there
Being charged an extra $117.00 for Urban Fee did not know what that is.

beds are super comfy, good size
didn’t get comp water unless we asked at desk, ice machine out of service on floor, amenities seemed sparse compared to previous stay, e.g., mixed brand toiletries. so called city view wasn’t what I expected, as it faced towards the lake.

The doormen and the beds were WONDERFUL. The lobby was beautiful and cozy. I loved the separate tub and shower.
The only issue that I had was that there weren't cups to make tea in our room. Other than that the stay was nice.

Room and view were awesome. Quietest room I've ever had - never heard another door close or neighboring room's conversation. Beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept very well. View on the 30th floor towards the water was beautiful. Perfect walking location to starting line of the Chicago Marathon. Food and drink selection was really good at the hotel. Great convenience store Bockwinkel's around the block for cheap meal options and to stock up on cheaper staples.
No free coffee. You have to pay for everything and this hotel parking is the most expensive around. Park at neighboring hotel if you have a rental.

beautiful lobby great location. a few minor things in the room and of course, charges for everything. we were told there would be grab and go breakfast for the marathoners. sadly not told we would be charged. they couldn’t provide a bagel to the marathoners for free? really. concierge was a wonderful man. one front desk person a bit rude but overall, all staff was great. The ice machine room was gross however. Floor wet behind door with wet trash embedded in the muck.
sorry see above a few minor things.

The location is perfect. It's right by the navy pier with alot of sightseeing in the downtown area. I would like to thank Ariana again for her excellent customer service professionalism. I will give you a back story. We came to Chicago for a family event and things did not go as planned. I had to find me and my family a place to stay that was decent and not too overpriced. After, looking for about a hour we finally came across this hotel. At first I wasn't for sure if I would be able to get adjusting rooms but, Ariana was very helpful on providing us with one. It was late at night and we was tired, hungry and felt alone. Ariana, smile and helpfulness made my cries stay at bay. Our rooms had a beautiful view and the rooms was very clean. The lady from housekeeping came around that following morning but, we only needed our trash taking out. I would like to thank everyone from the velvet guys to the bellboy guys to the front desk.

The layout of the room. We were not in a rectangular box. Views were wonderful and the windows opened for fresh air.
Had to wait to check in when arriving only 1/2 hour before check in officially opened.

Really? A resort fee? No amenities I saw justified that charge.

I like the view looking from the room. The respect of privacy.
