Great stay, great location!

The staff was wonderful. The valet was so kind and helpful! It was a really spacious room for being downtown DC and close to things. We loved the robes too!

I do wish there had been some type of ice machine available to use.

Wonderful boutique hotel experience in the heart of DC.

The location was convenient to the activities that brought me to the District. The associates were phenomenal (professional in appearance & demeanor & seemed to take pride in their work). I will make a point of staying here for my return trips to the District.

Nice place to stay

Absolute cleanness, ample room space and it's classic decoration

Missing coffee maker or kettle in the room, and have to go downstairs to get complimentary coffee in paper cups available 5 to 10 am. Thermostat was limited to maximum 25 C and during cold nights was not enough.

Centrally located, room was really comfortable and clean, staff was nice, lobby had a nice space to work in.

would not go back due to location not really in Georgetown, staff not that great and really wanted to stay in the origin

liked the lobby

pulled up in truck and was told valet not an option for trucks so walked 3 blocks to park. garage was cheaper at $28 versus hotel $42. check in guy was very all business and not very friendly. we were expecting a historic hotel room but there was a modern side of the property with room that were new and that’s what we got. never given a choice. for a non historical room it was very small. the bar didn’t open until 3 and the opening staff couldn’t find a bottle opener and seemed confused.

Smoking area should be in the courtyard not on the street with the public especially late at night.

Friendly staff, clean room

The staff are very friendly and helpful! We stored our luggages after check-out and got bottled water everyday. The room is very clean.

the side near the road is to noisy due to traffic & the shower was broken in our room and the tiles needed replacing as there was a slight damp smell
