Had an amazing stay, will definitely be back!
Private with security, underground parking, great views/balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom plenty of pillows!
I also left hair tools in the bathroom drawer and the staff handled it very carefully, gave me 30 days to come pick up my items again! Thank you so very much
Hard to get ahold of front desk/emails

Our apartment on the 2nd floor was great, close to the fitness room, the elevators and had a mini balcony with a lovely view of trees. There was an in suite washer/dryer which was a real bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. It was very comfortable for 2 people for a week long visit.
The location is a real selling point with Little Italy, which has lots of restaurants, just a short walk away. It is also close to Commissionaires Park which is a lovely spot to visit at tulip time or anytime.
Perhaps the front entrance area could use a little upkeep but really everything was fine about this location.

Easy to book and check in, location was also excellent for my purposes.
No indication where the gym was li even called the concierge and they could not help. Had to basically check each floor from the ground until I located it on the sexomd floor

Very helpful and understanding staff, giving us another room. Location near Dows Lake and Preston street very nice, even when Winterlude was cancelled, good connections to all parts of the city, by car or public transit
Unfortunately there were several constructions sites in the direct area, one of which directly outside our apartment, staff was very helpful and luckily they were so kind to move us to another apartment.

Location was central and accessible. Building has a lot of facilities that are in perfect condition. It was very neat , spacious and everything worked very well.
More information on the facilities available in the building. I didn’t know of a lot until close to the end of my stay.

We liked the location and the friendliness of staff
We didn't like the layout of the apartment because I would wake up early and room was not to well soundproofed, as the sliding doors didnt do a good job of that

The property was clean, spacious with excellent storage. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities good. Entrance to property nice and access worked well.
Great location, Little Italy with restaurants and shops one side, Dows Lake and the Rideau Canal the other with beautiful wildlife filled walks.
Public transport excellent once you got the hang of it. The #85 bus a short walk away that links to the train into Ottowa. We asked for an apartment on the lower floors and we ended up on the ground floor which was perfect.
Very minor points, there was a washing machine and dryer and washing powder was provided. There was a dishwasher but no tablets, when asked the concierge gave us washing up liquid that stated not for use in dishwashers so we washed by hand. No major problem but surprising given the attention to detail elsewhere. Some construction noise.

On the door step to little Italy with lots of places to eat, drink, shop. Easy walk to Dowes Lake, the arboretum, Carlton University, Rideau Canal paths, very, very quiet building ( other than day time construction). The cleanest rental I've had in years. Right next to the future Dowes Lake LRT station. Lovely floor to ceiling windows along the whole south wall, for beautiful views of Dowes Lake until the new high-rise is complete. Excellent choice for an extended stay.
South side apartments are feet away from a new high-rise that is being built. Very noisy from 7 am - 4 pm. Not sure how the other apartments hear the noise.

Location was good. Apartment was very good and comfortable.
The only very bad experience with the staff (male) sitting at the reception. He was very rude. Also, after 6 days of living, he said "oh you have a dog, so you have to pay 165 CAD more" so I said, ok but these things you need to tell on the first day, but you are telling after 6 days.
I just want to say, our stay was good, we are new immigrants, so if staff treats us well, it would be great.
Note: We wanted to stay our extension 5-6 days more, but because of the very rude behavior of the hotel reception guy, we decided to leave apartment.

Great apartment, beautiful view of the river, concierge very helpful, very clean and the housekeeping do a wonderful job once a week. Gym is quite good as well.
Only problem is the location - building to the left of Soho Champagne and the one in front are both under construction. Road is usually blocked with construction vehicles and construction workers directing traffic starting at 7 am. Luckily our apartment is not facing the construction or the huge crane on top of the building next door.

The apartment was on a construction site. The place was very noisy and dusty. I had specifically asked for a quiet apartment. Certain things did not work, i.e. the hairdryer. On our last day, we found the elevator full of urine!

The location close to my son's student suites, the size of the apartment, the interior, the view, TV channels and having Arabic TV application easily installed. Bed is comfortable as well as pillows
Everything was amazing
There was a problem in the fridge which is replaced by a small one however Soho management compensated us.

It was a fabulous apartment, very spacious and
clean with a great kitchen to cook and eat. The
is perfect for a walk by the river in to town, such a
beautiful area and it was easy to get a bus to
the city too. the communication and customer
service was excellent.
it was all fantastic

It was very clean and comfortable.
It was very noisy in the day with all the construction.

the staff are helpful and friendly. The suites are modern, clean and comfortable.
there is no grocery store nearby, which is challenging when you are staying in apartment style accommodations and would like to prepare some of your own meals.

This was my second stay at SOHO Residences Champagne. The one-bedroom suite on the second floor was clean and had all the necessary conveniences. The housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to access the suite before the usual check-in time, and the process was very smooth. The location is fantastic, close to great trails, Dow's Lake, Carleton and Little Italy.
I do not recommend this property for people who need to work remotely. The property did not forewarn guests about construction noise, which was very loud and disruptive (with jackhammering during work hours, and sometimes as early as 7 am). There are active construction sites 360 degrees around this building, and most projects are in the early phases of construction. This also means large trucks/vehicles and crews on the street in front of the building. The wi-fi also dropped frequently, and this was a challenge as I had a number of virtual meetings, where I had to log back on. I was disappointed about the noise levels, and would have appreciated some type of discount or fore-warning so I could have made other arrangements given I was staying for 4 weeks.

We were two couples, the property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small living room and kitchen. very comfortable
limited kitchen supplies.
