Decent price for the city travel but would not stay at this location again.

Close to the city and relatively quite for being next to the airport

The smell of the room! It smelled like overwhelming BO or mildew and it just got worse every time house keeping came in while we were erecting gone. I noticed that everytime I e came back and housekeeping was there, my items on the bathroom counter had been moved and re arranged, including items that were in bags.

Comfy beds, clean linens, lovely staff.

Love at check in was an absolute doll. She was so sweet and helpful. Chasity at check out was super helpfula nd patient when we forgot something in the room and had already checked out! We loved the matresses. They were wonderful, 2 middle aged moms REALLY apprwciste matresses that don't hurt our backs and plenty of pillows. We wished he could have lingered longer relaxing in the clean sheets, washed duvets.

The towels were well sanitized. So much so one started to rip when i put it around to dry my back! Oops! A great addismtion to the rooms would be a white noise machine or a fan, i always forget it when traveling, especially last minute

Good value for the price

Room, bed and bathroom was clean along with Comfortable. Very spacious room.

Had a problem with my room key upon arrival, but the issue was resolved.

Unpleasant and unprofessional.

The hotel had a burst pipe and kicked us out at 6am. Didn’t even offer another room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttles were timely and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The price was more than fair for such a nice establishment.

I have no complaints about this hotel, it was great.

it was ok but I wouldn’t come back. it was NOT worth the price

it was comfortable

my room was not to my expectations. housekeeping continuously tried to get in my room on the first night I did put up a do not disturb sign

was only there to sleep and didn’t feel welcome!

staff okay, but quiet hours marked 11p-5am. they had music playing outside that could be heard in the room and out in hallway. why would you have music playing at 5am for. Also the restaurant and hotel not on same page with the pay more for the breakfast purchase. they made it seem like it was my fault. Didn’t really matter since we were not in room more than to sleep but didn’t get the room I purchased online. overall will not stay with Holiday Inn again. should be made to feel welcome not a nuisance. Had to complain and ask about breakfast and straighten that issue out and have them turn music off at 11:15 pm. This is attention to detail request to property.

music playing till 11pm and starting at 5am. why in the heck would you turn music on at 5am for when you know you can hear it inside rooms!

Not happy

Our first hotel we had chosen said you over booked. So we had to scramble to find another hotel. This was our only choice. We talked to someone at booking and said since we over booked that he will compensate the difference because our second hotel was a little more expensive. We feel we should be compensated for the whole Hotel feel free to reach out us if needed 812-454-5135 Denise Suter
