Room was clean
Ran out of breakfast. They were slow replacing. Lobby apparently closes at 11pm and I wasn’t able to sit with family for a short time. One of the elevators was broken and we had to wait forever to go up and down.

Had a room facing the highway, the windows have no sound insulation at all so we were unable to sleep the traffic noise was so loud.

Hotel was decent but elevator was broken first day but they had ot fixed . The problem was we woke up to ants over our stuff and around the room. We seen 2 or 3 when we checked in to room but thought nothing of it. Next day when we woke uo they were every where. Manager sent someone up to spray and apologized and tried to handle it but similar to breakfast they didn't have enough staff. Every where us having staff issues so I understood but wife wasn't having it.
The Ant problem was the main reason for rating and broken elevator for money spent on this room

Modern look and decor of room. Privacy. Parking and location. Cleanliness. Great bathroom and kitchen set up
A lot of noice in the morning from other guest. No smoking in the room. No hot tub in the room

brand new facility. friendly staff. great breakfast.
only 1 of 2 guest elevators were working during our stay. there was actually about a 6 hour period where no elevators worked and we had to carry our 2 year old up the the 4th floor.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was really good with lots of options.
My total on booking.com said $525, but when I checked in, they said they could not see the price for booking.com and charged me $570 plus a $40 incident fee. So my total was $610 instead of $525. I was not happy about the almost $100 increase in price.

Everything was immaculate. The rooms were beautiful. We really loved the hair care products provided as well. Wish that we could purchase the zero% products.

This hotel was under FULL construction!! Danger! Do Not Enter! Area Under Construction! Those signs were on the front door and to say the least Booking.com took my reservations 6 weeks out from FFA National Convention!

The property was under heavy construction and should not even open for business. I arrived at 9 pm but front door was locked and no one at the temporary front desk. I called and waited for more than 15 mins and no answer. I had to check into another hotel. I have been trying to contact both Keystone Inn and Booking.com since 10/24 but no one has gotten back to me. it’s 10/28 and I left Indian. haven’t gotten back to me if I will get my refund or not. very disappointed trip.

Knew it was under construction but did not expect the noise to start at 8 am. Faucet by refrigerator very difficult to use. took a very long time to get Hot water from bathroom sink. No hot water in shower after 1 shower.

Location was good
Not sure what chemicals are used for the bed sheets, but I had an allergic reaction. Nothing bad, just itching in eyes. Used Benadryl.

without disclosing this on the website, the hotel was under heavy construction. the photos used seem to be photos of what the hotel is supposed to look like after the renovation is complete. Upon arrival (entering through the back of the property due to the construction) we arrived in a make shift office which doubled as breakfast area. the room was musty and carpet dirty. we were told at check in that the following two days there would be no water during the day because of emergency work on the water line. The water coming out of the sink was completely white. With my husband’s allergies and traveling with a small child, we stayed for the first night (we arrived late and had no other option), immediately contacted Booking customer service and promptly checked out the next morning to find different accommodations. A month later we still haven’t received our refund for the remaining three nights of our prepaid stay.
if the property had disclosed the renovation/construction work honestly this situation could have been avoided completely.

The breakfast was good. Bed was nice and comfy. Staff was very nice.
The shower took like twenty minutes to heat up. And the tv barely had any channels and no option to link my streaming services.

rooms are spacious. convenient location.
no hot water. was told they would have to call the maintenance manager tomorrow. then hung up on me.

The girl that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming
The room we were In had a sour smell ..and there was a few hairs on the sheets

The room. Just the room. It was a clean room.
Everything else. The hotel was under renovation. The whole place was a mess. The entrance was closed...had to use side doors. Breakfast was horrible. Pop-tarts would have been better than the crap we ate. The construction noise was unacceptable and VERY VERY loud. It started way too early on a Sunday morning. My toddler was terrified. It is by far the worst experience I've ever had a a hotel.
