It’s a beautiful hotel, but the staff needs to be reminded not to take shortcuts when cleaning a room. I normally do not

The property is beautiful. Very classy and takes you back in time to the roaring 20s.

I can’t say there’s anything I didn’t like about the property.

Will probably stay again I don’t like the nightly incident fees

2nd time staying here, beautiful place

We had to leave a day early because I requested no down bedding which there wasn’t but I don’t believe it was cleared out because I was sick. Too long of a hold on my account for incidentals

Highly recommend staying at the wonderfully restored hotel and it's phenomenal staff!

Breakfast was very good, location of the Deco restaurant was nice! Food arrived very quickly. Had cocktails and appetizers in the bar, Gin Rickey, absolutely phenomenal! Bartenders were efficient and friendly, drinks were crafted and tasty, food arrived quickly as well and tasted great!

With family in the Milwaukee area we will stay at the Ambassador again. And certainty will recommen

Our room was large and very comfortable. The king size bed was also very comfortable. The location to downtown was great. It was a short drive downtown for us from the Hotel to the event. our room and bathroom was well appointed and most important Clean! St a time when hotel parking rates r excessive add on, not at the Ambassador. Thank you.

We did not see a room service menu. not sure if that is available.

It was very beautiful inside. I loved that they had a Starbucks too. Very fancy and the staff was very friendly.

I didn’t really like the location. Had a homeless lady ask for money right outside the hotel.

Great location & super friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The shuttle service was such a great addition to our trip. It made for a carefree trip which was so nice & relaxing.

We stayed in a king whirlpool suite.Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The whirlpool was nice.

Cigarette smoke smell coming from the ventilation system. Don't know if it was coming from another room or from outside. Either way, it was intermittent, and not fault of the hotel.

Awesomely Historic and Free Shuttle Service!

-Location was good, straight shot downtown on Wisconsin Ave and great if you're going to the Rave (right across the street)! - Free shuttle within a 3 mile radius of the hotel (please tip, our driver (Dave) was awesome! -Historic style throughout, keeping the common areas and rooms in tune with the building and it age; Although renovated!

-Room was efficient (read smaller) and although we booked a 'Queen bed' room, the bead was more a full/double. -Disappointed that they charge $20/night for parking at a $200/night rate but if you go there to eat dinner... you can park for free; Not very secure parking, anyone can walk into the parking garage (and didn't look like there was any security keeping an eye on the vehicles). -

The location of the hotel could have been in a friendlier neighborhood but the hotel was still close to the event venue.

Location was great for our needs

The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel were empty along with the Kleenex too. Could not watch regular TV. The staff could not even get it to work correctly.

Linda was amazing! very friendly and kind! she wished us safe travels and made us very comfortable! thanks for everything Linda!

No microwave or fridge in the room. dust bunny in the corner of the room. one bar of soap for 2 sinks. toilet didn't flush on the first try- had to do it twice. the elevator outside at the parking ramp didn't work so we had to lug our bags up flights of stairs.
