Not a bad property, it did us well.

There were nice common areas outside. The restaurant on site was pretty good.

Elevators were super slow. At one point I used the stairs because I was tired of waiting and I was on the 7th floor.

Not worth staying here, travel and spend only a tiny bit more at JW Marriot

Bed is comfortable but everything else rather basic

The cleanliness and location of the hotel

The attitude of the staff and communicating with the staff leaves a lot to be desired. They give incorrect information when you call and even when checking out and after check out they charge your card after giving you a printout showing a zero balance.

We asked the hotel to call us a cab to be safe, they called us a chauffeur that they use frequently.. that charged us $20 extra because the hotel told us $15 and we had to pay $35. We toke a yellow cab after that to the same location and it was indeed 15$.

The pool and open areas

Shuttle service was awful. Never did get my ride to the hotel from the airport. Im handicapped and had to sit on cement for 45 minutes waiting after calling even.

It’s a beautiful hotel minutes away from the airport!

Room was very nice, food in restaurant was great, service was exceptional.

Small mixup with getting cap in am, was requested upon checkin but desk never put request in, so we waited longer than we needed to. But got resolved so all good.

No volveré a ese hotel, pero tampoco usaré booking porque me da una precio y el hotel tiene otro.

Hay problema con este hotel, me han cobrado una tarifa superior a la presentada por BOOCKING EN LA RESERVACION La tarifa que me ha querido cobrar el hotel es de 290/noche. La tarifa se la reservación era de 192/noche más impuestos

Me subieron el precio de la tarifa por encima de lo ofertado por booking

Perfektný hotel blízo letiska

V hoteli sme spali len jednu noc, pretože sme na druhý deň odlietali do Európy. Vybavenie hotela bolo perfektné, keď sme prileteli a potrebovali sme shuttle bus, tak sme zavolali do hotela a o pár minút už pre nás prišiel bus. Ideálne na prespanie, keď potrebujete byť blízo letiska. V hoteli je aj celkom slušná reštaurácia, takže stravovanie nie je problém. Ale v blízkom okolí je dosť aj iných stravovacích možností.

Perfect hotel close to Miami International Aiport

Relaxed, super friendly, lots of places to eat and drink within the hotel as you can nip next door to the other Marriot. The rooms are big and spacious - bed so comfy! Loved the gym and outdoor pool with sun beds…perfect for my stopover before flight home 😄

Terrible.

The location and the bed was comfortable.

I was treated very badly by the breakfast staff. I was going to have breakfast and asked the check-out clerk to hold my luggage since I did not want to wheel it into the breakfast room. I left my room key and luggage and proceeded to the breakfast room. I got my breakfast and then a person came to me asking for my room number. I could not remember it but gave her my name and told her that the key was at the front desk because I was leaving soon. My plate already contained the breakfast and I did not want to leave it unattended to go for the key. I told her again that my room key was at the front desk which was approximately 50 feet away. I also asked her if she could wait a minute or check with the front desk because I had a rate that included breakfast. I also told her my name and indicated that it would be on her clipboard where she was ticking off persons who had a rate with breakfast included. She began harassing me during my breakfast for my room number. Another person also else came harassing me for it. In the meantime, they were smiling with other customers and ticking off their names on the clipboard. She refused to believe me and continued to treat me like someone who was cheating to get a free breakfast. Finally, a woman came and slapped a bill down on the table in a very aggressive manner indicating that it was the bill for my breakfast and I had to pay it. I felt the strong and determined negative behavior directed towards me by these two women. I got up without finishing my breakfast and went to the front desk and asked the clerk to tell the ladies my room number which showed that I had breakfast included. This experience ruined my day. I felt totally and completely humiliated and wondered why was I subjected to this.

Close to the airport and free shuttle.

It was very close to the airport, modern, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We used an Uber to get to the cruise port the next day. It was about 20 minutes at most.

The staff weren’t very helpful & found it difficult to communicate as they seemed to have difficulty understanding English. maybe it’s the accent.

Location was perfect……hotel lobbies very spacious & amenities excellent

I thought $9 for a can of lager in lobby shop was exorbitant…. Eggs benedict in main restaurant at breakfast $ 16- 18.00… hmmm was expensive enough especially when it was extra for juice & coffee … bit petty I thought😵‍💫

Ideal hotel for a one nights stay between flights

Location of the hotel was ideal as we needed to return to the airport the following day. The transfer operation was swift and efficient. The rooms we tidy and a good size. The facilities in the room were very good.

The check in could have been quicker but they reported that it was the fault of the way booking.com entered the reservations into their system. THe restaurant service was not as efficient as it could have been.

Location perfect

Location and free shuttle from the airport was the key decision factor for us. a 5 minute ride from the airport and we were in the hotel ready. Short Uber to south beach so location perfect.

Not an issue, but a typical airport hotel lacked atmosphere. Not really there long enough to use pool and other facilities.

Localização era boa e o transfere até o hotel era bem prático, saía a cada 15 minutos e também não tive dificuldade em pegar ele no aeroporto quando cheguei. A área comum do hotel era ótima.

Os staffs poderiam ser mais gentis, fizeram uma reserva de crédito no meu cartão sem avisar, depois questionei e eles comentaram que seria estornada.

Probably one of the better option for a one-night layover stay close to JFK

The hotel is just a few minutes from the JFK airport with a good shuttle service. The hotel has a good lobby area for work or relaxing and a decent restaurant. The room was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast and stable enough, and check-in / check-out was efficient.
