Stacy at the front desk was efficient and friendly, super nice. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Room was clean and well laid out. Never heard any noise from other guests. Due to the Winter fest happening in town, they had a cocoa station set up which was really nice on a snowy day.

The room was quite shabby and cramped. The AC was making so much noise it sounded like a generator. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly and there was dust on the furniture. When we asked for repairs, we were told that no one from maintenance team was available. However, the worst experience was to come back after a long day’s work to find that our room keys had been deactivated. The staff at the front desk informed that the manager had instructed for our keys to be deactivated as he wanted to “speak to us” about water leakage which “may” have happened because “we bathed with the bathtub curtains outside the tub”… We have travelled all over the world and don’t need lessons on how to take a bath in a hotel. The manager wasn’t available and the staff was quite apologetic and said that the plumbing in the hotel was bad and that our tub had been repaired and so it wasn’t really our fault. To pay $387 a night for a pathetic room and then get your keys deactivated was a bad and humiliating experience…. This property and the staff are a shame for Hilton!

Breakfast was less than what I expected and if you go there after 8:30am most items are not replenished.
Hotel says they are taking all Covid precautions but did not see a angle staff member wear a mask.

We loved how clean, spacious and quiet the hotel was. It was an extremely easy drive to and from Newport. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Parking was free and plentiful
We didn’t love the breakfast (the staff were amazing.. we just wanted some potatoes and bacon!!) and they had run out of coffee. Otherwise, everything was literally amazing

We very much enjoyed our stay.
The value for money was excellent here and we were close enough to all the activities we came to do around Newport. Andrew, the manager, was excellent to work with when we had an issue with our room. Very polite and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing!
